There wasn't anything that appealed to me, specifically, but we decided to buy just one. My husband likes ginger snaps and we got one in that flavor family. You can tell that it was just okay by the fact that neither of us can remember the exact name of the type of cookie it was. They put the one cookie in a box by itself. Today I had scheduled 3 boxes of dozen cookies for our nursing staff at the hospital for this upcoming Christmas. I had placed the order several days ago and had a pick up time of 330-400pm. Paid somewhere a little over $130 for cookies total. Again, these cookies were already paid for by this point. I had received a nice reminder to "not forget to pick up my order" and I saw this around 430pm. Granted I had forgotten about this and I had promptly called saying I was running late. I provided my full name and had said my wife would be coming now to pick the cookies up and was told that she only needed to provide my name for the order. Great simple enough. My pregnant wife who was also taking our 17 month old daughter with her went to pick these up. Before you start asking why didn't I just go myself? I offered to take our child to pick them up, however she said she preferred to go and I stayed at home and cooked dinner for our family. I promise I'm not a monster :) When my wife arrived, she said that our order was not only unprepared, staff members were not even working on our order even though we had notified them that we were on the way to pick up our order. There were other people in the store and these young girls that were working there were extremely rude to my wife and communication was non-existent on their end. We were blamed for "not going into the app to let them know we were there." My wife showed up physically and said we she was there and they were still not working on her order. After nearly 20+ minutes on waiting for an order I had already paid for several days ago, notified them by phone that we were on our way and showing up physically asking for our supposedly ready order, they finally began to complete our order. There were 6 large boxes and none of the staff members had offered to help bring these boxes to our vehicle. Again, my wife is pregnant and watching our 17 month old so a little help would've been appreciated. A kind customer in line was actually able to graciously help my wife bring boxes to our car and for that we are truly thankful. I understand it is Christmas time and there really several orders being placed. I think our experience could have been much different if a little communication were had. There were no apologies for having our order late. Excuses were made that it was Christmas time. No discounts or partial refunds were offered to us. My wife asked if my daughter could even have a small cookie (she also was going to pay for this). She was told she had to buy 3 in order to purchase a cookie. You would think a slight exception would be made here. My mother in law had even called the store and spoke to their store lead. Without yelling and talking firmly about our troubles and concerns, she was told to "stop yelling" repeatedly in defense. Believe me..you'd know if my mother in law was yelling, and this was not it. We had asked to speak with a site manager and there was not a manager in the store, we were told a "manager would call us when they had time". We had asked them to call their supervisor and they said they were unable to do so. You'd think in one of the busiest times of the year, there would be a managerial presence to ensure smooth operations. This was far from it. I don't write reviews often, but this is awful. If you need an order on time and want quality customer service, I would highly recommend against coming to this franchise location. I'm not a monster or complainer. This place is extremely expensive to be handing out cookies like the ones I received. 6 cookies came to roughly $36 with delivery fees. I knew something was wrong when the box felt like it weighed 10lbs, but I remained optimistic because I did see where the cookies were on the thicker side of things. The cookies we ordered are pictured in the attachments and I will spare you the play by play on each. The cookies were not only so messy in the box, but not that tasty. You've gotta give Crumbl a try if you haven't yet! They know how to hook you in with their FOMO menu. They always have the chocolate chip flavor but the other flavors change weekly. My favorite are the pie cookies. You'll see some that come warm and some that are chilled. Even though a chilled cookie sounds strange, it's actually very tasty. Not every flavor is a hit but usually they have a flavor that's scrumptious. I dislike how their cookie deals go from 1 to 4 and above. The cookies are so big that I eat them a quarter at a time. It's not worth it to get 2 cookies because the cost is better to buy 4. Anyway it's a great place for families and large groups of friends to check out. First off they were packed on a Friday evening around 8:30pm. I guess everyone got that night sweet craving at the same time. I stopped by Crumbl on a