I'm not here to blow smoke, in regards to gentleman Ace and his complaints, it was explained in beginning when he said yes to starting the work that clearly at the bottom of the contract there's a contingency for the use of jackhammer or chainsawing rocks and roots in order to get holes completed, he acknowledged and signed the agreement, only after the job was completed did he decide to argue that he thought it unfair for the contingency charges, he never said anything about covering up the posts and days later he decided that he wanted them covered and I told him that it'll take two boards at almost $6.00 a piece to cover each post and he had somewhere like 10 to 12 posts and I explained that I would want to be compensated for the extra trip out there plus the cost of materials and that was unacceptable to him, so at that point I had more jobs that were delayed because of weather just like his job unfortunately got canceled a few times to get to, had he been willing to compensate me for the extras he was asking for after job completion I would have had no problem going back and taking care of him.
Chris L. Sir I've never worked for you nor do I leave jobs incomplete, now i can be guilty of having a bad day out on the road but for you to say that I was driving intoxicated with no proof whatsoever ought to be a punishable offense, Sir I have been sober since 1/23/2016 and a proud member of alcoholics anonymous, so I'm offended that you throw something like that out there so recklessly, now I don't remember what may or may not have transpired on the road the other day as your insinuating, but from what I'm witnessing in today's society your 17 yr old is an absolute angel and couldn't possibly do anything wrong, so I am taught to own my part, I'm definitely guilty of driving aggressively out there on the road and it sets me up for attacks from people like you, for that I am most emphatically wrong, but in regards to my work ethics, A. I've never worked for you, B. I've never walked away from a job, C. for the past few years I've been in a position to not have to receive any money from customers until work is completed and customers physically place payment in my hand.
I appreciate all the effort to slander me and my business, it hurts my feelings but I just have to accept it and move on, Thanks
