So this place has a lot of options. There is a place to order smoothies, wraps, sandwiches, prepared foods and salads. The salad bar in my opinion is lame. There is an area for fruits and some vegetables but nothing I haven't seen before. Pretty unimpressive. There are several blackboards with sandwich and wrap options. I got a small container of chick peas and it cost me eight bucks. Seriously, eight dollars for about six ounces. This place is clearly clean and again has a lot of options for lunch but is RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. The cashier was on the phone when I was trying to get checked out. Literally stood there talking on the phone while I was trying to pay. I kid you not. Entrance is also not very welcoming for first timers who aren't sure how to maneuver around, you sort of walk in right into the check out. It's awkward, I don't know. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I don't agree with all the four and five star reviews. Perhaps they are a great deli if you are there in person to get your food, but the take out ihas been a horrible experience. We've ordered from them several times, and each time there have been issues with the order being incorrect, and/or just poorly prepared. There are plenty of other take out places in the area that are very good about taking orders and delivering them AS ORDERED, so we won't be bothering this place anymore. read more

I ordered a 6' hero and salads for a party that was located less than 5 minutes from Cravings. It was delivered nearly 1 hour late. I was told the driver got lost. The hero itself was O.K., slim on the meats and cheeses. I've had much better. I was disappointed by the whole experience. read more

Passed by this place several times, decided to finally check it out on a whim. We pulled into the parking lot and thought the place was out of business. Not a single car in the lot. From the outside it looked completely dark. Had the wife scout it out before debarkation. Amazingly enough the door opened! The rest of us got out of the car and entered. Place was dead, not a customer in sight. Felt like a scene out of I Am Legend. We went to the deli counter, which featured lots of pre-made meals. We took a risk and ordered egg plant, chicken parm, and pasta. After our orders were in, we had the pleasure of being introduced to their executive chef, Chef Mic! As in Microwave! Needless to say everything was rather horrible. I felt robbed. Can't believe I actually paid money for that. Anyhow, I suppose I can't blame anyone but myself. You see, I broke the three cardinal rules: 1) If the parking lot is empty, keep driving 2) If the place is empty, run away, fast. 3) Check Yelp! Brick oven pizza is great, wraps are great, salads are great, bakery is great. The only thing that isn't so great here is the deli sandwiches. They're pretty poorly made with the meat hanging out 3 inches from the sandwich and the rolls are a tad too hard for my taste. I created an account just to post this review. Where to begin...My family ordered from this place online for pickup. While ordering two of the main meals, we had options for side dishes. One of these options was soup. What soup you may ask? Good question. You need to order it to find out, you cant choose and you aren't told what it will be. About 10 minutes after finishing our order, we received a call saying that my Dad's side dish was unavailable and we chose a replacement. It was good that they let us know...or so we thought. We arrived at this establishment and got a good parking spot (this is relevant). We went to the back to get our food. The guy behind the counter told us that the side dish was unavailable and we had to choose another one. We told him they called us and we gave an answer already. He was confused and asked us what we wanted instead, which we had already said from the comfort of our own home. This caused a delay as we had to stand there and watch him prepare it. Why someone called us asking what we wanted and didn't pass along the information is beyond me. We got the food in a small basket and proceeded to leave as we had already paid online. We walked right out the door past numerous employees with said basket and no issues. We got into our car (you know the one with the good parking spot), about to go and an employee comes running over to us. He asks why we still have the basket. We tell him we were given the basket with all of the food in it and paid so we thought that was it. No one said anything as we left. He responds that we can't just take it and we have to go back inside. We walk back and he makes me feel like an idiot as he takes the food out of the basket and puts it into paper bags. I have never felt such a display of public shaming in my life. Why cant they just put it directly into the bag? And now the food.... We Finally made it home to eat. My mom had some specific requests for her salad, which they put into my brothers side salad for some reason. Their croutons were soft and more like cubes of bread. The soup was actually beef barley which was watered down, and a choice of soup would have been nice. And they forgot a dinner roll, which my brother had his heart set on. I would not wish this upon my worst enemy. Needless to say I will not be going back here but at least we had a good parking spot. read more

