We have had paid for this service for a year 3 visits and 2 of those were at least a month late. Horrible service we have written emails and called corporate no response. I too had a guy come to my door selling their service. We had just been complaining about aphids, earwigs and other pests so we thought, sure let's see what they are offering. We went ahead and took their "outstanding deal" for $125 once every few months. The first guy that came to do the first treatment had very odd behavior. super quiet, couldn't answer any questions clearly (actually just read off the pamphlet he handed us). He spent more time sitting in his truck outside our house after he "treated" the property than he spent actually "treating". They had to come back due to rain to spray (they were only able to put down granules according to the guy) They claimed to have come to spray at a scheduled time while I was gone. NO DEAD BUGS DISCOVERED. A few weeks later I'm tired of finding bugs still everywhere (I will say earwigs close to house were less but still out in the yard) another two people come out with the same exact shpeel about how "it takes 30-60 days to break cycle". I say okay well I should at least be seeing some dead bugs. They do a "spot treatment" based on some spots I for sure have seen living bugs. A day later I'm cleaning out a small rock bed right outside front door and I lift up a small pit and there's a huge spider and a bunch of small spiders scrambling still FULLY ALIVE. I have sent an email asking to cancel any future services and stated I want confirmation so my card isn't charged for future services. I will update review once I get this entirely cleared up. I would give this company a 0 if possible. This company is a complete and utter scam. 35 complaints for fraud with the Better Business this year alone. Most in regards to the high pressure sales tactics by door to door salesmen. They tell you Crazy frog does your neighbors pest control... None of mine have heard of them before. They make you sign a signature line on a blank Ipad screen, but never tell you you're signing a contract!! They dont show up for scheduled appointments. They are impossible to reach. They have a local storefront, but it is never open. The answering service answers the phones, but they can't actually help you with anything. They just take messages for calls that are never returned. Immediately after leaving negative reviews on several websites, I recieved a call back from Savannah. I would recommend NOT signing up. It is a LOT of money and seemed like my scheduled dates were always windy or rainy and quarterly was missed I had to call they were not sure what happened... I wanted to cancel but FEE was more expensive then what was left in account so stayed for final treatment and they Never came to final treatment nor a refund for my no show. Buyer beware! They charge $300 for your first visit because it's 'more in depth' and make up for it on the back end w the year long contract. That's their rationalization for charging $175 to cancel your contract. They always come but mentioning the names of your neighbor as if they were personally referred. The sales associate promised they would spray the bushes, put granulated slug killer in our strawberry bushes, would spray inside and outside, and would spray the wasp nests off from under the eaves of the house. Well, needless to say they didn't do any of that. I watched the tech on his first 'in depth' visit. Secondly, we've never had more spiders and spider webs inside our house since switching to Crazy Frog. You never know when they are coming so how can they spray inside if they come when you're not home? Fed up, I tried cancelling on 3 different occasions. I was shocked to find they charged me $299 for the first visit and did not disclose that. On the first two occasions they said they would have someone contact me about cancelling and nobody ever did. They string you along and hope you'll forget. We've gone back to our local guy who has always been honest and done a good job. My hopes was that they would do all the things they promised they would do and I found out they'll say anything to make a sale. Crazy Frog Pest Control is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of having a contact with. After almost a year of their "service" I still have spiders in and out my home. I tried to get out of my contact but they said they would send out their "lead" technician and follow up. We still have spiders and no follow up was given. I don't want to make it sound like I was talked me to them on a regular basis.... because I had to leave multiple messages every time I tried to talk to someone. This company is a huge SCAM! We've been charged $40 a month for the last six months on the promise that they would come every month to Spray and remove all spiderwebs. They have only showed up the very first month and we never saw them after that... When we tried to cancel they told us they would charge us $180 to cancel. They said that we when we first signed up that's supposedly we got a $180 discount (which we had never heard of and doesn't make any sense) that would have to be repaid before we could cancel. The letter was included with payment for the last service they claimed to have provided even though we saw no personnel on our property on the service date they stated. They continue to send us emails and invoices claiming we still owe them money. The agreement my wife signed states that 1-2 days notice will be given prior to service. No notice has been given. In December 2016, in subfreezing temperatures with several inches of snow on the ground, my wife saw them on our property "performing service", again no prior notice was provided. We recently received an invoice for "service provided" February 2018, almost a year after we sent the letter cancelling service. We were home the stated date of service and received no prior notice and saw no Crazy Frog personnel on our property that date. We have sent a response to the company owner, Mr. Travis Harwood, by registered/certified USPS mail, with all supporting documentation, stating we will not make payments beyond what we have already made. read more

