They had to come back due to rain to spray (they were only able to put down granules according to the guy) They claimed to have come to spray at a scheduled time while I was gone. NO DEAD BUGS DISCOVERED. A few weeks later I'm tired of finding bugs still everywhere (I will say earwigs close to house were less but still out in the yard) another two people come out with the same exact shpeel about how "it takes 30-60 days to break cycle". I say okay well I should at least be seeing some dead bugs. They do a "spot treatment" based on some spots I for sure have seen living bugs. A day later I'm cleaning out a small rock bed right outside front door and I lift up a small pit and there's a huge spider and a bunch of small spiders scrambling still FULLY ALIVE. I have sent an email asking to cancel any future services and stated I want confirmation so my card isn't charged for future services. I will update review once I get this entirely cleared up. At this point though I agree this company is most definitely some form of a scam and NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Won't be recommending

My yard was overrun and needed replanting. It took almost a month before they were able to start the peoject, and only after i had to contact them several times asking when the work would begin. There were some delays that were not their fault, but there were also several commitments that they failed to meet and had to reschesule on me. They never let me know ahead of time that work would not be able to be completed. They would just miss their commitment and then i was left to contact them and find out the reason. After the initial work was finished, they were supposed to continue with weed control. They never showed up again. The manager contacted me several times inquiring about my lawn. Every time i told him weeds were growing back strong. The week of the 4th of july, i sent him a picture of my overgrown yard. At this point it was worse than before they dis the first job because the weeds were being watered. He said he would have someone over to pull weeds or mowz but again nobody showed on the agreed date. My yard was an absolute mess for the holiday weekend. After that i cut ties with this company and will never do business again. The wasted my time as a customer by telling me they could meet my needs, but completely fell flat on providing the actual service. Dont waste your time with this company. Their hands are too full to take care of you.

I don't typically post negative reviews, but I believe it's important to share my experience so other homeowners have a clear understanding of what they may encounter. I hired Pointe Pest Control to resolve a rodent issue at my home in Richland. During the appointment, the technician attempted to move my refrigerator and unintentionally left a deep gouge in my recently remodeled flooring. He acknowledged the damage immediately, apologized, and documented the issue with multiple photos for his management team. At that point, I appreciated the transparency and fully expected a standard insurance or remediation process to follow. Unfortunately, the situation became increasingly disappointing from that moment on. The service manager initially assured me that the company would refund my service and cover the cost of repairing the floor once I obtained professional estimates. I brought in three licensed flooring companies, all of whom independently confirmed that the damage cannot be spot-repaired or corrected with individual board replacement. Due to discontinued materials and where the scratch is located, a full floor replacement is the only way to restore the room to its original condition. After I provided these estimates, Pointe Pest abruptly shifted its position. I was told they would only consider repairs if the cost fell under their deductible -- a condition never disclosed previously. They also claimed they no longer had access to the photos their own technician submitted. Shortly afterward, they contacted one of the flooring professionals directly, questioning her recommendation and implying that the full replacement was motivated by sales rather than legitimate professional judgment. That same flooring expert reached out to me multiple times, explaining that Pointe Pest wanted her to apply a topical product that she explicitly stated would not resolve the damage. Despite her warnings, Pointe Pest seemed to aggressively recommend applying the product. As expected, it provided no repair; it simply made the damage darker and more visible. Even the individual applying it acknowledged that it was not a real solution. At this stage, I have received inconsistent explanations, shifting commitments, and no substantive path toward resolution. My request has been the same from the beginning: for Pointe Pest to take responsibility for the damage caused during their visit and repair it properly. I'm sharing this review not out of frustration, but so future customers have a realistic sense of the company's follow-through when property damage occurs. I sincerely hope they choose to resolve this matter appropriately, but until then, I would advise others to proceed with caution. read more

This is the second home we have had point service over the years. I really like the location that services us in Richland WA. Our set up tech was AWESOME! but so is our regular service tech Damon. Each person we have had at our Richland home has been really personable, they didn't rush any of the services even though I talk non stop and ask way too many questions. They were even able to evaluate a mole issue we recently had come up. ( pun intended) Today was our servicing and since it was raining the tech did take it into consideration. I thought was really insightful since most companies would just do their normal routine even if it would compromise the servicing. Damon brought up the weather issue and let me know that he would be spraying strategical with a spray that is a little more resistant to the weather. They are also on it if we see any signs of any kind of activity. All of our pest boxes were empty after sitting for three months with a field behind our home and I'm sure it's only because of their spray. I detest mice in the house and this was great to hear since its mice season. read more

We had ants outside the home in droves, in our rock bed, driveway cracks, the kids' sand box- but when ants starting coming out of our upstairs bathtub drain, we called and they came out immediately. We had tried all the home remedies before finally calling. With consistent visits- spraying inside and outside the home -we are finally seeing a decrease in our ant problem! Our technician named Eric was thorough in explaining what method and product he was using and why, which was important to me with little kids in the home. Definitely worth the price point. They have come in between visits and knocked down really high wasp nests too. We had tried to combat these pests for at least a year, buying all the home sprays and baits. Wish we had started sooner so our ants wouldn't have grown to this size of a problem. read more

Pointe has been consistent with quality service for our home. They have been both professional and courteous both from their technicians and the office staff. Most importantly they provided a solution for our significant problems with spiders, earwigs, ants and yellow jackets. Today I called and requested our scheduled service later in the month be moved up as we have noted spiders and ants starting to appear in the yard and even a few in the house. Took less than 5 minutes to get it rescheduled for 2 days for now. Don't write many reviews but felt this one worthy of my time. They were recommended to me by my wife's brother who had a major spider problem for years with their kids being continously bitten who said that problem has been eliminated since the first call to their home. read more

Gary Isenberg met with me to discuss our wasp nest problem. In looking over the area, he explained that the treatment would be not only for wasps but spiders and ants, as well, both inside and outside of the home. After I set up the appointment, Jose Requeno arrived, explained that the spray was mammal-friendly (which is great, as we have cats!) and removed the outside wasps' nests. He sprayed inside the home, checked our attic for us, so that there were no surprises, and then sprayed the outside of the house. He was finished in a very short time! The fee was much lower than I anticipated, and we were very pleased! I will be using Pointe Pest Control, again, for next year! read more
