After placing the order, due to an error in their system, I was told that one of the items was actually out of stock. Fine, no problem. It was disappointing though since the item was part of a matching set, and I was not able to get refunded for the other items. So I picked something else out that was similar and chose to pick up in store. Arrived at the store where my items were ready to be picked up. Got them and left the store. Turned around after 5 minutes cause I looked in the bag and wasn't happy with the quality of that item I had to replace. Store associate wouldn't let me make an exchange for another product, because of store policy, which I get. However, I wasn't told that sales were final in picking up the items. So word of caution to others. Store associate was dismissive and condescending. Disgusting behaviour to say the least. Obviously not the acceptable in any sales role, much less one that caters to personal products. You should train your employees to be more respectful of your customers. On top of that, after returning home, one of the items was damaged. Emailed the store which pointed me to the manufacturer. Stand by your products or don't sell them.

Even better was I was given a credit towards the necklace with the gold band from the ring. I found more gold jewelry at home (broken and lying in a drawer) and was able to trade that in too. It was a seamless experience to go pick up the necklace and Bingje was so nice and friendly. It was lovely seeing my daughter's joy when I presented her with the necklace. She was so moved by it. I love Camouflage!…read more Whenever walking by on Queen St. West, I'm always tempted to don my mask and go in. Guns and knives are the main reason. They have a massive wall of both pellet and BB guns, along with airsoft weapons. If you didn't know, airsoft, which are small plastic balls instead of bullets, were developed in Japan after WW2 when most guns were banned. Shooting enthusiasts wanted something to take the place of real guns, so airsoft weapons became a thing. Today these are used for both real-life weapons training as well as war games in a controlled environment. Participants wear heavy clothes and eye protection as the pellets can still hurt you if close enough. These weapons can cost as much as the real thing and look identical with the same weight and feel of real guns. Police sometimes drop in and fondle these fake guns and compare to their real sidearms just for fun. They are that realistic! The other great thing here is the military and tactical clothes. They have the great brands of camo and work clothing that is in style these days. I got a Carhartt beanie for about $25 here which is a great price. These were on display at Nomad for I'm sure more bucks than that! I can't say enough good things about the staff. When I reconnected with an old co-worker I found he was in a wheelchair after being hit by a car. I found out he loved knives and ended up stuffing him in the car, put the chair on the roof rack and took him to Camouflage for a day trip. He loved it, and the staff was super accommodating and even helped us back in the car. Well worth a walk-in if you are on Queen West and want an interesting store to spend some time in.

I've never been to the other locations but I've visited this location in Thornhill a handful of…read moretimes. It's not too big but it carries all the supplies, feeders, and food that I need. A wide range of feeders and food types are available, and I find their seed to be very clean and of good quality. They have such a wide variety of equipment that at first it's overwhelming to the newcomer, but after speaking with the staff I was able to narrow down my choices. Debbie and team are very friendly people who were glad to welcome me to the hobby since I'm new, and got me started with the right type of equipment based on what kind of birds I wanted to attract. They never made me feel like I needed to buy the most expensive gear or the hottest new gadget, no, they strictly stuck to what works based on what birds I wanted to see. I like that! They never tried to up-sell me on anything! Great people, answered all my questions and offered great tips that work. Now I have a couple of feeders on their pole system, with a simple birth bath, and have attracted regular visitors including cardinals, house finches, goldfinches, mourning doves, sparrows and the occasional starling. The regulars visit my home every single day and I'm quite blessed to be able to enjoy the birds from the comfort of my living room.
