I've been coming to Crazy Falafel for the last 6 years and it's consistently held up in quality. The food here is amazing. The price points might seem scary sometimes, but for a beef shawarma plate, you can easily feed two (average-sized) people. My go-to dish is the beef shawarma plate with rice. For the first time, I tried their catering and everyone LOVED it. I had to get enough food for 50 people and there were plenty of leftovers. I highly recommend this place. They are fast and the food is so good. The hummus is also one of our favorites. I've never sat down to eat, but they do have a small area with tables and chairs. read more

The chicken was extremely oily and had literally like no seasoning on it. It was extremely bland. I wish they at least gave like hot sauce or some sort of garlic, dipping sauce or something. It needed something because it was completely flavorless. I'm not sure that I would get this again. I was left completely unsatisfied after this meal. #latepost: Used to live nearby years ago. Since I moved away, I haven't get anything from this place, till yesterday.. I decided to stop by again! The foods were still as delicious as before, portions were still as big with abundant amount of shawarma chicken on the rice, 2 pita breads, big amount of hummus and garlic creamy sauce, with a side of salad and pickled radish (i don't care about the radish) for $19.75 with extra side of hummus (because i loooove it) for $5.20. Tips are optional. I was enjoying the food so much, I had to make myself stop eating LOL They are offering more items now on the menu, and frozen items as well. I'm happy they made it through Covid-19's rough time for many businesses. One thing I noticed though.. the customer service was not as welcoming anymore. Other than that, all is well if not better! I was there a few weeks ago with a couple of friends, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. There has been a change in ownership, and the difference in the food quality was very noticeable. We ordered multiple items, and across the board, everything was disappointing. The food honestly tasted like it was store-bought and simply warmed up. We ordered lahmajun, and it was crispy in the bad way--it tasted stale, like something that had been sitting in a bag from the grocery store. We also ordered three stuffed potatoes, and when we took a bite, they were still frozen in the middle. My friend broke one in half, and the inside was hard as a rock. I told the owner, and he took them back to warm them up. When he brought them back, they were still cold in the center. At that point, we threw them away. Instead of just reheating them, I would have expected a fresh batch, especially since they were served frozen the first time. The Spanish were cold as well. We spent around $60+ for nothing. Overall, it was such a bad experience. I used to drive all the way to the Valley just to eat here because it was worth the trip. Sadly, after this visit, I won't be going back. Just stopped at Crazy Falafel and ordered a dozen of "lahmejune" (Armenian Pizza) a Shawarma plate and a Beef Luleh plate. I wanted take out so I waited for the Armenian pizzas to be cooked and they were delicious. The plates had salad, hummus, rice and pickles. The service was excellent they explained in detail what each plate consisted off and which option was best. The Ambiance was pretty busy with customers ordering take out and pick up. On multiple occasions, I've experienced inattentive, dismissive, and at times even rude behavior from the staff. It's not just a one-off -- it feels like customer care is simply not a priority here. What's most disappointing is that such great food is being let down by a lack of basic hospitality.
