The staff at Best Party Rentals are super nice and helpful. The product I received was way less than I expected. We rented 7 square tables and 60 chairs for a backyard wedding rehearsal dinner. Good thing we started setting up early. The tables had broken corners, so much so that we had to put packing tape on them in order to not get splinters and for the tablecloths not to be torn. We had to wipe down all the chairs. I didn't mind the dust, but the dried food, and sticky substance on many of the chairs was gross. read more

Spend your time and money elsewhere... customer service is extremely lacking. Don't expect much sympathy if anything is wrong with your rentals. Literally was told "I was adding the issue list and they didn't know what to do about that" what does that even mean?? The main girl who had been helping with our order all along, completely ignored our calls when we noticed things weren't quite right with more than a few things... I am not one to upset easily but this was just insane. Whatever you do, go somewhere else. I would give them 0 stars if possible. This all happened 1-2 days before my wedding when we'd been working with them for months before hand during the planning process. Best Party Rentals were wonderful to work with. I worked with both Hayley and Amanda. We rented 300 wooden chairs and 20 farm tables for our outdoor wedding in Oakhurst. Leading up to the event they were very responsive, and they were awesome about being flexible on the drop off and pickup time. Their prices were also great, and they occasionally have promotions/discounts which allowed us to get a good price on all our rentals. The only reason for 4 out of 5 was that the farm tables were not in quite the same condition as pictured on the website (they were a bit more "rustic"). From the first call their Customer service was superior. My delivery was punctual and their drivers were friendly & helpful being as i was almost 8 months pregnant. I hardly lifted a finger! This in regards to a dispute over services/ goods from BEST PARTY RENTALS On 10/1/2016, the day of my Grand opening event we were eagerly awaiting a delivery from Best Party Rentals ...the delivery and set up was scheduled for between 8am-10am, the young men showed up after 10am. Not only were they late, they showed up missing part of our order, and also had items they unloaded that we didn't order. Starting with the set-up of the white tent...it took them 2 hours to set up with the back drop, once it was up; we were horrified with what we saw. The condition of this tent was beyond words. It was holey, tattered, and filthy! It was full of tears, holes and was patched up with large pieces of duct tape. This tent should NOT be rented out!!! We were informed it was too late to change out the tent even if we wanted to, our window of time would not allow it, our event was to start at 2:00 and we still needed to decorate the tent and set up under for the event. It's now was after 12:00PM The second issue was the round table we ordered for our food.... We ordered two tables, One was a round table the other a rectangular banquet table. How can they screw that up? Right? Well they did! they had forgotten the round all together..."no worries" they said " we'll leave right now and pick it up" so they dumped the roll of red carpet off the back end of their truck and took off to get the round table...which was great.... but the Rectangular table was still on the truck and they drove off with it!!! During the 1 and half hours they were gone; the food had been delivered the bar needed to be set up..... My staff was unable to proceed with setting up of our Bar and food... ( WE HAD NOTHING to PUT ANYTHING ON!!!!!! We had NO tables.) Can it get worse... well we thought not until we rolled out the "carpet" . I was told the red carpet I had ordered was brand new, but when we rolled it out it had dirt, hay, and stains all over it... (Again Filthy! ) I had to vacuum this carpet myself, which set me back in preparation for my event....it was a disaster! The Best Party Rental truck came rolling back in...(dripping its black oil all over the parking lot where our guest will be walking..) And informed us that they had brought out a "NEW RED CARPET" and that the red carpet that they first brought out was not for us.... "What? Are you kidding me? We just spent 30 minutes vacuuming and cleaning it and now have furniture on top of it.... I told them-" you're not taking this red carpet!!!!!! we sure didn't have time to move what little we were able to set up off the red carpet! They should have sent out the right carpet in the first place! I expected to get the "BEST" Party rental items the items... but we didn't! The setting up of my party had been set back hours by the carelessness of this company. What was supposed to be a joyful Grand opening ... turned into a complete frenzy, stressful, disaster! I did contact the company to resolve this issue. I talked several times on the phone once with Ernie and once with one of the owners, Katie. I emailed them pictures of the tent and a video of us vacuum up the red carpet. . And none of the pitchers matched (if this was the only problem, I would have been okay with it!). We used Best Party Rentals for our engagement party as well as our wedding. We rented glasses, chairs, linen overlays, and cocktail tables. We were happy with all of the items, and they seemed to be the most affordable as a result of online research. Their delivery prices seemed e pretty steep, but our venue was in Reedley, so it was understandable. They picked up and dropped off, and nothing was missing from our order. Three stars because they will probably have anything you need for your event. Two stars for customer service. I used this company several years for an annual party I organize because the previous organizers always used them. They were always just ok and as I mentioned, they have a huge inventory; never a problem finding what I needed. Their pricing is also better than competitive on many items. I stopped using them though because a couple people were unnecessarily rude and I didn't feel like our loyalty in using them every year was appreciated or even acknowledged. I think the last straw was the year I organized a second event with different items and did not get the tablecloths I ordered, colors and sizes were wrong. The event took place on the weekend when they're closed and was outside of town so I couldn't get the order corrected. It was nothing to ruin our event but when you organize something like that, you depend on your vendors to get it right and make your job easier, you know? read more

