You need real Cuban bread. Disappointed it wasn't authentic. I was looking forward to a Cuban sandwich but this isn't it.

We were in the area visiting from Winter Haven and after seeing they had vegetarian cheesesteak…read moresandwiches, we absolutely had to try Capriotti's. They did not disappoint whatsoever. Between the friendly and super accommodating staff to the size of the sandwiches and the overall quality of the food, we were thrilled. What a great meal! We will be back next time we are in the area!

I have been wanting to try this place, so yesterday we finally did. We ordered 3-10 inch subs and…read moreone bag of chips. It was almost $56.00 (they ask for tips too on top of insane prices). WTH? 2 of us ordered Waygu beef subs and 1 ordered a Bobbie turkey sub. We were sadly disappointed in what we got for the price. I had higher expectations for Waygu beef, and the prices are insane for a sub. There was not much meat (maybe 4 ounces???), and the provolone was paper thin cut. The Bobbie had stuffing that was dried out and too salty. My son had to remove it as it was inedible. The beef was really no different than Boar's head London broil. I tasted it separately from the sandwich and is just medium rare deli roast beef. I had only lettuce and tomato on my sub, as I am allergic to onion. It was very bland and parts of the beef were actually a bit chewy. I just do not see any perceived value for the prices they charge. At almost $19 a sub with tax and a 10% tip, I honestly felt grossly ripped off. It really just an $8 sandwich. We could have eaten at a chain sit-down restaurant for less money per serving. Although they were friendly and fast to prepare them, that seemed to be the only positive part of my purchase. Publix subs put them to shame. Would I return? It is a hard no. If you are charging over $16 for a smaller sub, it had better exceed expectations. I cannot see them staying in business too long with these prices. This was a failure for us. There are so many other options nearby for a better sub (that are bigger and cheaper), but this one was not a win.

First visit, and will be returning often! Our server,…read moreStephanie, was absolutely delightful. She took great care of our party of four. The menus we were given were for lunch/dinner; however, we were able to order breakfast (I can't say for certain they offer breakfast all day). Two "country fried steaks w/2 eggs", were ordered, one BLT and one Reuben sandwich were the others. Everyone really enjoyed their meals! THEN, LINA herself, personally came to our table, and visited with us for a while. What a lovely person she is. I also noticed the many other servers/staff were all cheerful, smiling, and it seemed many of the incoming customers were "regulars". This gave me a very good feeling, not "commercialized", with a nice feeling of "community". As "newbies" we felt right at home. Lina and her staff have a beautiful restaurant, immaculately clean, great ambiance and a bright future in our neighborhood, and surrounding area(s). I completely recommend Lina's~you won't be disappointed!

We are in town from Lehigh Valley PA and our friends highly recommended Lina's to us…read more My husband was hungry for breakfast, I was in the lunch mood. Arriving at Lina's we were greeted by our server Margarita and she was so kind. While breakfast had ended, the cook (husband/owner) agrees to cook the breakfast sandwich on their in house made biscuit. I ordered the Lina's Smashburger. The burger was cooked perfectly and they graciously served extra lettuce and tomato in lieu of the bun. I absolutely loved the burger. My husband loves his sandwich so much, he ordered a 2nd and devoured it. After finishing our meals we engaged into conversation with the owner who was super sweet, kind, and lovely to speak with. She shared of their experience living in NY and decision to love south to FL. Before leaving we asked to bring home 2 of their blueberry muffins made in house and they made fresh ones for us. Anytime we travel ww prefer supporting local businesses and are so glad we took our friend's advice and came to Lina's. The restaurant is bright, cheerful, clean, and the home feeling and welcoming by the family is immediately felt. We look forward to our next visit to Lina's.
