Ken was awesome and professional. Quote over the phone was exactly what I paid for. I explained I needed a headlamp assembly replacement. The lens on my headlamp were broken into pieces...My dealership would have taken 2-3 business days for parts to come in and another day to install it. And their quotes were outrageous... So found Ken in yelp, he had excellent reviews from customers, so called him in the morning, he then ordered the parts, it came in early afternoon and then got it installed within 30 minutes of arriving in the shop before end of the day. Highly recommended. No pressure, all pros...Cars that were already in his shop were high ends, so I thought I found a good place! read more

It's tough to find an honest person in this field but Kenny is definitely the guy. Very professional and trustworthy and cares about getting you the best results for a reasonable price. I ended up having a problem with my Jeep and when I went back he fixed it no questions asked and didn't charge me even though him and his team put a lot of work/hours into it. I will definitely be going back for any upcoming mods that I'll be getting and I recommend that if you are looking for a shop to customize your ride, then look no further!! read more

Creative Audio installed a new pioneer 8100nex in my Mazda CX-5 2014 great job. Kenny and his crew did a fine job at a very fair price.I Highly recommend Creative Audio- Thanks Kenny!!! Henry -Staten Island NY read more

Found this shop on Yelp and went in to see Kenny the owner for a possible system for my new SUV for the spring. Kenny is a real cool guy and is very open minded to work with you on what you want. I like that he doesn't push his own best interest brands. He took the time to review everything with me and was very friendly as well. I unfortunately will be using someone else for my spring system being that Kenny's shop is very far from me and I found a really good guy much closer to me that is also a bit cheaper which matters in an install of this magnitude. But I thought I should give credit where it's due because Kenny knows his stuff and is a good guy that does high quality work. If travel isn't a problem for you, and you're not looking for the cheapest possible price (you get what you pay for!), then I highly recommend this shop for your needs. Very reputable shop! read more

Went here after I had been treated horrible by another place and decided to leave. Good thing I did because upon arrival Kenny came up and greeted me and was able to work on my car immediately. Knowledgeable and friendly he always asked if i was comfortable if I needed a drink or needed help ordering any food since it was around lunch time. Also told me to check out their work on Facebook which also looked great. Would definitely come back. read more

Great place to come if you got car needs! Like many of the reviews say the main guy Kenny is great, so is his crew. Visited a few times and they did a great job on the things I needed. Headlight install, kill switch and ceramic tints. The prices were expected but very fair. Kenny definitely stands by his work, it's refreshing to see that in the auto industry. The tints were the last thing I got done and he even gave me a nice discount because my car was small. Bring your car here if you need some love done to it. read more

This is my go to place to get tints done on my car. If u want quality with reasonable prices this is the place for you. The owner Kenny and his guys are very professional and stands by their work, any problems with the tints you bring it back and he'll take care of it ( I never have to bring it back). I know they do a lot of other work too and if I needed anything done right I would definitely bring it here. So yeah , highly recommended!!! read more

Great group of guys! Fair prices, quick service, knowledgable and friendly. I brought my car here for some custom work, excuse me, creative custom work. It turned out better then I hoped and it was done in half the time I expected. If you need anything to any car, I would definitely try them out. read more

Awesome service. Upgraded my Honda with Bluetooth, something I've been putting off for too long. These guys made it easy - dropped it off & picked it up with no issues. Couldn't recommend these guys any more. Quick and awesome service by a great team. read more

Excellent super fast service. I'll be back soon with another installation job on my new car. Thanks Kenneth!

So after getting my tints done and extremely happy with the outcome, I came back a week later to get a spoiler with brake light installed that I had ordered on Amazon. Another excellent job and couldn't be happier. Kenny is very cool and his staff is excellent. Definitely going back for anymore future upgrades. Since it's been raining and I haven't washed my car I haven't posted any pics. But soon as my car is clean I'll be posting before and after pics! read more

I was referred to Creative Audio & Security by another business and read their reviews online. The work they did for me was very professional, reasonably priced and on time. I explained what I wanted and they understood right away. Not only were they confident that they could do the job - they delivered. With no surprises either. I highly recommend them and would go back. read more

Super late with my review but I want to thank the team for a job well done on the installation of the Blackvue dash cam in my 2017 Audi Q7. Pricing was upfront, fair and job was done much faster than expected. I was a little late due to my little guy but Kenny and team still took me in quickly. I walked a few blocks, grabbed some lunch and was basically done soon thereafter. read more

I went to creative Audio Security, I have on appointments. But they take me in. I told them I have a power Magic pro to be installed to my BlackVue cam. I told them I having problems to install the wire. Kenny kindly take a look and he check it for me. He give me a good price. The worker Sean fix the problems for me. He was very kind and understanding what I need. I will now go back to creative Audio & Security and told my friends how good they are. read more

Excellent service, very professional. I had them installed the Viper remote start and blackvue 750. The job is very neat. All the wires for the cam is hidden nicely, they actually have to customize a tube behind my mirror to do so. The remote start works great. It shows no conflict with the factory smart key, the original key works with the viper remote interchangeable.(i have an another car that was installed by a different shop that the factory key wont turn off the alarm) i'll definitely come back for more services. read more

My speakers blew-out a couple miles into a long journey. Creative Audio & Security took care me! Ken was his team were polite and professional. They carefully assessed my audio situation and completely the work in an hour and a half at a reasonable price. I could not be happier with the service. Highly recommend! read more