My fiancé and her mom went in here around 430 and not a single person acknowledged them. No one said hi or offered to be with them in a minute. They were helping other people at first but then started chit chatting about other stuff. Overall, this was a very good company to work with. They were very helpful when my wedding went from 60 to 100 people and really worked with us to get the overall look we were going for for the wedding. My ONLY gripe was that when I called to confirm everything 3 weeks ahead of time (in time with what the contract stated) they suddenly decided to tell me they only put me down for 80 chairs instead of 100 (even though EVERYTHING else had 100- the plates, the cups, etc). And when I asked why that was and can I put it to 100, they said they didn't have the chairs. There were 2 other weddings that weekend and I would have to pick another chair. Now I know chairs aren't that important, really, but our wedding was up in the woods, we picked the farm style tall tables and a lot of guys in our family are... generously sized to say the least. I really had my heart set on the chairs I ordered because I knew everyone would be stable in the dirt, comfortable and it would fit the look I wanted. But at least they accommodated us by upgrading our chairs to something nicer. It was a good gesture, I just really wishes they would have called me first when this happened MONTHS ago and not when I called 3 weeks ahead of time. It would have been a nice curtosy so I could have come in to look at chairs and pick something else and not be given whatever they figured would work. But the guys on their delivery team were amazing, they set everything up (even taking the heavy wine barrel bar up a set of stairs) and they were really helpful moving things around til it worked. When everything came to be picked up, they did all the moving and were done super quick. I couldn't have asked for a better team. So overall, very easy to work with, they had lots to choose from, the prices were pretty great- I would just call a couple months ahead to double check your order from any mistakes. read more

We used Best Party Rentals for a wedding this past weekend. We placed a down payment with Best in August 2016. It was known to everyone that Monday May 29, 2017 was Memorial Day. We negotiated with them regarding pick-up and delivery for that weekend, and had it signed in the contract that pick up would be on Memorial Day. A week before the wedding, Best stated that they were closed on the 29th and that a pick up on Sunday would be an extra $1500 due to paying a crew overtime for a holiday weekend. We had no choice but to pay the extra fee. The wood paddled seats we used were slightly worn, which is fine. However, almost all of the seats themselves were covered in dirt, dust, and/or stains that my parents had to wipe off prior to our guests arriving. We had paid Best Party Rentals to set up/ break down the tables and chairs for our event. The chairs themselves were set up in a very unorganized and haphazardly way. When we asked them to straighten the rows of chairs, they told out coordinator that "we aren't paid to re-set up." We will not be using Best Rental again. read more

Had high hopes okay service, I ordered from them in 2016 for my wedding they supplied my tables, linens, silverware, chairs and dance floor my biggest complaint! Was that when I was setting up my white linens the tables that they supplied had not been wiped down so my tables cloths got cover in dirt and dust, I believe I ordered extras so I was able to save a couple of tables but I know ones of them was all dirty and I was disappointed in that, cups and dish ware came clean and nice, we did break two items and weren't charged so that was nice but overall just wished they had cleaned them before sending them out to me and chairs were good quality I had a couple of people on the heavier side and none of them broke read more

I've enclosed a few pictures for all of you to see. They aren't even the worst ones that I have. This post is in relation with product delivered to my wedding in May of 2017. Don't be fooled by the clean, nice looking items placed at the Clovis Best Party Rentals showroom at the office. I was initially so happy to see beautifully stained, rustic and stable farm tables as well as elegant gold chairs. They were perfect for my "rustic elegant" themed wedding. A delivery/ pick up time and location was agreed upon once locking in my event with a down payment. I paid my bill in full two weeks before my wedding date. My wedding location was two hours away from their Clovis wearhouse but no problem- I paid the extra delivery fee and was assured that it would be delivered from 8 am- noon. So I had my family show up early in the morning to help set up. We waited and waited for the delivery.They finally showed up almost two hours late...... things happen( traffic etc) . I was just happy to finally start setting up. The real headache began once the delivery drivers started unloading the items and I saw what condition the items were in. I almost cried, I was so panicked. Out of the truck comes round tables mended with duck tape and legs that can barely hold up the top. We ended up only using half of the round tables I ordered and left the broken ones in a storage closet at the hall. Ended up using my family members tables they keep in their shop for Christmas instead. The farm tables were a joke. The wood tops had dirt,tape and frosting on them from previous events. The tops were so badly warped and splintered. The legs weren't the same length and were so wobbly the set up guys had to keep switching legs so see if they could stabilize them. Wood chips were placed under the legs to help keep them level. The delivery men were as accommodating as they could be. They explained that they don't have control of loading the trucks and buying/updating inventory. I am so upset with the lack of quality from BPR's. I paid thousands of dollars and expected to receive or close to what I saw in the showroom. Your customers pay a damage fee for every event and I expect you to use that money to replace damaged inventory. It's not ok to over charge and then deliver junk knowing that most brides are desperate for time. If my event was closer then over half the truck would have been sent back and replaced with what I paid for. I call fraud on Best Party Rentals. Such a disappointment. read more
