Stopped by for the free dirty soda offer available in my app. Unfortunately, they don't have the soda machine here. The app shows where the dirty sodas are available. Off hand, Pinellas Park, UTC, Clermont and some other Orlando Locations. I also had received a $5 voucher thanks to T-Mobile. I decided to use it and ordered the Peach Ring Cookie. I ordered online that was only thing that went well. On Saturday September 19th just before 9pm I ordered 4 cookies one of them being the Dubai chocolate brownie everyone raves about. First store was dirty it looked like a tornado went through it, staff not a hi or nasty smirk nothing? Only one machine to order ahead other one was ripped off the wall. Luckily online ordered. Second food appearance, quality, and taste. Appearance a few looked nothing like the photos and not such a big deal but this all looked like a Temu version of Crumbl. Looks like they were stomped on and put back in the box. Taste-disgusting there is not one thing about any of these that tastes good. Tasted like just eating a bag of old sugar. The Dubai Brownie we paid extra for was the worst. This was my second time trying because it was a treat. I don't mind occasionally paying $20 for cookies but I was them to taste good. We were nearby having a sushi lunch and decided to stop by here for "dessert". Family had told us about their cookies and how delicious they were and the place sounded intriguing. It's completely takeout. You wait in line to order and pay and then pick up your cookie(s). The selections available that day were posted on the wall behind the counter. There wasn't anything that appealed to me, specifically, but we decided to buy just one. My husband likes ginger snaps and we got one in that flavor family. You can tell that it was just okay by the fact that neither of us can remember the exact name of the type of cookie it was. They put the one cookie in a box by itself. Today I had scheduled 3 boxes of dozen cookies for our nursing staff at the hospital for this upcoming Christmas. I had placed the order several days ago and had a pick up time of 330-400pm. Paid somewhere a little over $130 for cookies total. Again, these cookies were already paid for by this point. I had received a nice reminder to "not forget to pick up my order" and I saw this around 430pm. Granted I had forgotten about this and I had promptly called saying I was running late. I provided my full name and had said my wife would be coming now to pick the cookies up and was told that she only needed to provide my name for the order. Great simple enough. My pregnant wife who was also taking our 17 month old daughter with her went to pick these up. Before you start asking why didn't I just go myself? I offered to take our child to pick them up, however she said she preferred to go and I stayed at home and cooked dinner for our family. I promise I'm not a monster :) When my wife arrived, she said that our order was not only unprepared, staff members were not even working on our order even though we had notified them that we were on the way to pick up our order. There were other people in the store and these young girls that were working there were extremely rude to my wife and communication was non-existent on their end. We were blamed for "not going into the app to let them know we were there." My wife showed up physically and said we she was there and they were still not working on her order. After nearly 20+ minutes on waiting for an order I had already paid for several days ago, notified them by phone that we were on our way and showing up physically asking for our supposedly ready order, they finally began to complete our order. There were 6 large boxes and none of the staff members had offered to help bring these boxes to our vehicle. Again, my wife is pregnant and watching our 17 month old so a little help would've been appreciated. A kind customer in line was actually able to graciously help my wife bring boxes to our car and for that we are truly thankful. I understand it is Christmas time and there really several orders being placed. I think our experience could have been much different if a little communication were had. There were no apologies for having our order late. Excuses were made that it was Christmas time. No discounts or partial refunds were offered to us. My wife asked if my daughter could even have a small cookie (she also was going to pay for this). She was told she had to buy 3 in order to purchase a cookie. You would think a slight exception would be made here. My mother in law had even called the store and spoke to their store lead. Without yelling and talking firmly about our troubles and concerns, she was told to "stop yelling" repeatedly in defense. Believe me..you'd know if my mother in law was yelling, and this was not it. We had asked to speak with a site manager and there was not a manager in the store, we were told a "manager would call us when they had time". We had asked them to call their supervisor and they said they were unable to do so. You'd think in one of the busiest times of the year, there would be a managerial presence to ensure smooth operations. This was far from it. I don't write reviews often, but this is awful. If you need an order on time and want quality customer service, I would highly recommend against coming to this franchise location. I'm not a monster or complainer. But this was awful..a little customer service goes a long way. We just unfortunately didn't receive this today read more

First-time customer. IF I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered 6 cookies delivery. This place is extremely expensive to be handing out cookies like the ones I received. 6 cookies came to roughly $36 with delivery fees. I knew something was wrong when the box felt like it weighed 10lbs, but I remained optimistic because I did see where the cookies were on the thicker side of things. The cookies we ordered are pictured in the attachments and I will spare you the play by play on each. The cookies were not only so messy in the box, but not that tasty. I could truly go on and on about my dislike for each cookie and why. I would simply say, don't try them. I only purchased the expensive cookies because my niece wanted to the Tik Tok "review trend" and we did it, but the cookies were nasty and it wouldn't trust the ppl saying they're good -- I now think they're all paid actors. You've gotta give Crumbl a try if you haven't yet! They know how to hook you in with their FOMO menu. They always have the chocolate chip flavor but the other flavors change weekly. My favorite are the pie cookies. You'll see some that come warm and some that are chilled. Even though a chilled cookie sounds strange, it's actually very tasty. Not every flavor is a hit but usually they have a flavor that's scrumptious. I dislike how their cookie deals go from 1 to 4 and above. The cookies are so big that I eat them a quarter at a time. It's not worth it to get 2 cookies because the cost is better to buy 4. Anyway it's a great place for families and large groups of friends to check out. Wow delicious! We visited one of these in Brandon and were extremely disappointed as the cookies were very undercooked. We decided to give this location a try and I'm glad we did. First off they were packed on a Friday evening around 8:30pm. I guess everyone got that night sweet craving at the same time. Ordering is simple, they have 2 kiosks available where you place your own order and place your name to be called when ready. Pay at the kiosk as well. Don't forget to leave a tip! We ordered chocolate chip, double chunk, pink velvet cake and mamas recipe so that we have a few options to compare (more like devour).....diet what diet!? I stopped by Crumbl on a Saturday to get cookies around dinner time. That was my first mistake. It was super busy which in my eyes is usually a pretty good sign. There were 12 employees working and they were all friendly and smiling. I ordered my cookies and when they arrived I took them home. Side note :: I live 45 minutes from Crumbl. Yes they are creative with the various types and "concoctions" that they make but in the end...to pay about $5.00 for a big cookie seems a little over the top and over-rated. Somehow Crumbl has created a hype and hysteria over their cookies but man oh man...they are a lot of money for a cookie. This is the first in Tampa Bay Area. The cookie selection is simple. The flavor did change time to time. We got the peaches N' cream and milk chocolate chip. Both cookies are good. The peaches N' cream is serve chill. The cream is very good. The milk chocolate chip serve warm. It is also good when you eat it at parking lot. Please remember there are two types of serving cookie.
