BEST WINGS I'VE EVER HAD!!! And this is coming from a self-titled 'wing connoisseur'. I get hot wings just about everywhere I go, it's my go to food as I always tend to enjoy it no matter what. So naturally I was thrilled when I found out they were opening this joint a few blocks down from where I live! I was completely blown away when I first tried their wings, never have I tasted wings so savory, flavorful, and delicious! They taste similar to Hot Wings Cafe's wings but even BETTER! I used to frequent Hot Wings Cafe at least twice a month as it used to be my favorite place to eat until this place opened up right next to me!!! I'm addicted, I frequent Crazy Hot Wings at least 3-4 times a month now. It's owned by the nicest man ever as well! They also have the most delicious thick cut fries!!! Do yourself a favor and give this place a shot, you won't regret it! read more

Had no idea there was a wing place near my neighborhood. I had a sudden craving for wings and decided to yelp wings and this placed popped up. I did an online order and decided to order the many different flavors of wings they offered. I got Spicy BBQ, X-Spicy, Buffalo and Parmesan. I also ordered their cheese fries and it was soooo good. My favorite wing flavor was the X-spicy, it was tangy and had enough vinegary taste too it. The carrots and celery is a plus. Will definitely be ordering from here again. read more

Tried this place for the first time tonight. Its on the smaller side, seems like they do a lot of take out business. My bf tried mild and spicy bbq. I tried hot and extra hot. The wings come with veggie sticks and 2 dressings. We shared fries, which were fresh and well done. Food was really good and prices are lower than other wing spots in glendale or pasadena! My best friend recommended this place to my husband and I. We are hot wing addicts. Lol. And let me tell you crazy hot wings did not disappoint! The flavors are delicious and I normally have to request my wings well done so they are crispy enough. But not here! They were cooked perfectly. By the way when we went to pick up, the husband and wife (I believe to be the owners) were there working hard! They are friendly, lovely people. They have our business for life at this point lol I ate the wings so fast I couldn't get a picture LOL...next time? read more

Officially my favorite place for hotwings! I would always drive all the way to Glendale for good wings but ever since I discovered crazy hot wings which is very close to where I live, I don't even think about the other place. Their lemon pepper flavor and the spicy buffalo is to die for and the customer service is just unbelievably amazing. Every time I walk in there, the people greet me as if I'm their daughter (very welcoming). I haven't tried their sandwiches or anything other than the wings and fries, but my brother has and loved it. Delicious!!!!!!!! Come here for my wings and it is local. They have a good simple menu of wings, fries, onion rings, jalapeño poppers, mozzarella sticks , fried zucchini and a cheese burger. The combos are inexpensive wings or cheese burger combos . They also offer chicken burger and a steak sandwich with three different styles of making it. I order the steak mushroom and Cheese it was big and delicious and bread was soft really good. Also order the 18 pieces lemon pepper bomb and the bbq was good and the buffalo.my favorite is the lemon pepper also the cheese fries where good. I would recommend this place to anyone . The wings are addicting. The lady and the 2 gentlemen are polite and food is made fresh and quick and they serve u if u eat in. There is really no parking there may be a spot in the back or on foothill if u get lucky. They got 3 TV screens to watch it is small but cozy.. read more

This review is not about the food. It's about the owners wife who when I asked could I use the restroom, looked me up and down with a look of disgust on her face then said, "we don't have a bathroom". I have not been back since. I love hot wings. This place is convenient located near where I live and my husband and I love supporting small local businesses. My husband and I have dined here on several occasions. On a few of those occasions, the owner gratuitously allowed me to utilize the restroom his wife rudely lied to my face and told me they didn't have. Mind you, my husband and I dined here just the week before. During that visit, a customer (Armenian) asked the owner's wife if he could use the restroom. She had no problem allowing him to use the restroom she told me they didn't have a week later. I'd like to believe the fact that I'm an American of African descent (Black), and by the way my husband is "American" (white), had nothing to do with the look of disgust on the owner's wife's face as she looked me up and down and lied to me about not having a restroom. I'm sure the rude apparently racist towards others that don't look like her and speak her language owner's wife could careless about losing a loyal customer. This review is make the owner aware that his kindness kept us coming back and his wife's rude attitude and horrible customer service caused us to never patronize your establishment ever again. I also noticed most of the 5 stars are written by Armenians and the unsatisfactory reviews are by people who don't look like you or speak your language. What a coincidence!!! read more

How good are their wings compared to hot wing cafe? And how would you rate the ranch sauce?

I don't think HWC is memorable, for reference. This place cooks their wings well but they're very small. Ranch is actually very good here, and I'm picky about ranch.

