The process: -After calling you inquire about an appointment, a local representative followed up and promptly scheduled a home visit. After testing our water and explaining what the results meant, he presented us with a menu of options. Importantly, he did not try to sell us on more of a system than we needed. He also checked out where our water line entered the house and made some recommendations regarding how to configure the area in the event we purchased their product. He simply left us with quotes for several options and contact information to reconnect with him and his colleagues once we had time to discuss our options as a family. After some consideration and an evaluation of other options, we quickly settled on the system that was right for us. The staff we reached out to to schedule the install were responsive and helpful, finding a date and time that aligned with our schedules. When the installation day arrived, the technician called to confirm location, arrived on time, and installed the system quickly and with minimal disruption to our home routine-including a friendly but somewhat needy dog. Before leaving, he checked to make sure everything was in working order and walked us through what to expect, including the weekly purging of the filtration tanks that happens in the early morning hours. Recently the multi-pure faucet developed a slight leak and I ordered a replacement faucet but I was unsure about doing this work myself. It was very hard to reach (or even see) the under counter part of the faucet as we have a deep sink that made access difficult. I was not sure that it would be possible. David assured me that he had done this task many times and it would not be a problem - sure enough 10 minutes later it was replaced and works great with no leaks.
