Great place. Not many spots near by so this was a much needed tap house in Lynbrook. Great drinks and atmosphere.

Went here with a friend from High School to try out the new place. Compared to the dive that was Mary McNamara's (previously) this place is an absolute delux bar that is among the best in the area now. The decor is beautiful with thick planks of wood. There's now an eclectic food menu and numerous beers on tap. I ordered the bacon (because who doesn't love bacon????) which came with a side of jalapeño cornbread with maple syrup. Absolutely out of site. I had the wings as well and they were top notch. The craft beer selection is excellent and some even come in 32oz steins! Will come back again and again. This is the perfect Sunday game bar. There are plenty of televisions to watch any game and the bartenders are more than willing to change the channel to your game. read more

Stopped in for a drink with my wife and sat at the bar. The bartender offered me samples of craft beer before settling on one that I thought I would like. My wife had a glass of white wine. The decor was nice and it seemed like they had a lot of people working there but not doing much of anything. We were not asked how we liked the drinks or if we wanted an appetizer, but was asked by a different bartender (the first disappeared) if we wanted another round. The TV's placed over the bar are too high to be viewed comfortably. We were hoping to find a new favorite place to visit but unfortunately this is not the place. read more

This is a nice place with a great beer list! I don't really understand some of the negative reviews that are on here so far. The food was well done and the menu has lots of interesting offerings. Is it a gourmet restaurant, no, but it's not supposed to be. It does pub food about as well as anyplace around. We got the fried pickles and they were some of the better ones I've had. In addition, my burger was cooked appropriately and had great flavor. The only negative that exists is that the service was pretty slow at times. That said, I am willing to chalk that up to being open only a few weeks and it being packed for a Jets game. I loved this place my first time here. This place has a descent selection of beer, but a little uninspired for a place called "craft". My wife and I had burgers on our first visit and they were solid. Food was hot and fresh and the fries are fresh cut and served with the skin on, great flavor. Our second time was not as great (for me). My wife loved the hummus and the short rib grilled cheese (44). She cut me a piece of this and I agreed with her that it may be one of the best sandwiches I've ever ordered at a restaurant. The sandwich is cheesy and buttery and just a hint of smokey meet flavor. Don't be confused, it's not a short rib sandwich with cheese -- it's a grilled cheese with short rib. I found the humus too loose, too much tahini-- not my thing. I like a dryer crumbly hummus, but I do like wings and I like them hot, so I ordered hot wings. These were, possibly, the worst wings I've ever eaten. They had way too much heat but no flavor as a reward. I like hot wings and I'm not crying that my wings were too hot, they were just not flavorful enough to make the heat worth it. Some felt underdone, some felt over done. There was no love put into these wings like the burger or the grilled cheese. I'll give this place a good review because it's a cool place and I'll be back, but I won't be getting the wings. They were practically inedible. The Waitstaff is nice and I should probably tell them instead of tattling on Yelp, but I'm just not sure this dish can be saved unless someone who knows how to make wings the right way comes in and shows these guys how to do it. For these things to come out of the same kitchen as that grilled cheese or those fries is beyond me. Just a problem with execution. read more

Also very picky with drinks however they introduced me to one of there signature drinks and I love it! I love the menu, layout of the restaurant and the staff was attentive. I had a burger and a pretzel both really good. The only weird thing was a friend paid in cash and the waiter didnt bring the coin change. When we asked why he said he was trained that way. I dont know why you would train your staff to keep someone's money even if it is just coin change. read more

McCallan 12, a basket of fried pickles and a pile of chicken wings. Could not be happier. The chicken wings were huge, and the maple bourbon sauce was incredible. Wow, this place is fantastic! Food is so YUM and reasonably priced. Beer selection is extensive and they have live music! The decor is eclectic and cool and the staff is sweet as can be. Ordered chili in bread bowl, Mac aND cheese, black and Bleu dog (something like that) and two beers each. Loved it all. Food came fast and service is attentive! Plus they gave us a dessert "on the house " because it was our first time there. We chose bread pudding with caramel sauce and icecream. It was huge and delicious! Nice crowd, not packed. Really perfect. Looking forward to eating there again to try some more stuff...too many good items on that menu hard to choose! Great all around experience had a great server knew the menu well and helped with recommendations. Great selection of beers and mixed drinks. Had a great atmosphere loved the wood work and very clean. My girlfriend and I went to Craft on a Sunday they had a list of specials to choose from and we got a appetizer from there. For entree I had the Kaseys burger hands down best burger I've had in my life or at least in a very long time and fantastic French fries and my girlfriend had the Madonna the bread was so fresh and perfectly cooked and melted. I can't wait to go back to this place to see there night life but a great place to go and convenient right near the train station. Prices were good for a app and 2 entree no drinks or dessert was around 30 bucks. Great place a must go to! read more

