The boudin balls were the stand out. The cracklings were fresh and crunchy, but the seasoning is underwhelming. The crawfish pie missed the mark completely, not much crawfish, very doughy and the seasoning was pretty bland. Compared to the undisputed champion (looking at you, Billy's) with huge lines 24/7, Don's is a good option if you're willing to trade some of the quality with the convenience of no wait time.