Came from Staten Island, called ahead several times to confirm I'm coming. Upon Arrival, I asked for Ken, and was told he's on the phone, after waiting about 10 minutes, Kenny comes out still on the phone, no hand shake, no eye contact, hangs up phone and picks up another call, while I'm waiting. After he's finally was done with his phone, I showed him the camera I wanted installed, and asked how long it would take, Kenny said, hold on, I'll be right back and left. I waited another 5 minutes, to no avali, and as my time is certainly not less precious then Ken's, I left to take care of more important matters. I find it quite rude and disrespectful the way this experience went, despite me coming all the way from Staten Island. Will look elsewhere for someone more professional and serious at what they do and how they handle their customer service. All the other reviews looked good, so I didn't expect this, nevertheless, this was my experience, and yes, I have very high expectations when I'm paying for quality work and service. read more

Ken personally installed my tints + sound system and was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. The price was better than other stores that I shopped for and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Tints had no bubbles or debris and my sound system was 100x better than stock. You won't be disappointed with Creative Audio & Security. read more

This IS the shop to satisfy all your custom and upgrade needs. Ken and his team are very professional and friendly. All my thousand questions were answered regarding prices and future upgrades. This is not an open to the public "rush shop" where you have to wait a while for them to take care of you. This shop has an "exclusive" feeling to it which makes it different from the rest. A hidden gem in Brooklyn... I am extremely picky when it comes to auto shops and I am definitely coming back here for future upgrades. read more

Had a really good experience at Creative Audio & Security. I found them here on Yelp and decided to give them a call. Ken (I think he may be the owner) answered the phone was really professional and flexible with allowing me to stop in for a quote. I came in the next day and after discussing the price he offered to install my headunit and powered subwoofer the same day; it was done in less than two hours. The installation fee was reasonable and he did an excellent job. I would recommend this business next time you'd like to have some work done! read more

Changed the price on me after he installed the radio. Not cool. When I brought it up he said I had misunderstood him.

Ken does great work. Did my HID's and alarm system installed here. Great job by the crew. Even brought a friend to get some work done on his Lexus. Right now Ken is the only one I trust with my car. Will be back to at some upgrades soon! read more

Called in 5 days ago to do tinting on my vehicles. Kenny was quick to assure me that they use high quality film and made an appointment as well, I decided to go with Johnson's, they came with lifetime warranty and The price was not bad for two front windows. 9am I'm here and they are already busy with work. It didn't take long for an older white gentlemen with glasses to get to my vehicle and start his magic. This place is legit. Although there isn't a lot of room for a massive amount of cars, it had 5 vehicles inside including mine. I was peeking on the work being done on my car and heard "f***" it wasn't loud but I was close enough to hear haha. At first I thought something happened, but fingers started appearing from the tints. Usually when the window is curved so the worker picks up a heat gun and got to work. I can tell they work on quality and not speed, because the worker is still tacking down the edges and heating the part to make sure it's perfect. Definitely bringing all my vehicles here for tints. read more

Doing a restoration on a 1987 Ford Mustang GT, brought the car to Ken for a system and he winded up installing a new interior all leather, new seat belts and carpet throughout, new locks and keys for the whole car, and much much more.... He fixed everything broken and then installed an unbelievable crystal clear stereo system, new speakers and a perfect sub. He also installed a great alarm system with motion detectors and auto start. His work was neat, the car was delivered back to me on time without a problem, this guy Ken knows his stuff and i would never bring a car anywhere else, and beyond everything his budget was way better then i thought. read more

Kenny and his team are professional, kind, patient, and efficient. Prices are reasonable. Kenny took time to answer all of my questions and listened to all my concerns. Kenny installed my backup camera and remote starter for my older Explorer. He explained all the choices, brands and options. They do great work here and it didn't take long at all. When I hung around the shop the guys even asked if I wanted in on ordering lunch! Friendly and the work was excellent. The prices were definitely reasonable too...lower than any other shop that gave me quotes. read more

Great shop, just got back an hour ago and they did a great job. Kenny (the owner I guess) is really nice and professional. I will be back!!

Kenny is one of the most genuine guy you will ever meet. After doing some research and reading the reviews, I decide to give this place a try to get my new car tinted. I contact them through yelp for a price to get window tinted, Kenny replied in less than 2 hours with a quote and told me I can come in the following week to get it done. I got there early and were greeting by his workers, which were super polite as well. The car were done in around 2 hours, and it came out great. However, after the tints were fully cured I realize dust and particle were trap in between the tints and some bubbles were forming. I contacted Kenny and he told me I can stop by early in the morning so he can redo the tints for me. I took the car back the same week, and Kenny personally looked at the tints and redid it for me. He redid the tints 3 times until it was perfect. I definitely appreciates the efforts he put on my car as if it was his own, and the way he stand behind his work. Go early in the day so you can avoid the long lines of cars that's waiting. read more

Kenny did an amazing job on my pickup truck. He installed a great set of Pioneer door speakers and a pre-amped pancake kicker under the passenger seat for me. He also hooked up the use of my factory Sirius/XM antenna and reprogrammed my ASWC steering wheel control box for me to correct issues from my initial installation my friend had done for me. Him and his crew are very knowledgeable/friendly guys. I actually stumbled upon Kenny's shop through Yelp. I knew what I wanted but heard horror stories about places. Kenny had a some good write-ups here on Yelp so I called him. He was easy to talk with on the phone and was able to fit me in same day. Plus price was in the ball park of what I expected. The shop had a wide array of cars inside. My job was a simple Alarm/remote start and Tint --- but you can see they specialize in all things automotive. Kenny was great! Not pushy -- and worked with me to see what I wanted and really needed. His crew was great and does the job right. His main focus is keeping the customer happy -- and will gladly give him my business again in the future. read more

If you're looking for a place to get quality car customizations done for a great price this is the spot.
