She has cute clothes and other handmade jewelry and she now has beautiful hats that she burns designs on and I've been wanting one for a while now. I constantly would check in for updates as weeks went by to only get the run around through text messages. "I'll have it done by this weekend". Two weeks later "I've been held up, I'll have it sent it tomorrow. What's your address?" Asked for tracking info then after paying via venmo because the "Shopify was having issues". Never received tracking info and I asked for yet another update. I was then refunded via venmo but still never supplied with the tracking information or a update on my tee shirt. This went on for a total of 4 months!!!!! Supposedly the custom words got messed up, the owner tried to "replace the shirt" but that didn't work. Then it became not worth it to fix her mistake because she "gave me a discount". I never asked for a discount. Mind you, I heard this from another source not even from the owner herself. She didn't have the decency to reach out to tell me the truth on what happened, she was scared and it was easier for her to stop talking to me and block my phone number.
