My son felt uncomfortable, and felt that he was partially not getting attention from his tutor because he was white. He went there for help with science. Staff has told bullied students it's their choice if they're bullied or not, tells them they're both being punished, both the victim & the bully. They isolate the bullied child(ren) & nothing is done to stop or prevent bullying in the future. Highly disappointed in what was a great school. Rated it 2 stars for how great it once was, there is hope it will improve in time, & since there are some great teachers within the school. Unfortunately if your child is bullied they act as if nothing can be done & some teachers show repeatedly they have no compassion, are rude & just flat out do not care about students. As a result, the schools are not considered an issue right now (no mention that I heard in the mayoral race). But the schools are pretty mediocre (some schools are great, as good as any private school education while others are very troubled) and the "main office" is TERRIBLE. It's as bad as any bureaucracy I could name.

This testing center has perfected Covid check-in procedures. Initially, I was very anxious about…read morehaving to come here because I haven't spent many hours outside of my home due to quarantine. Further, I was also stressed about taking the test. After watching the others check-in for the test from a socially distanced line, I was assured that every precaution would be followed. Upon checking in, I was asked to provide identification, sign an agreement, had my glasses examined, placed all of my personal affects in a locker, and given a locker key and pen. Although I brought a copy of my test confirmation that was not needed. Before entering the testing area, I was asked to empty my pockets, pull up my pants legs, and take an electronic photo. I signed another agreement and then entered the testing area in a room with other testers. Everyone was socially distanced and separated by desk carrels. The testing area was heavily monitored and each tester was provided with a noise cancelling headset and headphones. My only complaint was that the restroom was really outdated. One stall was inoperable and the only working stall had little to no room to maneuver.
