It had a rancid taste, and it was so unpleasant that I almost threw up after taking a sip. Although they are standard pork skins, they're also kind of dry - a nice remoulade dip with them would be good. Came in for appetizers and left quite satisfied. An order of cheese curds and a boudin sushi was just enough for my wife and I. The cheese curds are pretty standard fried mozzarella. The boudin sushi is very good boudin (probably made in the meat market next door), and the hoisin and yum sauce on it adds a nice little lagniappe. If I come back this way, I'll stop in and maybe try a full meal. Or maybe just another boudin sushi. It's good enough for a meal.
