The salad was fine, and the dressing was a standard Italian. Nothing to write home about but the eggplant parm was a lot of food. You could easily get three servings from it. I think the sauce was delicious, although just a tad on the salty side for me. I liked the spaghetti, it was al dente and for me was the only thing with texture on the plate. I thought everything else ate like soft food and I personally like different textures when I eat so while the flavor was good, it was just a lot of melted cheese and sauce and I wasn't really sure when or if I was getting a bite of eggplant. If I went back, I'd ask what's made in house and give it a try.
