As in SEVERAL texts. 48 days late. I checked the bank and it showed the amount was paid right after I received the bill. Here's where it went sideways. Each building has an address so pointe sent me TWO bills for the same amount. I ordered A, as in ONE, service call for the entire property but pointe decided to make the bills for two addresses and never informed me. Talking on the phone to them just burned my a$$ and was going nowhere. I finally figured out they were billing for two separate addresses instead of the ENTIRE PROPERTY like I ordered. The late notice texts NEVER indicated the exact same bill amount was for two separate addresses. I was so fed up with this dog & pony show I terminated them. I've called the local number several times (9 times) to pay the remaining balance by CC but it keeps saying they're to busy to answer. I fired Senske (another business like pointe) for the same type of bs. Now, on to a local company that actually wants the business & I can actually deal with.

I was told that the initial service included a 30 day follow up to assess the treatment plan for rodents. That service never happened. I tried calling their customer service line multiple times and was never able to reach anything other than voicemail. My bait boxes are full and starting to smell so I checked my account and discovered that not only was my 30 day follow up missed, my "quarterly" visit was scheduled for four months after my initial service. Not only is customer service unreachable (during regular business hours) but despite being subject to one sided contract terms, I am not receiving the service promised or contracted for.

What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication and accountability from management. I have called THREE separate times since last Wednesday requesting a call back from the assistant manager at this location, Jeremiah, regarding these repeated cancellations. On my third call, the customer service representative assured me they would follow up on my "open ticket," make sure Jeremiah contacted me, and if he didn't, they personally would. That never happened either. Meanwhile, my yard is now suffering because the services I'm paying for are not being completed. I now have crabgrass appearing throughout parts of my lawn, large dried/dead spots developing from lack of treatments, and I'm literally out in my yard hand-pulling weeds myself with a tool because the work Senske was supposed to be doing simply isn't getting done. At this point, between the constant cancellations and the complete lack of communication or concern from management, I'm seriously considering cancelling my services altogether and finding another company that will actually show up, communicate with customers, and do the work they advertise. A few weeks later I'm tired of finding bugs still everywhere (I will say earwigs close to house were less but still out in the yard) another two people come out with the same exact shpeel about how "it takes 30-60 days to break cycle".
