Where do I start? In mid-June of 2026 both our upstairs and downstairs A/C systems were completely dead. Bob Fleming came to the rescue in a big way! It was H-O-T hot! And it was very uncomfortable to sleep upstairs with no A/C. We decided to install a SEER20 Bosch 36k BTU Bosch heat pump A/C system, which supplies both A/C and Heat at a cost effective rate. It was a big project that also required replacing the air handler in the attic. Since this wasn't going to happen overnight, Bob went out of his way and bought 3 new window AC units for us to use upstairs (which he installed) until the work was completed. He didn't charge us a penny for these. He let us borrow them for free! That bridged the gap perfectly. The new A/C system works perfectly! It's quiet, efficient, and very professionally installed, along with a smart Ecobee thermostat that I quite like. The heat pump also supplies heat during the winter. Bob smartly set it up so that it automatically uses the heat pump when the outside temperature gets down to as low as 35F. If the outside temp goes below 35F, then the energy source automatically transitions to our pre-existing natural gas system. Supposedly that's the sweet spot to use both systems as effectively and cost-conscious as possible. It's brilliant! Bob also reinstalled our old A/C lines that went to three different mini-split systems on the first floor. He professionally pressure tested everything, and it's all working perfectly. Bob was so polite, asking whether it was okay to work past a certain hour as he wanted to get the job done as quickly as possible, while also respecting our family's privacy. He cleaned all of his work up leaving nothing behind. That summer, I felt in a strange way that Bob became an extension of our family. He was so polite to all of us. We thoroughly enjoyed having him around the house, and completely trusted him. I am so fortunate to have found RLF Heating & Cooling. His reviews were fantastic. However, what you get compared to what you hope or expect can be way over or under. Expectations and hopes are limitless. In this case, the service was way more than I expected. In fact I can not imagine anything they could have done better. On top of all that, the price was less than a quote I got from my previous HVAC guy and Local HVAC was able to respond faster on a failed A/C system in 90 degree weather.

He then proceeded into gas station store and stayed inside for 5 minutes. He then slowly walked back to the Maybruck truck and drove away extremely slow. Arrogant punk! Now he absolutely could have told me they all needed to be replaced immediately and I would have cut a check. Instead, he assured me they're all in working order and in good shape. As this was my first appointment, he also took a look at my other equipment (on demand water heater, washer hookup, main water line, toilets, faucets, and furnace), and gave me a solid walk-through, providing some thoughts on what I should be looking at over the next year or so.
