Elite came out and made some very inflammatory comments/assumptions in writing, spoke to the buyers (not buyers agent) of the home and scared them into demanding a new roof. They gave an estimate of $29,600.00. We scheduled 3 different roofing contractors for inspections, all three of them recommended repairs, not a roof replacement. Due to the issues with the sale of the house and timeline, my sellers must make a concession for the roof, if they want their house to sell and move on with their life. When I asked one of the contractors for an estimate to replace the roof, they called me back and asked me "Why I wanted to replace the roof, it is in need of minor repairs only" it is good for another 10 to 15 years. So far the bids have come back $5,000.00 under the estimate of Elite. I let everyone in my office know what happened. They will never receive my business of any type. In my future contracts I will specifically name them as a vendor I will not work with. Shame on them, they saw dollar signs, too bad, it was with the wrong agent!!

Nichole and Will are very nice people and I love their entrepreneurial spirit, but growing pains have turned them into an entirely different company. Nichole and Will used to clean my house themselves and it was near flawless. Unfortunately, they have not been able to instill their attention to detail into their staff and the quality of work now is shockingly worse. They do still clean my commercial office property which is more janitorial than the cleaning one expects in their home. That might be more their thing now since they have not been able to maintain the quality through the growth. This review pertains only to my experience at home. We will keep an eye on them at the office and hope for the best that it doesn't end with the same result. I thought twice about posting this review because I like them, but it's unfair to the public to not tell the truth.
