They have really good frozen yogurt and a lot of toppings to choose from! They change out their yogurts on a weekly basis it seems so you never know what you may have available from week to week so don't get hooked on a favorite. They have gelato and shaved ice too. Super disappointed that you took away sample cups. As a mom of twin toddlers it's safer to sample before purchasing. Offering plastic spoon samples of milky melted yogurt is not the same. Further, using paper sample cups was much better for the environment than plastic spoons. Paper cups are cheap and yogurt is even cheaper. Keeping repeat customers happy is worth the cost of the paper sample cups. read more

We love the yogurt here but we've shown up a number of times after 9pm and the store was closed. Closing time shows 9pm here on Yelp but on Google it says 10pm. The sign outside the store also says 10pm. Would have rated it higher except for this. read more

The yogurt selection and toppings are awesome, but I'm highly disappointed by the fact that they have recently decided to eliminate sample cups. I just went for it on a couple flavors and I wished I had not gotten some of them once I started eating. This is frustrating because now I've paid for yogurt that I don't like and would have known before putting it in my cup if I was able to sample it. They offer great yogurt and toppings along with many other things, but being able to try the flavors is important part of the self serve yogurt experience. read more

I love this place. The store on Arden is right next to the gym, it's a perfect treat after a work out. They also have Dole Whip (yes, the stuff that you get at Disneyland) on occasion! Heaven!! Monday is 1/2 price day if you don't use any toppings, fill 'er up and freeze it for later. They also offer 1/2 price pints from the freezer on the flavors they are changing out, so check that first if you are looking for something 'to go'. I went to Crazy for Yogurt yesterday and enjoyed the deal I got from Groupon. They serve soft serve yogurt, ice cream and gelato. I received 2 scoops of gelato (coffee and vanilla) with 2 toppings. I was impressed with the various toppings They even offered a root beer float for $4.45. It was crowded which is a good sign but there was only one person who acted as a server and cashier. This place has it all! They have a good gelato and sorbet selection as well as shaved ice if that's your thing. I went with frozen yogurt this time. They have so many toppings! Came here because of Groupon for the donut filled ice-cream deal. 100% delicious :D I mean think about it.. a deep fried donut with glaze filled with ice cream.. SUPER unhealthy, and I felt a little gross eating it, but it was so good that I almost finished it without thinking twice! It was sooooo good filled with their cookies and cream ice cream, which is what both my boyfriend and I got. The woman working their today around 4:30 was very friendly, approachable, and kind. We went back with the grand-kids on Friday April 10th. Crazy for Yogurt no longer serves ice cream, only a very nice selection of gelato and yogurt. The kids chose shaved ice. There is a very large selection of toppings. The young woman serving us was very friendly, courteous and served all the customers with a big smile. Great customer service. Had A Groupon for 2 creamwiches. Busy for a Tuesday night, but no one in line. The young lady who helped us was quite pleasant, very informative, and not only let us sample a few of the gelato flavors, but also gave us a couple mini cups to try the frozen yogurt while we waited for her to smash our gelato choice into a donut. They really need to give out samples of the NSA yogurt. It is a waste of money to have the buy it, try it and then throw it in the trash. It also may help if the staff would try it so they can at least describe it to customers if they won't give them samples. Well, my 7 and 9 year olds didn't like it and they are the ultimate judge, since they usually like anything frozen and sweet. I ordered the gelato and it tasted off to me, the chocolate dipped waffle cone cup was weird. The chocolate wasn't hard like at most places and it didn't taste like anything. My 9 year old actually gave her yogurt with all its toppings to her brother, which he didn't eat either. I didn't taste their yogurt but the chocolate was a strange color - I should have just returned our stuff. I hope they read this and change some things, like the quality of the yogurt and gelato. read more

This place is way over priced. They have a good selection but it is about the same as the other places we have been. We spent $16.25 for 3 "standard" size servings. None of us filled out cups more than 3/4 of the way. They have a clean, we'll organized store with friendly employees. Their prices are about $.08 higher per oz. than what we have paid at other yogurt locations recently in this area. They will need to offer something better than the others for that price an they don't. read more

The only good thing about this place is the convenient location. When you go in, you usually have to hunt one of the employees down to get a sample cup to sample the yogurt flavors. Plus, this place is extremely expensive. I went in and got 2 medium size yogurts (not even fully filled) and it came to almost $20, ridiculous! I prefer to go to other yogurt shops or i can get 3 or 4 Dryers from the grocery store for $20. read more

This is absolutely the best yogurt place around!! My family and I have been coming here since it opened and it is still my favorite one. All the employees are incredibly nice and sincere. My favorite yogurt place for sure. One of the reasons why I come here is because of their cookie dough (homemade!) which seems to always be stocked up. Employees are nice and they do work very hard when theres a lot of people in there with their children running around being crazy. This is mine and my husband's favorite frozen yogurt joint in the Carmichael/Arden Arcade/Citrus Heights area. They are well priced and offer a variety of sweet of treats, even gelato! I am so happy that there is now a yogurt place near my house! I tried the mountain blackberry - it rich and creamy with the right balance of sweet and tart. They have a wide selection of yogurt flavors as well as gelato. Next time I go in I will have to try the white chocolate raspberry. For toppings, they have all types of candies, chocolates, nuts, fruit, and sauces. Something I really appreciated were the signs telling people to assist their children with the toppings. At other yogurt places there are always little kids running around, making a mess with the toppings, and getting in the way of other customers while their parents don't watch them. Here, there were a lot of kids but they behaved themselves. The mochi was perfect, soft and chewy and it didn't get hard when mixed with the yogurt. The kiwi was delicious as well. Good prices - I paid about $4 for a small with tons of toppings. I will definitely be coming back! read more
