After testing our water and explaining what the results meant, he presented us with a menu of options. Importantly, he did not try to sell us on more of a system than we needed. He also checked out where our water line entered the house and made some recommendations regarding how to configure the area in the event we purchased their product. He simply left us with quotes for several options and contact information to reconnect with him and his colleagues once we had time to discuss our options as a family. After some consideration and an evaluation of other options, we quickly settled on the system that was right for us. The staff we reached out to to schedule the install were responsive and helpful, finding a date and time that aligned with our schedules. When the installation day arrived, the technician called to confirm location, arrived on time, and installed the system quickly and with minimal disruption to our home routine-including a friendly but somewhat needy dog. Before leaving, he checked to make sure everything was in working order and walked us through what to expect, including the weekly purging of the filtration tanks that happens in the early morning hours. They scheduled an appointment for two days later, and the tech (Glen) arrived on time. He was friendly and professional and went to work studying all the pumps in the basement, as well as the pump in the septic system. Now he absolutely could have told me they all needed to be replaced immediately and I would have cut a check. Instead, he assured me they're all in working order and in good shape. As this was my first appointment, he also took a look at my other equipment (on demand water heater, washer hookup, main water line, toilets, faucets, and furnace), and gave me a solid walk-through, providing some thoughts on what I should be looking at over the next year or so. I called over to WFS and they had an employee meet with me at the shop to purchase the equipment I needed after normal business hours. They gave me instructions on what I needed to do, and we had water back on in a few hours. A few weeks later my filter/ softener system failed. I had installed this unit nine years prior purchased from Home Depot. WFS came out to my house, tested the water and in a few days had a new kit system custom built and ready for me to install. They have a great inventory of parts, so I didn't need to shop around for fittings and glad for the well pump they recommend, our water pressure has increased. Recently the multi-pure faucet developed a slight leak and I ordered a replacement faucet but I was unsure about doing this work myself. It was very hard to reach (or even see) the under counter part of the faucet as we have a deep sink that made access difficult. I was not sure that it would be possible. David assured me that he had done this task many times and it would not be a problem - sure enough 10 minutes later it was replaced and works great with no leaks.
