I really enjoyed the cookies. Like any cookie shop though the chcolate chip cookie is the gold standard used to rate to compare different stores. I liked their regular chcolate chip cookie a lot. A solid 8.5/10. I don't have it quite as good as Bake N Babes or Indy's cookies, but a clear 3rd choice that is very close to those shops. The Semi-Sweet chcolate chunk cookie is not as flat, not as gooey, and way more chcolatey than the regular one. I prefer the regular one as it is more flat, and gooey inside, and it doesn't go overboard on chcolate. I'd rate the semi-sweet chocolate chunk as 5/10. I really enjoyed the cinnamon roll. You have to like icing though. A nice soft center and the icing is great. I'll give it a 9/10. Lastly, I tried the Dubai chocolate. It's one of the weirdest cookies I've ever had. As soon as you pick it up it starts to melt through your fingers. A lot of Pistachio inside and the top kind of crumbles off. Super weird. 0/10. Wouldn't get this one again. $16.99 for 4 cookies. It only took the staff a couple minutes to fulfill my order.
NEW YEAR - NEW COOKIES Rating specifically on quality of cookie. By far still the best cookie place (compared to Crumbl, insomnia cookies,and Tiff Treats). Disappointed on the cookie size now especially with the increase in price per cookie or even the bundle. Love the cookie option flavors rolled out on a weekly basis. Hopefully the consistency of size will get better.
First time trying Crave Cookies. They were warm, fresh and good sized. I wish I had gotten more of the peanut butter cookies.

VERY grateful to yhe gentleman that welcomed me in and unlocked the door at ten minutes passed closing just so I could get my fix. That kind of hospitality is unheard of. Thank you so very very much!
Cookie craving has me driving 25 minutes to come here in a recommendation from a friend. Omgosh I'm so glad I made the drive because these are ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! They are fresh and ooey gooey!! They hit the spot. I got the 6 pack of chocolate chip cookies! The family may have to fight me for all 6 lol. If you don't eat all there is reheat instructions on the box! You go in and order at the counter or self serve kiosks. Staff was friendly and cookies were out fast. I will definitely be back here!
Crave Cookies never disappoints. The flavors are always fire--soft, rich, and full of variety. The location is super convenient, the service is on point, and the vibe inside is clean, cozy, and welcoming. Definitely a sweet spot to chill and treat yourself.
OMG THESE WERE THE BEST COOKIES IVE EVER HAD, AND I DON'T EVEN LIKE COOKIES BUT THIS IS WAY BETTER THEN CRUMBL, CRUMBL DOES NOT COMPARE. But I asked one of the lady's that works there "if this was supposed to be like crumbl" and she said "no" because all there cookies were homemade and didnt use cake mix to make there cookies. And she said that people say that there cookies are way better then crumbl, and they are! Way better, made me like cookies. 10/10 would come back for sure.
I visited the first Crave in Florida and had a pretty good experience. They were closed on my first attempt because they sold out and were baking more to reopen later that evening, but I didn't make it back to the store in time. So I missed free cookie day, but was able to snag some cookies during the week. I ordered a caramelita and a rocky road. The rocky road was average. I was expecting a gooey chocolate brownie-like cookie, but it was more cakey. I did really like the Caramelita though. It was an oatmeal Chocolate chip cookie with caramel. This was more my style, the caramel was gooey and the addition of oatmeal made it seem less cakey. I loved the touch of cinnamon as well. I've checked out their Instagram page to see what other cookies they feature and I'm already planning to make a trip on Thursday for a semi sweet chocolate chip cookie (every other day of the week is milk chocolate chips).
10/10 I wish I can open a franchise in the central Florida region. It will be great! I drove almost 2 hours to try this place out and they did not disappoint, I will be taking another trip to try their new line up cookies. As it changes every week I believe. The sunrise sunset soda was my favorite soda.

Today's stop was Crave, who doesn't smile over a cookie. Patricia's personable and extremely kind heart really gave my mother-in-law something better than what could ever be packaged within a box... She shared inspiration and compassion to a connection that will keep us coming back to visit more.
Meh I'm sorry not sorry but Crumble cookies are superior! These were kinda bland, needed salt or something and they are very mushy, like not fully cooked so depends on how you like yours. They also used milk chocolate chips versus semi sweet chips which is cookie sacrilege. We had Cookie Monster, chocolate chip, Brookie and the chocolate chip oats. But they all tasted the same and just bland to me. It also doesn't help that I've had Gideons cookies and those are insanely better compared to these!
I wanted so much not to like this place. Walk in look at the board. Use a touchscreen to order. 2 cookies later you spent $8. Then you pick up the weight of the cookie and take a bite. The chocolate pistoffee is not only fun to say, but it is one of the best cookies I have ever had period. Several of the cookies on the day we went had frosting or other types of things on them. Some people love that, I do not. For me anyways brownies and cookies should not be adulterated with frostings and such lol. The Samoa definitely tasted like the adult version of the Girl Scout cookie, it was really good but if you get a chance and you like pistachios and chocolate then get the chocolate pistoffee. They are definitely large enough that you can split a half a cookie with somebody to try to different ones, And still have some to take home for later.

