So very disappointed with Pointe Pest Control and will never utilize their services again nor will I recommend them. My home was serviced about 1 month ago and I'm now having issues with what I think are clover mites. Was told over the phone, by a Pointe representative, that they do not guarantee treatment of clover mites and a tech would be out for my next scheduled appointment in June. That's it? So I'm paying for pest control but left to figure out this pest situation by myself. What's the point Pointe?? I DO NOT recommend, they WILL NOT take care of your pests. read more

This review is in regards to our initial visit and the representative from Pointe Pest who came out to spray out home. We just moved to WA and our new home has an ant problem. Our neighbors were using Pointe Pest so we asked them to visit us too. Chris D. and his partner were very nice and mannered. Chris explained what he would be doing and answered all out questions. It will take a few visits to deal with our ant problem so I cannot review that just yet but as far as the consult and initial visit, it went great. read more

We have never had pest control done and have struggled with spiders and wasps every summer. We had Bryce, Tristan, and Jake from Pointe Pest Control come out and to do pest control services on my house this year and I could not have been more pleased. They but barrier on the ground, sprayed the interior of the house and wiped all the spider webs off the entire outside of the house. They also had great communication and customer service. Wasp!! Wasp in the wall of my house. Called Pointe Pest Control (because they do our regular maintenance) and was very surprised with they said "we've got this!" They put a couple of different sprays down and it was like magic they are gone. I didn't have to take down a wall or even cut a whole in the wall. This is the third day and I see no wasp. We love working with Pointe Pest Control. They always answer any questions we have regarding the treatments they are using around our home. I have been a customer of Pointe Pest for a few years now. Always such friendly and awesome service! We are on a quarterly spray basis for the outside of the house, and when we switched houses we had a bit of a red ant problem. They came out multiple times (within days of calling) and treated the areas free of charge (awesome service or what?!)! I will never recommend any other pest control. You guys rock! read more

The tech did a great job he found where the mice were coming in and checked the crawl space. He spent the time to really make sure that he had found where he felt that they were coming right now and said that he would be back all things that Jana wanted to hear.
