Super nice guy, easy to deal with, clear communicator, and seems (it's twice now) to get jobs done in less time than his own estimates. Edgewood has now been a life saver for us, not just once, but twice. First time we called Edgewood, was after getting a pretty high estimate from Earls... we didn't want to have to replace a whole toilet and the tech they sent didn't seem to want to work, rather he wanted to upsell. So, when Vince came out from Edgewood, he said he'd just cut the bolt and install a new one. That's all it took. Super easy, super quick and affordable. The service is lacking and they lie to up their charges. I had them come out to repair a leak, they sent out someone who was under qualified and charged by the hour. I paid for him to fumble around for hours, another guy came out the next day and fixed it within an hour. The still charged me for the guy who could not solve the problem on his own. A $5000+ bill to fix a simple leak.