The food at Cravings is always fresh. The food is truely gourmet. They recently brought in a beverage called Aloe Vera King Drink which is absolutely delicious. The beverage comes in a variety of flavors which are all natural. I strongly suggest you enjoy a gourmet meal with a Aloe Vera King Drink beverage. read more

I have never written a bad review before but I have never been more disgusted with both service and food. We will never go back and the large group of friends and family in the area won't be back there as well. The people that work there are extremely rude and lack any awareness of good customer serivce. There were 4 people behind the counter I was waiting there with two little kids to order for 15 minutes without any of them acknowledging me going about their business making jokes taking cell phone calls etc. I tried to pay for my food and drinks and the girls at the register continued to take phone calls before helping me and then the manager cursed out my husband in front of my two little kids because we didn't pay before we ate and bc we asked for a refill bc one of my kids had spilt the drink even though we were offering to pay for it. Always fresh choices and friendly staff! Great choice for catering (also very affordable) they were very helpful and accommodated my catering order that I needed in just 4 days! I just moved in the neighborhood and It was my first time at cravings.. It basically has everything you want, from pizza, wraps, sandwiches, home cooked meals to takeout, desserts, smoothies and more. I have never seen anything like it. The atmosphere is comforting, very family oriented which are hard to find and friendly. Excellent service and their prices seem to be affordable compared to most deli's I have tried so far in the area. I went there during lunch so I plan to be back in the morning for their breakfast and later on their dinner specials. Joked around with the owners who cared to get to know me.. I dont know how this place maintains good reviews at all. We stopped by here because my friend had seen it several times and thought it might be good. We should have been tipped off by how empty it was. I had the chicken parm dinner special and was quite unhappy when the guy just grabbed some food and stuck it in the microwave....didnt know thats what i was getting in to. 2 people ordered the eggplant parm dinner special and it was nothing but salt. They even had to ask to have it re-microwaved because it was not warm enough at first. The guys then made it too hot. Overall would not go back here again. read more

Cravings is simply incredible! After Hurricane Sandy, my company relocated a number of employees to Jericho, Long Island and we needed to feed the entire office breakfast and lunch each day so that the employees could focus on recovering from the hurricane and serving our customers. So, based on a recommendation, we turned to Cravings with almost no advance notice and asked them to cater breakfast and lunch to 50-60 people, beginning the next morning. Owners Tony and Robert worked within a budget and offered a daily variety of hot and cold food each day. The menu was left entirely to them because we just didn't have the time to worry about food selection. We had no idea what we would get. The food and service were absolutely AMAZING every day!! The quality of the food and presentation was beyond exceptional! Eggplant rollatini TO DIE FOR - in fact, the best I have ever eaten. Chicken francese with the most moist, tender white meat you've ever tasted. Sausage and Peppers (note, real FRESH peppers - NOT just a bunch of wilted onions) like you have never eaten. Penne alla vodka that was incredible. String beans almondine cooked perfectly (NOT wilted) with the freshest produce. Salads with and without fresh cheeses (e.g., parmigiano cheese). Creative gourmet sandwiches and wraps with ingredients like fresh turkey, rare roast beef, grilled chicken, prosciutto, brie, roasted vegetables with fresh dressings (e.g., honey mustard). The salads were fresh and full of beautiful healthy greens, rich tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, etc., and served with homemade assorted dressings. Even their desserts were mouth watering. The continental breakfasts were full fresh bagels, muffins, pastries. Tony and Robert changed the menu around every day. Even the salads were varied so no one got bored of eating the same thing every day. I recommend Cravings without hesitation for EXCEPTIONAL quality food, service, presentation, and business honesty. Best place ever the food is amazing but I would never go to the salad bar because you never know if people sneeze or cough on it

$10 ($9.50) for a tuna salad hero. The pricing is ridiculous. If you have the money to spend the food is good. It's just over priced.

Good sandwiches and wraps but salad bar is not fresh. Mozzarella cheese was hard and old. The seafood salad wasn't tasty and was a bit fishy
