Continually cancel scheduled services. Never prepay for the whole year as they just don't show up and do not answer the phone. Yard looks terrible. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Never ever have I received such horrendous customer service! Called three weeks ago, scheduled a service which they failed to show up for. Never followed up, never gave an explanation or even try to reschedule. Had to call again and speak with management, to which they said the service manager himself would come do the service requested himself if needed a week and a half later. It's been two hours and they still aren't here at the scheduled time, no call, no response. 0/10, worst experience. Avoid them at all costs. And shame on their service manager, if you're going to give your work number out to customers the least you can do is answer it. From the looks of recent reviews, they obviously have a history of terrible service. read more

Since April 21st, Senske has cancelled SIX scheduled appointments for my lawn service -- FIVE of those cancellations have happened since last Monday alone. What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication and accountability from management. I have called THREE separate times since last Wednesday requesting a call back from the assistant manager at this location, Jeremiah, regarding these repeated cancellations. I have yet to receive a single call or response. On my third call, the customer service representative assured me they would follow up on my "open ticket," make sure Jeremiah contacted me, and if he didn't, they personally would. That never happened either. Meanwhile, my yard is now suffering because the services I'm paying for are not being completed. I now have crabgrass appearing throughout parts of my lawn, large dried/dead spots developing from lack of treatments, and I'm literally out in my yard hand-pulling weeds myself with a tool because the work Senske was supposed to be doing simply isn't getting done. At this point, between the constant cancellations and the complete lack of communication or concern from management, I'm seriously considering cancelling my services altogether and finding another company that will actually show up, communicate with customers, and do the work they advertise. Very disappointed. read more

Senske has the very WORST customer service of any company I have ever worked with. I have been trying to get an account paid OFF but they continually say they have to do an account audit before they can give me the payoff amount. It was a one time pre-emergent service only. Why can they not give me a payoff amount? Can someone at Senske help with this. read more

Spokane Valley Energetic sales rep. Good follow up. ( Tenacious ) aka pest like. In house communication with SENSKE = TOTAL NIGHTMARE. TRYING TO REACH my rep for a week with zero success. Right hand has no clue as to what the feet are doing. IF you appreciate good communication... You will do well to consider a different service for Spokane Valley. I'm pulling the plug at day's end. read more

Senske has become completely unresponsive, unreliable, and dishonest. I have used them since it was Washington Tree Service .... but they have ruined what used to be a good quality company. I have heard they even sprayed over 100 customers with the wrong chemicals and all the trees were killed! No more, am moving on... read more

HORRIBLE service out of Kennewick! I've been a client for well over a decade and this summer has been nothing short of a fever dream since they switched ownership! I'm going to have to part ways with them! Can anyone recommend a reliable lawn company that can follow directions and communicate. Consistency would also be nice! read more

DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWN SERVICE! Paid in full for the season back in February 2026. Cancelled end of April for poor performance and killing herbs and grass. Never received a refund after several phone calls. May told refund was coming, disputed the amount. Computer upgrade issue. May 28th check was mailed. June 29th never received. Called 3rd time; now told check no released then told it was. What is it? They won't let you talk to accounting, have escalated to a manager with no luck. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWN SERVICE! Looks like I will have to take to court to get the refund they own for services not rendered. read more

Do not use this company! Worst company!! They don't respond. I've had a dead rodent in one of their bait boxes for over three days now that they refuse to come out and deal with. I can't open my windows and the neighbors are complaining about the smell so now I have to dispose of it.. As a paying customer that's not my job! read more

As a disabled Veteran on a fixed income, under no contract , just month to month service , I tried to cancel my subscription because they didn't show up to do service on my property. First of all, I spent over an hour and a half on the phone trying to cancel service, being passed around from department to department, but was told I'd receive my refund in the next 10 days. Never received it! Now I'm being told that they won't refund me because the monthly payments are on a 12 month basis, but mind you, I'm not in a contract. This business scams people, including Disabled Veterans. Shame on them!!! read more

