I went in to pick up my business mail--something I've done for months--and was met with a screaming tantrum. She slammed her equipment on the counter and began yelling at me in front of a store full of people because she wanted me to use an app instead of just showing my ID. To make matters worse, she then refused to give me my mail--a criminal act (theft) and federal offense since it's U.S. mail. If you are a business owner, do not trust this place with your documents.
