They did manual J, gave me quotes for multiple options (traditional, dual fuel, and heat pump), and replaced our entire HVAC, coordinated with plumber and electrician, coordinated all permits. Flawless start to finish. Great to work with. Very reasonable pricing (much cheaper than one installer in particular). Highly recommend.

I have worked with them for 13 years and Mike is always available and always answers my calls. He is highly responsive, and usually has a worker at my house the same day or at most within 24 hours, for even non-urgent plumbing issues. He has incredible plumbers working with him who are personable and very amazingly good, including Eddie, and Mark. I have had a lot of work done by Proline, most recently they replaced two boilers in my house (my friends cannot believe the beautify organized installation), and a gas line run to a new gas fireplace. The gas fireplace company's plumber said, this is too difficult of a job. Mike and Mark and Proline were creative and innovative in their approach to a difficult gas line installation, crawling through small crawl spaces in the basement to get the job done efficiently and beautifully, when others said it "couldn't be done", they found a way. I am grateful for their wonderful service and dedication, I wish all other trades could take a lesson from Proline, because they are truly amazing. Deborah Schappell

He was able to come out the next morning, and did a walk-thru with me, taking picks of all of the plumbing issues (lots of leaking pipes, and a detached tub drain). He gave me numerous options for how to address these issues. Our former plumber never gave us options, just did the most expensive fix. Anyway, after having our well water tested (another thing our former plumber never had us do in the 30+ yrs we worked with him), we started out with an acid neutralizing system. The man who came out, Wes, was great too. He was polite and professional. He explained the whole set up to us, and left the basement slightly cleaner than when he arrived. It's been a few months now; and we're extremely happy with the work that we've had so far. There's a lot more to do still; and I'm really happy that we've found a company that is responsive and isn't just going to do the most expensive fix with no explanation. TLDR, I'm very happy with the work. Will absolutely use them again. Thanks to Suzanne, Brian, and Wes!

I had McKenna at my house to add a heat zone some years ago. That went well…read more While he was there, he suggested that I get an electric water heater. He explained that my on-demand oil system could then be turned off in the summer, saving money. I stupidly trusted that advice rather than research it. First, it makes no sense for a weekend house to heat water all the time when we are almost never there. Second, electric at the time was the only source of energy that was more expensive than oil. And that was when oil cost a lot more. So there is no way for a more expensive energy source that is always on to save money over a cheaper source that is on-demand. To matters worse, he plumbed it after the on-demand oil heater. So I can't even turn off the electric and go back to the oil since it would have to fill the entire electric tank! He should have put it before the oil heater, or run a bypass pipe with valves. I blame myself for agreeing to it, but he should know better. But he got his up-sell I guess. I feel burned. I am still upset every time I have to go to the circuit breaker to turn it on and off when we arrive and leave.