I have been a customer for a number of years. They do weed bed control and driveway weed control and just started doing lawn care as far as fertilizer. Their weed control was spotty. Sometimes you'd have to come out several times. Many times they would send someone out if there wasn't good service and take care of it. I asked for a bid on spraying my Arbovitis, and they gave me a $2,300 bid. I thought that was high, so I called around and got a $500 bid for the same work. After that, I determined I couldn't trust Senske anymore to treat me fairly. read more

They sprayed our neighbors house. We were made aware of the error when our neighbor called and told us they had our billing invoice. My husband checked our records on line and sure enough they sprayed the neighbors next door. We both have very large house numbers on the houses and also on the curb. Husband called was on hold 16 minutes then cut off. He finally got someone in billing. He asked for a refund and they said it takes up to 10 business days to get one after it has been reviewed. He was able to cancel our account and was told a manager would be in touch. No attempt was made to apologize for the error or concern that our neighbor didn't want their house and yard sprayed. Sad to see there was no customer service and we have yet heard from a manager. They were also made aware of the situation on our on line account we had with them in the review section. If you choose to do business with them....good luck. We will be looking for another lawn care company! read more

Problematic - This company is a liability. The driver has absolutely no regard, concern or respect for your property. They don't mind causing damage and just leaving it. When contacting the office, you will encounter the same level of disrespect. I sent a contact request/complaint for 5 days in a row and never once did they make an attempt to respond to the problem. I strongly suggest trying a different company. Its one thing if the let you know about a problem they cause and at least make an attempt to rectify it - something completely different if they hide from the problem and don't make the slightest attempt to address the problem. The company from top to bottom appears to be one big unresolved problem. DON'T USE! read more

I was very pleased with my first Senske Pest Control treatment. Outstanding customer service. Rob S. was very easy to work with, very knowledgeable. He explained things well and provided tips on what we could do on our end. Please take time to recognize Rob for his efforts! 3 week follow-up after treatment - so happy to see dead bugs outside and no bugs inside. read more

So recently just signed up with Senske to help with pest control problems that I have in my new home. With ants and box elders. They signed a contract that said for a whole year they'd treat the plants in my yard and the pests infesting. Took them two weeks to come out to do anything. And then when they did finally come for the first treatment. Unfortunately, it didn't take like I had hoped. And after over a week of an increase of infestation that requires more aggressive treatment, quoted by the pest controller, I was informed their manager is unwilling to provide the needed treatment. didn't say it couldn't be done. Just said they won't. No offer for an alternative just the same exact treatment that has shown to be ineffective. Again, After they diagnosed it needs more aggressive treatment. To the point of them needing to go under the crawlspace to spray for the colony, management told their pest controller, no. I'm not mad at the pest controller who came to my house. They were very kind and reported the situation. But I am not a fan of knowing their manager said they weren't going to do anything to fix this aggressive pest problem. Or when they even plan to fulfill their obligations on the rest of the contract recently signed. No word on when they're going to actually treat the plants aka the breeding ground for the box elders. So no treating the plants, no going into the crawlspace for the colony, to spray the inside or outside, and they knew that this was problematic from the last time they showed up. But we're going to repeat the exact same treatment that has failed. Well Senske, not going to do the job, you nullified your own contract. You promised to take care of them whatever it took. You broke your promise in about 2 to 3 weeks of just getting started with you. I understand patience but this is... I can't work with someone unwilling to do the work. Side note; I was also informed that the manager said it was problematic for using bug spray on the ants. It was 'counterintuitive' to their bait that they were leave behind. It didn't seem to be an issue when I was using over-the-counter stuff the 1st treatment. And yes they were made aware of it and never said it was a problem. I only bug bombed the house because the infestation grew out of control and I did call them 1st to help but didn't get a response till yesterday. I don't know why they would've said something like that about the bug bombing. Because if I hadn't bug bombed at all, my house would've been crawling with ants that they would've said they to aggressive to treat. Smh I don't like any company that offers services and charges people for those services without following through with what they're supposed to do. First day was fine. But you guys needed to do more, which you said in contract you would do, if the first treatment didn't work. It didn't. Second time you guys have been called and you're refusing to do anything other than the exact same Ineffectual treatment. I wanted to give you a chance, but you've just proven that you guys have not improved since I last worked with you. If anything you've gotten worse. read more

