They offered coffee while we waited which was a nice touch. The time quoted ended up being right on - nice job! I ordered the tri-fecta which is eggs, bacon or sausage, and a pancake or waffle. It was decent but pretty basic but that's honestly my fault for ordering a basic meal. We also got an order of the breakfast cornbread which I was hoping would be moist like a blueberry muffin but it was dry so prob wouldn't order that one again.

Our server, who was also the bartender and chef, was incredibly accommodating, quick, and provided AMAZING service given the circumstances, so kudos to her. That said, she was the only person working in the entire establishment that day. While it was manageable when it was just our party, once more guests started coming in it was clearly overwhelming. She ultimately had to close the kitchen, which was understandable, but it happened before everyone in our group was able to order food. That left us in an awkward situation where we had to leave and go elsewhere so the rest of our party could eat. We still had a great time and enjoyed our drinks, and this is absolutely not a reflection on the server at all. This falls on management or ownership. Staffing only one employee the day after Christmas is something that really needs to be reevaluated. I genuinely felt bad for her.
