I began with invisalign treatment but eventually had to move into a hybrid of both invisalign and traditional braces. I have to admit there were times I was frustrated (and it showed lol) with the process but Dr. Woo always educated and encouraged me. She was never pushy. Her recommendations and expectations were always realistic and she listened to my concerns with care. Secondly, I think the value was great. It was slightly higher than perhaps one other place I had consulted prior however, for what I received, I think it was well worth it. All appointments, treatment (including the hybrid change), and my retainer were all included. Moreover, they offered an affordable monthly price plan. Finally, the office is clean and modern. Staff are always pleasant and personable. I never had any issues with service and appointments were always on-time. I can't even recall waiting more than 5 minutes to see the doctor. Appointments are also convenient with some Saturdays available. Overall, it was a great experience. I now have a beautiful, confident smile and I feel extremely happy that I chose to complete the journey with Riverdale Family Orthodontics.
