They caught discrepancies, documented everything for us, and were incredibly thorough and professional every step of the way, even when it would've been easier to not deal with the mess our rental property was in. Christian specifically went so far above and beyond it's honestly hard to put into words. He was attentive, honest, and clearly cared about doing right by us, not just getting the job done. He's the kind of person you wish every contractor could be. We dealt with a lot of headaches on this restoration issue that had nothing to do with VODA, and they were an absolute lifeline through all of it. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you!

No extra charges to move the dryer out and back in. They had a special going so I figured I would give them a try. They came equipped to do the job and it only took half and hour. Then even gave us a chance to run to get a new dryer vent hose and they put it on. The other one was crimped bad and so the dryer was not getting much airflow. Glad we got it cleaned out and we saw a photo of the clean vent. With lint in the vent or hose you can get a fire. I would recommend this company. They do a lot of other cleaning and restoration work. I only tried them for the dryer vent cleaning but would try them again on other jobs. Give them a call.

They were punctual and took great care in protecting my furniture during the move. They were flexible when my timeline was extended slightly by a contractor, and upfront about a tiny bit of damage to a particleboard dresser (that shouldn't have withstood the moves I'd put it through prior to this, let alone the two moves that followed). Adam even fixed a loose doorknob on his way out of my home after providing his initial quote, something I hadn't even noticed until he pointed it out. I only wish I had gone to them when the initial flood event occurred in my home, it would have no doubt saved me several months of inconsistent communication, botched remediation, and overbilling by the vendor chosen by my HOA. Thank you, Stacy, Adam, and the entire team at Restoration 1, for restoring my faith in people and helping me to get my home back!

That cost is as much as the actual repair of it all. My insurance covered it, but it is a very astonishing price. What I really didn't like ... their workers broke the backsplash of my vanity when taking it out. Fine, and the insurance will cover it, but don't leave it to the home owner to find on their own. Also they broke the glass in a photo frame, again not too big of a deal, but they did not tell me about that either and left me to find it on my own. The company did not dust when leaving. After cutting out backer board and particle board behind linoleum, there was an incredible amount of dust layering my whole first floor. I had to call them and gave them come back to do it- and I helped him do it. And lastly, their workers sometimes swore while in my home working. I have children and this made me and them very uncomfortable. I'd reccomend trying a different company if you have a choice. They did dry my home on a Sunday. I appreciate that
