This was a huge surprise to me because I've always hated meringue! I don't like pavlova or macarons, but I loved this cake. They had another coated in coconut that looked like an Australian lamination that was good. I was extremely upset and disappointed with the situation, especially because of the time spent traveling, the money spent on gas, and the loss of my workday. As of today, May 14th, I still have not received any response or even a simple apology. If this is how a potential employee is treated before even being hired, it says a lot about how this business values people.
