    Stir fry with soggy rice
    Lisa H.

We went here on our last day of vacation. I had missed having Mongolian and we don't have any near us in NE Ohio. To begin with, we were sat under an extremely loud tv and had a friend coming to meet us. It sucks when you can't hear each other. There was only one other table with 2 guests in the place. We asked to be moved since when we asked that the tv be turned down, it was barely noticeable. I ordered a glass of water, which tasted horrible so I ended up with diet soda. Not a fan but I like to keep an eye on my sugar intake. We filled our bowls. The toppings were decent. I'm glad I didn't get an egg because the cook was cracking them open with his spatulas and then lifting the shells off and tossing them into the discard area. I noticed my friend's daughter got shells in hers as well as the other party that was having their bowls cooked too. Nothing ruins a dish more than crunching into an egg shell. Ok, maybe finding hair is worse but anyway... The food was decent. Surprisingly, the fried rice on the side was decent. Would I come back? No. I'm sad that we chose that place to have dinner with our friend.

I've never been here and it was suggested by some friends. It's pretty good! I like the concept. You fill two bowls with your toppings take 'em up to the cook and he cooks it right there. Then you choose your rice, fried or plain. It's a little confusing when first going in but they were helpful in explaining it to us which was a great help! Definitely will go back and with a bigger appetite! So many good combinations you could make with their options!

Food was good and affordable. At the time I went it was $9.99 (1 trip) $12.99 (2 trips) $15.99 (3+ trips) The fried rice lacked flavor, so I skipped it after round 1 and enjoyed my meal much more. I would go back to Crazy Fire

    Nasty... omg.. wasted my $$$$!!

OMG ... first of all it's 100 degrees outside and there is no air inside the restaurant!!! The food was garbage!! The rice was over cooked and mushy!!! The only thing I tasted on my plate was the cilantro!! Never ever going again!!!

Food was good. Service was awesome but the reason it is getting 2 starts is because of the little visitor that we had crawling on the table. Flies I can deal with but roaches are an absolute Heck NO! That is a clear sign that they don't have exterminators come in. I will not return here. It's upsetting because I used to come here often for l

Bowl #2 in all it gloriousness!!!

Just arrived in the area for work this week. I searched for buffets near me and this came up on the list so I gave it a try. I am glad I did! For my first bowl I started with something simple: chicken, mushroom, onions, a few noodles, BBQ sauce, and fried rice. It was very tasty. For my second bowl I had a mixture of seafood, mushrooms, onions, small cubed potatoes, bean sprouts, 5 or 6 ladles of garlic parmesan and one ladle of garlic chill. It has a little kick to it but it's also very tasty!!! This is definitely a recommend to all those who like fresh cooked and design-it-youself food!!!

The staff at the front desk was warm and welcoming. As for aesthetics, there is room for improvements. Needs brighter lighting. Crazy Fire Mongolian is a create your own fusion stir fry. Thoughts of cross contamination and meats sitting out was concerning. Upon arrival I looked over the bar. Everything appeared properly chilled directly on an iced Buffett station. The Raw meats were separate from the vegetables. Each item had its own utensils in its container. I went with the two bowls for 16.99. I used one bowl for meats. After cooked the grilling station individual added fried rice that I requested. My other bowl was for veggies with Lo Mein noodles. A veggie lo mein was my thought process. There was a decent variety of vegetables. I topped both bowls with light garlic oil and Mongolian sauce before taking it over to be cooked. Everything had a smoky grill flavor and it was mildly spiced since I didn't use much. I enjoyed it! I had plenty of leftovers that I brought home. The buffet bar: all of shrimp did not appear properly deveined. I do not recommend the shrimp. I enjoyed: spicy chicken , regular chicken, beef and pork. All were very good with my fried rice. I found that I needed more light directly above my table. It was very dim. Overall, no other complaints. I am glad I tried Crazy Fire and had my own experience. Crazy Fire was a quiet and offbeat vibe that I actually enjoyed. Two meals under $20 with leftovers is a real deal.

You fill up each bowl with whatever meats, vegetables, sauces and seasonings they have available at the bar. You walk your raw ingredients to the Mongolian stove and they cook it for you. After it's cooked they will plate it for you and ask if you want white or brown (which I think is just simple rice just seasoned with soy) and hand you your plate and you can take it to your table to eat it. They had noodles on the bar so I did noodles and stuff first. The second time I just did protein and veggies and then got my rice after it was cooked and had fried rice. It's a decent price for decent food. I would possibly visit again.

I was most excited about the duck egg rolls but ended up being my least favorite not because they were slightly on the dry side. Flavor was good, and the hoisin honey sauce really helped! The seafood dumplings were second best, stuffed full. The soup based was amazing and it also came with some bread for dipping in the leftover sauce. The pork and chive shumai were my favorite! A little bit bigger than bit sized but worth the mouth full! Absolutely would recommend. I'll 100% be back for more food. The bar side looked to be more casual, the dinning room was full of high tea attire so I did feel a little under dressed, thought it would be slightly more casual. They have the cutest library with free books to read but only while you dine in. The flower and book shop are in the middle of the space.