Saturday to get cookies around dinner time. That was my first mistake. It was super busy which in my eyes is usually a pretty good sign. There were 12 employees working and they were all friendly and smiling. I ordered my cookies and when they arrived I took them home. Side note :: I live 45 minutes from Crumbl. The peaches N' cream is serve chill. The cream is very good. The milk chocolate chip serve warm. It is also good when you eat it at parking lot. Please remember there are two types of serving cookie. Disappointed with Birthday Treat Policy at Crumbl Wesley Chapel My daughter's 13th birthday fell during a tournament weekend for TORHS (Roller Hockey Tournament Series) in Wesley Chapel. We were excited to celebrate with a free cookie from Crumbl, as advertised. Unfortunately, they wouldn't honor the birthday freebie because she didn't have it loaded on the app. We've been loyal customers at this location, and for a $4.49 cookie (plus tax), it felt unnecessary to turn away a customer, especially on a birthday. We were hoping for a fun treat between tournament games. While I understand promotions might have guidelines, a little flexibility for a birthday celebration would have gone a long way. I feel like the cookie monster- first I was disappointed that they only had 6 flavors at a time (they change them every week) and then I was excited about trying all of them. I knew I wanted one of each to try, I had plotted ahead of time to cut each cookie into quarters. I was going back and forth on how many to buy. Once there- with my sister next to me- she says, how about we get the party box? Done- I was already contemplating whether to get the 6 pack or 12 pack. A Party Pack is 12. Twelve cookies- you'd think, no problem- there are 3 adults, one teenager and one 5 year old. We can handle a dozen cookies.... HA! No~ I was wrong. After getting back to my sisters I did cut them all up and My 5 year old niece refused cookies (what the heck?) and everyone else proceeded to eat 2 pieces- the equivalent of half of a cookie and that was it- we were full. So I originally tried the Twix (my favorite) and the smores- darn delicious. Dean tried the cake batter (so far his favorite) and the twix. My sister went in for the PB&J and was in cookie heaven & then tried the smores and wished she had eaten another piece of the PB&J. And my teenage niece tried the smores- she loved best and the twix- which she also enjoyed. Right before bed my sis took a nibble of both the twix and the sugar cookie and loved the sugar cookie. So I took a nibble off her leftover piece of the sugar cookie and with the almond icing- it was delicious. Funny enough- we debated back and forth, post buying, about how we should have only got the specialty cookies. The Chocolate Chip and the Sugar are always on the menu and then we loved the sugar cookie! I may have eaten sugar cookie for breakfast, and tried the cake batter (not my favorite- Dean can have it). Chocolate chip wasn't anything special for me. The PB&J was too rich for me- but my sister LOVED it and claimed it. I think I will be stopping in on every family visit for sure! Yum! These cookie are VERY good. I love getting them for birthdays and special occasions. Now while these cookies are huge and delicious, they are pretty pricy and are more for special occasions than just a treat on a random day. The inside of the restaurant is nice, but I don't believe you can actually eat inside the store I think you have to bring it home. Super late post. Not sure if it was just this location but it was our first time coming here and it was not a great experience. Social media created such a buzz that I was excited and so was my daughter. However it was disappointment all around. I think my daughter was more excited than I was, we walked in, and I'm not even sure we were greeted so that probably led to the confusion of how to order and how the rest of our experience went. There was a girl at the counter so we ended up walking up. We were confused because we came in for a specific flavor not realizing they have a rotating menu of some sort. Then there was a platter in front of her and with no names so it's like you have to guess what they were. Any normal person would have been able to tell that we had no idea and that it was our first time. I really thought she was going to explain the cookie flavors at least a little bit to us but no, I had to ask about each one. Then she made it seem like we had to order from the computer thing that we first passed coming in, which I think that had the flavors listed on it and could have saved us some time. Then another family came in after us and ordered directly from her. Whatever, at that point I was over it. Overall I wasn't wowed with the selection for the day but my daughter was not going to let me leave without buying some. We picked the 4 pack and for the price of them, they really weren't that good. They tasted like regular cookies. We ended up with chocolate chip, pop tart looking one, fruity pebbles, and pumpkin pie. The pumpkin pie one was warm and the only one that tasted really good.