I have been wanting to here but it is nowhere near me. I was out this way for an appointment on an early Thursday afternoon. It smelled wonderful. I ordered the Better than XXX it is amazing it's sweet I can get several portions out of the cookie it's that big and more like a cake like the icing is good just a little two sweet. I got my son the stuffed Oreo one he loved it and said it's a million times better than the other place and cleaner. I also tried a house speciality soda called Summer Sweet Mr. Pibb, watermelon, and coconut cream delicious. Service was amazing I forgot the young ladies name very friendly and clean place. I will only go to them from now on. Much cleaner, amazing cookies, and sodas, as well as service! read more
I have included the pictures used on their social media accounts to show what you expect to get when you go to Crave for Dubai Chocolate Strawberry cup only to be disappointed at the size and lack of filling, especially for a $15.00 item. Was it good? Sure, but not at all worth the drive to Odessa for the price and disappointment received. Fool me once, but won't happen again. I will not return. read more
This is our favorite spot to grab sweet treats, the employees are always super nice and I love their rotation of cookie flavors! The loaded sodas are also great - we always order the "Island Pepper", definitely a favorite of ours. They have seasonal drinks too for the holidays which are fun to try out. If you're a fan of Crumbl then I'd recommend trying out Crave Cookies - the way their cookies taste is just so much better. read more

10/10 I wish I can open a franchise in the central Florida region. It will be great! I drove almost 2 hours to try this place out and they did not disappoint, I will be taking another trip to try their new line up cookies. As it changes every week I believe. Cookies are by far one of my favorite desserts. So I finally had to give this place a try. After seeing all of the videos and pictures I was determined to get here even if it is a little far from me. Overall the cookies were good. But they weren't the best cookies I've had in the Tampa area. I do like the concept of having weekly flavors and a changing menu. I will say that I'll definitely have to give this place another try to see if I like some of the other flavors better. My cookies also weren't warm when I picked them up so that could've also been a factor. read more

I can 100% confidentaly say that Crave has some of the best cookies i've ever tasted. If you live in Odessa/Lutz.... You need these cookies in your life. read more

This place was awesome! It is very similar to Crumbl but they offer dirty sodas which is SO cool! You can even create your own soda! The cookies were super delicious all though they didn't come out warm. I would go to this place more often if it was close to me but I wouldn't go out of my way to drive here. I do really recommend trying this place! read more

Crave just opening and you know I had to try it! The store is large, and clean. Josh the owner is greeting you, working the front, and running the register -- all side by side with his employees! Totally cool to see that! The cookies are massive, and coming out quick, hot, and fresh! Like other cookie chains, they're (6) cookie line-up is rotated out weekly, with the chocolate chip being the constant. But I'll tell you what got me excited, instead of their chocolate chip being full milk chocolate, they have semi-sweet available on Thursday's which is a win for me! They do have a cookie club, and they're offering sign-up points right now, which converts to $5 off your next purchase, so if you love them -- you'll wanna sign up. Today we tried: The Big Debbie - stacked oatmeal cookies filled with cream, it's warm, and just delicious. I promise you, you can't eat the whole thing. Chocolate Turtle - oozing with caramel and topped with chocolate and candied pecans, which were so good! Death by Red Velvet - a super moist version of the cake you know, packed with white and milk chocolate chips. I wanted to go for the Better than XXX cookie, but they were sold out -- I was told they can't keep that one stocked. Definitely a good place to check out and would go back for sure. Great for parties, or an office treat! read more

We were in the Tampa area and saw this shop. We had been fairly pleased with the Crumbl cookies in our area and because Crave's sign resembled theirs, we decided to look them up and saw that they weren't associated with Crumbl and that this was the only location outside of Utah not to mention that their selection of cookies looked delicious! We stopped by just as they were closing to do their second bake. We spoke with the owner Josh who we asked about the difference between his and Crumbl's business and he explained with a great deal of respect toward his competitor that one of the main differences is that Crave makes all of their doughs from scratch and Crumbl has pre-made vanilla and chocolate bases. We could tell the difference. We got 4 of their flavors of the week including rocky road, bueno, cookies and cream and the caramelita and each one of them was delicious! Given the choice I would choose Crave over any of their competitors and their pricing is comparable to Crumbl. If you're over by Odessa and you have a craving for something sweet you should stop by Crave and try them out. There are a few businesses that when we're in the Tampa area that we have to go to before we leave and this one has just been added to the list. read more
