HORRIBLE! all the workers are incredibly rude and slow. On Sunday April 24th I came into cravings and After standing in the store for about 15 minutes with no help I decided to not get something to eat and just sit at one of the tables until my friends were ready. While sitting at the table I was moving my hair out of my face and was shocked when an agitated worker with dark hair in a bun screamed at me from the counter. In front of 5 other customers she screamed " stop brushing your hair in the dining room". 1st I was not brushing my hair I was simply moving it out of my face. 2nd it was so inappropriate and un called for. 3rd when one of my friends asked who she was yelling at she screamed at her " I am not yelling". I was utterly shocked at the behavior and decided to walk out. Two other customers had also walked out as they had been waiting for about 20 minutes and we're not even acknowledged by any of the staff. Then while walking out I held the door open for one of my friends who was also walking out when she screamed " and close the door". On top of all of this while sitting outside waiting at a table I looked back and she began waving and mocking me. will never go back to this store and I am embarrassed for the store owner to be having workers like this representing their store. read more

I am saddened that I need to give this place 2 stars, because the food and ice cream are amazing. However, when my husband and I brought our kids in for a cone, I couldn't believed what I was seeing. Nobody was rude to us, but there were two women working there who left me flabbergasted!!!!!!! It was busy, but there is no excuse for their behavior. First, a younger employee was trying to get around an older man who did not hear her say, "excuse me!" So an olde women who worked there yelled at the younger one, snipped at her to say it louder. Totally embarrassing for the younger worker. When that didn't work, the older worker went over and basically shoved him out of the way... this caught his wife's attention and she was not happy. The wife explained that her husband is hard of hearing and simply can not hear them, and there is NO reason to put their hands on him and push him out of the way. Meanwhile, another women working behind the counter, RUDELY took the order of the people in front of us. It was loud in there considering there was a huge line, so the women behind the counter rudely said, "you need to move closer, I can't hear you." There was literally no way she could have gotten any closer. I was SO turned off that I decided from that moment that I would forever be taking my kids to Kilwins and only Kilwins as long as they have rude people working behind the counter. I understand how frustrating in can be when you're working in the service industry and it is loud and busy, but guess what? If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. Plain and simple. I hope that this catches the attention of whoever runs this place, because they don't deserve their restaurant to be ran this way. Hopefully they can train their problem employees on how to behave during busy season, and not have to worry about making their business look bad anymore. read more

Overpriced? Yep. Slightly disorganized, slow service? You got it. Delicious pastries, cookies and other baked goods? LOOK NO FURTHER. I think the ice cream at Boardwalk (near Jaycee Park) is better, but for sandwiches, pastries, and especially cookies, this place is pretty great. The coffee is nothing special if you're used to, say, Seattle or NY, but for Vero, it does the trick. read more

Rude staff. Young kids with no respect for customers. Went with my elderly in-laws who were rudely reprimanded by staff immediately upon entering the establishment. It was surreal to have this young, 18 or 19 year old scolding my parents. Completely inappropriate behavior. I read similar reviews afterward and it looks like this is a common complaint. Cute little spot that serves light breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. Looked more like an ice cream shop and bakery than a restaurant. We just stopped for dessert. They have a few tables inside (not a lot of room to move around other customers) and a few covered tables outside, along the street. My husband ordered a cake batter milkshake. He said the ice cream had good flavor but the milk shake was a little watery due to too much milk. I really enjoyed my single scoop of cookie dough ice cream in a waffle cone. I've been here MANY times. Yesterday I brought the girls I was babysitting and a friend of mine here and they all were very impressed. There were so many things to choose from. This isn't just an ice cream place it's also a mini bakery which I LOVE. And it's on the BEACH. Space is limited inside but there is a huge patio outside and sometimes there is even live music. The line for ice cream was out the door yesterday! They have smoothies, and stuff to make protein drinks too! You name it and most likely they have it! read more

While staying for a long weekend on Orchid Island, I researched a spot to grab some coffee and breakfast. A few places caught my eye, including Cravings, mostly because of the espresso-based coffees available. What I didn't expect was how much I would like my actual breakfast! I ordered a wrap with egg, spinach, tomato, and avocado, while my husband ordered his with egg, cheese, and avocado. The avocado was $1.50 extra, but was a really nice addition for both of us. Despite that, the pricing was reasonable for breakfast, given the size of the breakfast wraps. Overall, this is a friendly place, with a large menu of coffee (the non-dairy milk options are almond milk, coconut milk, or soy milk!), breakfast, sandwiches, and ice cream options. I only wish there was more seating inside Cravings. There are just a few little tables in there, with the majority of seating outside. They do have a large fan outside, but it's very hot, so try to get a spot in the shade to stay somewhat cool. We'll be back! read more

When I got there I went to pay with a gift card from that place and the old lady working there got very upset and very rude because she had to change on the computer the paying procedures and took her over 10 mins to make the change. What a cute place.. If you are looking for a great breakfast in the area at good places this is your go to. It has everything. Breakfast, Lunch and ice cream. You are able to sit inside( limited self seating) Outside there are tables as well. If you plan to eat there you are given a # and they will come and bring you your food. We ordered a croissant sandwich with egg, bacon and cheese. All breads ans pastries are homemade and fresh. We will be back again. read more

They shouldn't be working in ANY customer service capacity if their aren't able to make a simple caffe latte without being grouchy always. They answer with an attitude always even just taking your payment. We have come here on many occasions with a not so good experience just wanting to relax. The millenniums working are more at ease if they are working that day. They need to hire more professional, patient minded motivated and charismatic workers at any age that don't mind serving a scoop of ice cream or making a simple latte!! One of our favorite places to go in Vero Beach. Very nice little outside seating area, friendly service and great breakfast sandwiches. Try the egg , cheese, tomato and spinach on multi grain bread. Oh, and the breads are delicious! They also serve Starbucks coffee which is great if you are a coffee snob like me... The next closest Starbucks that I know of is quite a ways away! read more