Horrible customer service. Sent my account to collections with out billing me directly. I called to following up and ask why my account was in collections. I had service with them in year 2023 and called to cancel services mid summer. asked to pay balance of account to satisfy my bills, payed amount told and forgot about them. Senske called me and asked to have services start again the following year and I declined. I was doing the services myself and didn't need their services. late year 2024, November I received a bill in collections from Senske. I had no billing attempts from them directly. I had no calls or attempts to get payment from them at all. I called Senske as soon a I saw a bill in collections. I was told I have no choice but to pay collections and they can't help me. They have no management that can talk to me . I was told their company is a corporation that is owned by several individuals/ partners locally and abroad. I asked to speak to an office manager to discuss this and have my account looked up to verify my communications and verify any billing attempts to revive payment. I was told again and again there was nobody to talk to about my concerns. My Credit and good payment history is obviously no concern to them since they are a large company/ corporation. This is a company that has totally lost touch with its customers and have no personal connection what's so ever. Buyer beware , this company will bill you a year later via collections. They will make no attempt to communicate with you directly. They have nobody to help you if you have concerns. They only want your money and are too big to work with you if you have problems. Not a happy past customer. read more

Not recommended, horrible experience! I made an appointment for a sprinkler blow out a week in advance. On the day of the appointment and late in the afternoon, I called to see when they would be arriving and was told they were squeezing people in before the freeze arrives and that if no one came that evening to call in the morning. I had Senske blow out my sprinklers last fall. I turned the water on myself and discovered that they had neglected to turn off one of the valves. As a result I need a new pressure valve. Discovered that it would cost me $150 for them to drive out to my house so I could show them the error they had made. Turning on thewater myself voided their "warranty", therefore all repairs were my responsibility, plus the $150 service call. I had not been made aware of having to use them to turn my system on. I've used Senske for years and was astounded at their lack of accepting fault. Needless to say I closed my account and cancelled all future work. I would post 0 stars but am not able to. read more

Tech's are great, but whoever is running the company is not. Billing has been messed up multiple times and inconsistent. They have lied to us and flat out refused to come service our house, mind you we only needed weeds sprayed and fertilized. As you can see with other reviews they have a horrible services and a high turnover rate. If you use them, only use them for fertilizing and weeds...anything else is a waste of time and money. read more

I had issues with Senskes lawn services a few years ago and stopped using them. Then last year decided to give their pest control service a try (I dont know what I was thinking!). Last week, their tech showed up at 7:26 sprayed around my front porch and left at 7:30. He did not even go to the back or sides of the house. He left an invoice on my door indicating all the things he did that he did NOT actually do. I contacted Senske and they said.....we train our techs to be efficient.... Then they promptly took payment out of my account. I strongly recommend against using this company for any services. There is a reason they only have 1.5 stars! read more

Senske Services - Merry Christmas and HOOOTTTT CHOCOLATE! - Tree Services Near Me - Kennewick, Washington

I've been using their service for a few years now. When they were called Washington Tree & Services (or something like that), they were a three star company. But our new technician Clayton, is what made me give 5 stars to Senske. He is absolutely the best! He is friendly and punctual, but most of all, he is a PROFESSIONAL! His attention to details is amazing and he is sensible to boot. Just amazing service he gives. wow. They have gotten a bit more expensive for the weed control in our 0.4 acre home, but I'm willing to pay for it if Clayton is the one doing the job. Thank you Clayton! read more

Got a call on Monday June 13 stating that I was on the schedule to have lawn and tree service that day (was never informed about the 6/13 appt.) Received a call that my appointment had been rescheduled to Wednesday June 15. I waited around all day for a technician to stop by on June 15. I got a call at 4 pm that my appointment was going to be rescheduled because the technician was sick that day. You wait until 4pm to let me know your guy is out from r the day. This goes back to late April original appointment dates. I have already booked another pest control service. Looking for more apparently. read more

The technician finally came and cleared the area. He was very apologetic. He had come the day he was told but was not given clear direction on what needed to be cared for so he had missed the large overgrown weed patch. When we called to find out why it still had not been taken care of, I once again called and left a message with the service manager. He did not return my call yet again. I am thankful to finally have these weeds taken care of, but am dissatisfied with the lack of follow up by the management. read more