I went at 5:30pm on a Thursday when there was no wait. A pleasant bearded man with limited English comprehension but more than enough to take an order told me 10 minutes when I ordered the lamb. He threaded pieces of lamb brined in what looks like salt & red paprika powder on to a metal skewer. Then put the lamb meat over smoldering mesquite charcoal which infused a very delicate smokiness. Meat is moist with a good meaty chaw. Lamb was mild & didn't have gaminess. Biggest Lavash flatbread that was leathery, extremely thin, airy yet had strong enough tensile strength to hold the inside food without breaking open. He placed the lamb, chopped cilantro, thin sliced onions, squirt of possibly herbed aïoli. Then he rolled the Lavash like a Sushi roll. Portion is rather large and would make for a more than decent meal. There is a slight pleasant burn from chiles that slowly sneaks up on you. Includes a drink. I chose Classic Coke in a 7oz can. Easily one of the best wings I've ever had. Place looks brand new and seems like it's a family business that they're running them selves which means awesome customer service. A friend of mine lives right down the block so we decided to give this place a try and called for pick up. Really nice over the phone and in person, food was still hot when I got home and ooh sooooo flavorful. Shouldn't be mentioning this but I'm a huge fan of hot wings cafe in Glendale but honestly this place is a lil better and the ranch is great also. Pricing is very good no complaints here. So many cheap cry babies are crying for the price increases. I am sorry, if you are so broke that you're complaining about few dollar increases, than please do yourself a favor and don't eat out. I don't think you should be eating anything outside if you are going to complain about incremental price differences. That being said, I love the wings and French fries here. My office orders wings from here once a week, we have never been disappointed. They know how to do wings and if a slight price increase is going to make you not come, than you are not a fan of good chicken wings read more

I recently visited Crazy Hot Wings, and I have to say, their wings are fantastic! Perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, they truly live up to their name. The cheese fries were equally impressive--deliciously cheesy and crispy. The onion rings were a great addition too, crunchy and tasty. My only wish is that they had indoor seating available, as it would make the experience even better. Overall, I left very satisfied and can't wait to go back for more! read more

My friend and I were really hungry, we saw this spot while driving to the gas station and decided to stop and try it. Tujunga doesn't have any wing spots so we were surprised to see one pop up. We got spicy wings and mozzarella sticks and zucchini sticks- so good! I so recommend this place. I will definitely be back. read more

I love family owned businesses. The restaurant is small but that's what makes it great! We did pickup a few times during the pandemic. My family LOVES hot wings. We used to exclusively get Wingstop, but now Crazy Hot Wings is our new go-to for hot wings. They are very local to us as well. The chicken is always very tasty and has the right texture. The sauces are absolutely top notch. You can tell the food here is made with love. Highly recommended. read more

Got the extra large wings which was 18 pieces with carrots and celery for only 12.25 and got the cheese fries and it was delicious. Friendly staff greeted us when we walked in and prices was great. Wings are a little small, to get that off my chest, but the best wing place in town by far. They have blue cheese (the only way to dip your wings), the sauces are top, and the owners are generous and friendly. I always get the bbq and buffalo wings, my girlfriend loves the hot wings. Curly fries are exquisite. Haven't tried a burger or sandwich yet, but everything looks delicious. read more

BEST WINGS IN TOWN. The portions are up to par, the taste is delicious. And the wings are not tiny like other places. Super friendly and welcoming husband and wife. Usually take the food to go, but amazing service overall. Lemon Pepper is 10/10. Highly recommend their cheese fries as well, DONT FORGET their house made RANCH! You will not regret it. read more

Wow, their wings were so good. I recommend this spot to anyone who loves wings. And it's not like other spots where they make only one type of wing taste good... their chef makes all their flavors very tasty! He carefully chooses each wing so it's always with great quality. I called ahead and got take-out... they were so goood!!!! read more

Pretty much what you would expect from a decent wing place. Wings were prepared very fast, which considering most times I frequent wing stops is when drinking with friends, is exactly how I want them done. Staff were attentive with refills and making sure we were ok so very enjoyable overall. read more

I love this place! There wings are fantastic! Hands down better then all the other hot wing spots near here. There curly cries are yum and lets start talking about the ranch dressing. I am big ranch person; the ranch makes the wings even better in my option. Will be coming back soon! read more

Food was good (according to my friend who regularly orders from here). It looked good too bad service was bad. The employee helping me, Jesus, had an AirPod in, barely acknowledged me, and made me repeat parts of the order multiple times. When I asked for one sauce, he rolled his eyes at me because apparently one was already included. I've never been here before. How would I know? A simple "one sauce is included" would've been enough. After I paid, he walked away without giving me a receipt, estimated wait time, anything!! Thankfully, the other employee who brought out my food was sweet! I was going to order food for myself too, but at that point I didn't bother. I went across to Thai Avenue instead and received GREAT service there. Jesus really needs to work on his attitude and customer service. Maybe he was busy with Togo orders, but please communicate wait times or say I'm sorry I'm short staffed now...Maybe it was a bad day, but there was no reason to make a first-time customer feel like an inconvenience. Literally felt like HELL.