My husband signed up in May due to high pressure door to door salesman. Since the initial service we did not have a decrease in activity, we called original salesman to cancel and were told they would send out lead immediately (next Monday) again no decrease in bugs, we gave it a month no better, called to cancel and were told we should not have called salesman the 1st time and they could surely get it figured out if we just gave them one more chance to send out their lead tech which we reluctantly agreed to. Today was my quarterly service. Two of the techs were at my house a total of 15 minutes and 5 of those minutes they were sitting in their truck in front of my house. I find it hard to believe that 7-10mins is all it takes to do a quarterly service even if there are 2 techs on site. THESE GUYS DRIVE AROUND FROM LOCATION TO LOCATION during the work week while their consumers don't monitor them and collect a check for work they DO NOT perform. They copy pasted my last spring service notes onto my invoice and did not spray the fence perimeter, spray the entire foundation, treat the lawn... etc. When I called to cancel the guy made excuses and did nothing to make it right. 12/18/2017 SCAM ALERT! Better Business B. has recorded 35 fraud alerts. Rating of "B" lowest of their rating. We reported the scam to them on 12/18/2017. High pressure sales tactic. Told us neighbors signed up w/them. Wanted us to pay full yr of service up front. We declined. Then offered 4 discounted services and could cancel @ anytime. Then same as "Crystal C". had you sign a blank Ipad on a signature line..never told us it was a contract. That our receipt for first treatment would be emailed. Receipt yes, contract document no! Called company 12/07 to discontinue and told we had a contract! I said no, I pay as they show up, told they had a "square" to use for pmt. Guy had no "square", gave some excuse so we had to give our full bank no.card. I was furious. Have changed bank nos. because of it. Then they called cellphone saying they wanted me to call them back before I receive a demand letter. The "billing" phony I talked w/ said they would send my acct. to collections,trying to ruin my great credit. They threatened me w/that. The letter, phony contract is all on plain old computer paper. Not usual formal business heading. Then demanded that the discount be paid also. Will be filing documents w/ St.of WA Consumer Protection Bureau. BBB has sent all the fraud complaints to St.of WA/ID Attorney General. I notified my fraud division of my financial institution, they are investigating,BBB is investigating. It can be a month or two after they say they will arrive and give you bogus reasons as to why they couldn't provide service. If you are in a contract at least honor the schedule and the work that is suppose to be completed. Crazy Frog is the biggest scam I've had the pleasure of being a part of. They sell you a product and make it sound great, but then, what they don't tell you, is that they don't come out monthly...no, they come out every 3 months, but charge you $36 per month...for those of you who are counting, that's $108 per treatment (Home Depot has the same product for about $25). When you try to get out of the deal, which they explain you can with no problem, they refer you to the fine print, which then shows in order to get out of the contract, you are required to pay back the $190 "discount" for the first treatment, that they also didn't tell you about when you signed up. Just began using Crazy Frog pest control...I am thrilled with their service! Jose and Yoshi came to our home for our first scheduled appt., the service was way above what we were expecting. Before beginning the application Jose asked if there were any areas of special concern, making sure those areas were addressed. Before actually applying the spray he brushed off the spider webs from around the windows and doors...GREAT service! I told the other service tech, Yoshi, about a previous ant problem in the kitchen and he immediately applied treatment to deter a repeat occurrence. Not only did they treat the outside of our home and garage, the decorative bark and rock areas were also treated. Our initial experience has been awesome...I'll report back with results, but I have high hopes!!! read more

worst company i have ever dealt with. i repeatedly got charged for services not rendered. i would watch as the crazy frog crew of three young men, take 5 minutes to spray my yard, someone go with a large duster, under my eves, in the sand 5 minutes. i would get a email saying my yard was sprayed for bugs, fertilized, crawl spaces done, attic done. #1. no one ever asked to come into my house. how does a company do crawl spaces, and an attic from outside? #2. i don't have a crawl space. do not go through this company. they say 3 services for $33.00. a month. yeah right. wgat they don't mention is after you sign and don't read the small print on they're tablet that you have just signed a contract for over $300.00 of services. they don't let you cancel. they just keep spraying then sue you for the $plus interest. read more
