Absolutely love this little gem hidden away in the heart of downtown Winchester…read more I could literally spend a small fortune in this pottery store decorating my home. This store is not like any other, it's not overwhelming with selections. They have just the right amount of color choices and pieces. They have mugs hanging on the wall as soon as you walk in 2/$30. This was my favorite spot. They are all unique in their own way. Various colors, styles and sizes. This is also the home of the "This might be Bourbon" logo on their mugs. They have a nice little selection of Kentucky mugs. T-shirt's and also sale some hand carved wooden pieces from a gentleman out of Berea. If you're interested in making your own or learning they also offer classes. This is definitely a place we will return to for our home and gifts.

The owners Carvel and Ashley have been traveling around Kentucky to different festivals until now. They have an official store front. They have the greatest style and personality in their work. They have a signature color and flare to their pottery. It's more than just functional, it is art. This store is a tribute to their hard work and success. Here you can find anything from gift tags, Christmas ornaments, coffee mugs, bowls, plates, just to name a few. If you can mold it and skulpt it out of clay, you can find it here. They also sell logo wear and the growing popular beard oils and soaps. Impressive. Stop in and see what they have. I think soon they will be teaching classes here as well if I read their Website correctly.

I've been to other painting classes and Board & Brush is the Cream of the Crop hands down. The process is super easy. Go online and choose your project, you can even customize what you want it to say. Once you arrive and check in they already have your seating set up, (TIP: if you are going with a friend make sure you put that friend's name down...they have a place for that when you're booking.). This place is staffed appropriately and they are like a well oiled machine. We got to our table they had the boards there and the stencils and confirm that it's to your liking. I didn't realize that we actually put the boards together, stain them along with the painting; but, don't freak out, they have everything you need and it's super fun to do that part. My friend chose a beautiful cardinal scene to put outside her front door for Christmas and I chose the gingerbread man. I did change what they had written on the website to be "Home Sweet Home". Y'all it is so fun and fulfilling to complete a project start to finish. I'm gushing so I'm gonna finish with this...don't put this off, just go. It's so much fun to do by yourself or with friends. Oh and if you want some wine they have it!! Whoo hoo!!! Trust me just go. You will enjoy it!

Fully walked into the bathroom, could see the band across teh workshop, and then walked back out thinking there was a back door until we saw the mirror open and felt like absolute fools Inside the lounge it was quite cozy without feeling cramped. The decor and lighting were exceptionally curated, and just overall it was an incredible space, great for hanging out with small groups. The bar staff were all knowledgeable and efficient in their service. The band playing was incredible on the semi-outdoor enclosed patio (there were heaters so was quite comfortable), and jsut overall was quite fun. Prices are a tad on the higher side but that is to be expected with a speakeasy and cocktails. Would definitely recommend and will try to return for any of their offerings, whether it be just the lounge or even a glass blowing class.

Dim lit lounge with cozy seating and a full bar. We sat on the couches with friends and had a couple cocktails. I had the Trifecta Old Fashioned and the others had an Old Fashioned and a Fahrenheit. All the drinks were fantastic. They have another seating area in the shop area where you can watch them work on the glass artwork. Live music on Friday nights.