I'm really kind of sad to be writing this because the food is actually really good. But the last time we went there will probably be the last. There was a Christmas party happening in the bar so we were sat in the corner of the side room and it stunk. You know that public restroom that needs to be cleaned smell? Then our waitress forgot about us. We told her we were done and didn't want anything else .... 10 minutes later still no check. Had to ask a bus boy for our check and then it took a total of another 15 minutes to pay and leave. To top it all off ... we got charged an extra $3 (on top of the price of the drink $12) because we got a jack Daniels on the rocks .... I'm sorry what? Such awful service that it completely ruins it for me. read more

While we were sleeping a new kool craft bear tap house opened in Lynbrook. Food was pretty good with I think a southern flair, great attentive service. I was so excited about this place to open.. And my expectations were met! The place is beautiful with a nice wood finish. The food was great. I went on Sunday which has 50 cent wing deals.. So I ordered honey BBQ wings which were nice and crispy and the fries which were hand cut and a nice juicy burger. They have a nice beer and a cocktail list. Went here with my fiancé for dinner. The place itself is really cool and rustic looking, feels like a restaurant in the south. The service is not great, waited a long time to be greeted and waitress rarely came to check on us. I sat with an empty drink for 30 minutes at one point. Ok so this was my first time to this establishment. First off looks wise it's great! Has a lot of tv's and a nice bar. Second, they have a lot of Taps and ice cold beer that's where this place shines. Lastly the food, the apps were decent nothing crazy (Texas EggRolls and Mac N Cheese Bites) and for the entrees we had the burgers and the Salmon. The burgers buns were commercial buns and the burger was not homemade. The salmon was tasty but the cabbage side was not. Oh and the fries are very good here. So good beers, fair food. read more

Not bad not bad at all. My husband and I went on an early Saturday evening date. Waiting staff was very attentive. Drinks moderately priced. Be warned the majority of the food in pictures stems largely from the appetizer list. Entrees = burgers and hot dogs. The Mac and cheese burger wasn't bad (I'm Black so I had to pray about this decision before ordering). Definitely real cheddar cheese. Overall good vibes and options for a local valley stream spot. This is for a visit on 1/17 (Sunday). Well.. I guess I should give it no stars. But it will not let me. We were seated rather quickly (very nice) at a high table near the bar. Plenty of action on the tv and around us. We placed our order for appetizers and burgers and a drink order. The drinks came quickly. Then the waiting began. It took almost an hour to get our appetizer (a pretzel -- which was good) . After which we were treated to another 10 minute wait after which our waitress showed up to ask if we wanted dessert. We said we would like our food.... We haven't been served yet. She was startled and left to check on it. She came back and told us that she forgot to put the order in. She apologized and asked if we still wanted the order. I didn't want to wait another hour (possibly longer) to get dinner we had waited an hour already. I asked for the check for what we had ($21.18 for a beer, Diet Coke, iced tea, and pretzel- not bad), left $22 by the check and left. I will not return and will advise my friends not to do so. Update--- was contacted via facebook about my experience. Was told that they were trying to contact me (a week later) and asked me to come back.... No one approached me while I was there to try to fix the situation or at least offer to buy a round... We wouldn't have taken it just the offer probably could have made me stay or my opinion that they cared at the time, not tat we were just taking up space at a table read more

My boyfriend and i have come here a few times, i've come here with work friends, and family as well. I was never disappointed. The servers are all incredibly kind, especially Meddy- he's the best! Beers are great, huge selection. I know this isnt a vegan place by any means, but the Mediterranean platter with no feta is SO good, i get it every time while my boyfriend enjoys the double black jack burger. The food was good, it's just def more of a happy hour burger place. The portions were larger than expected and the tator tot app was excellent! The reason for the 3 stars is the service was HORRIBLE! After ordering apps she never came back over to take our order for main dishes we had to ask. You would think the place was packed, there was only one other table. When we finally did get to order, my husbands dish, did not come out with the rest and again had to wait about 5 for the waitress to come over and realize. I don't know if she forgot to put the order in or what but my husband said it tasted rushed. After we finished eating we had to find the waitress again (like get up from our table) and ask for a dessert menu and then again for the bill. I even reviewed the bill at the waitress station so I didn't have to wait for her to bring it over! It was a terrible experience to say the least. We visited from out of town on a weeknight for dinner. Ample parking in the lot, seated right away. Food was outstanding. Cheesesteak egg rolls, fries, bull burger, hot wings...all excellent. Very good food options and atmosphere. When they show the UFC Fights, I always come here. Unfortunately, they only show events like this sometimes. Also, the age to get in is 23 after a certain time. That is ridiculous. Us 21 year olds wait so long and get excited to turn 21, then we get turned away? Anyway, when this place is offering events and follows the law by letting in 21 year olds, it's enjoyable. read more
