Good ice cream spot been here a few times and it's always a good time. The service is amazing they are always nice and get the orders done quick. The inside is nice and it's cool to see the smoke when they make the ice cream. The only downside is it's a bit pricy for ice cream. But I love the texture so much. The 5 oz regular size was around $9 - pricy, but still worth the splurge, in my opinion. I enjoyed the thick, creamy texture unique to nitrogen ice cream. I think it might only be this location that serves Croffles. Their Ice cream cake is okay. The ice cream is good but the cake is just okay. It is kinda similar to a Baskin Robbins Ice cream Cake The croffles are also good! A Croffle tastes like a cross between a croissant and a waffle. I loved that the Croffle was warm and it was crispy and soft in the middle. You can also choose from a variety of toppings! I ordered mine with cookie butter and chocolate sauce. They also offer other Croffle flavors. They have Overload Chocolate, Banana Nutella Crunch, Cookies and Creme, Fruity Pebbles, Cookie Butter Crunch, Strawberry Cheesecake, and you can also build your own Croffle (2 Toppings + 1sauce). The location is so convenient in a food strip mall, with a large parking lot but it's such a popular area to get food that it's always a journey in itself to find parking here. Today was no exception, but it helped build anticipation for that tasty reward- my first ever croissant waffle! The also have 2 fridges with ready to go pints and ice cream cakes! Will definitely try one for the upcoming birthday party. Unfortunately it is hard to tell what cake and what ice cream is in each. Suggestion: write what cake and ice cream is in the cake on the outside of the box (like how Baskin Robbins does it) so it is easy for customers to identify which cake they want at a glance. Staff was really friendly at the register and it was a very easy process for the Yelp Croffle. Unfortunately I have to agree with other reviewers that the texture and temperature of the Croffle did not live up to my expectations. It was buttery but hard to chew as if it was already stale. I really needed a knife to eat this Instead of the spoon. The popsicle stick was both super cute and functional as it helped me rip off pieces of the Croffle to eat. Presentation was so pretty! However, I too wish that instead of whipped cream it was ice cream on top. Honestly I'd be disappointed if I paid full price for this, got the same stale Croffle, AND didn't get ice cream. Suggestion: Make Croffles fresh upon ordering for customers and offer substitution of ice cream and sprinkles/ ice cream toppings like Mochi! I think I'v tried this nitrogen ice cream shop once long time ago. Glad I decided to come in again to get my sweet tooth fixed! The way they make ice cream was very fun to watch and it was super cold like freezing cold! I ordered coconut plant based pina colada and regular matcha green tea with a few toppings. Tried their Specialty Ice Cream - Lime Cheesecake and it was so so good! Perfectly zingy and the cheesecakes chunks were decadent but not super sweet, just how i like it. Texture was also pretty creamy and good mouth feel. Generous servings for all aspects - ice cream, cheesecake chunks and they even layer it with the graham crackers which adds a nice texture to every bite. I came here a couple of times... The first time I just wanted to sample it, so I decided to get a scoop of cookies and cream ice cream. My first problem was that it was overpriced for the quantity of ice cream I recieved (unfortunately I don't remember exactly how much I paid, I just knew it was too much). The morning before I came here, I was contemplating what I wanted to get. I had a few things in mind but I ended up getting the S'mores Creation. Now this is where the majority of my review is going to. I was hoping when I came here, I was going to get what I saw in the picture. That couldn't be further from the truth. You would've thought that I ordered something completely different. And the worst part is, I even showed the cashier the picture of what I wanted. And then, there was barely any toppings. There was way too much chocolate ice cream in the ice-cream-to-topping ratio. I had to go as far as to get a second cup to put the excess chocolate ice cream in. It was so bad, I ended up going to a different ice cream store because I didn't end up eating it all. Honestly, I think Creamistry is misleading and overrated. I'm really disappointed in my experience from Creamistry in the two times I came here. It sucks because the staff was nice and respectful, I just wished that the food matched up. ugh i still LOVE creamistry but my experience earlier today was a LITTLE off putting :/ They close at 11pm and I don't wanna be that person but we came in at 10:46ishh. With around 15 minutes left, we figured that was enough time for them to make ice cream and we would eat in the car. We got in and everything was cleaned and put away, but the door was unlocked. They had a few vegan choices for her which was nice since it's so hard to find vegan ice cream options. Love the different mix in flavors! Ive only tried one other nitrogen ice cream place and I really liked the texture of the ice cream. Creamistry was the same way, the ice cream was SUPER firm and so delicious!
