The people who work in the office at swim Atlanta Hamilton mill are as nice as can be. I was absolutely stunned at the bad attitude that one of the swim coaches had. Her name is Patricia. She made it obvious that she was mad that my daughter started her class after they had already had 2 classes. She couldn't get over that the front office didn't have her name on her list of kids for her class. She was looking at the paper and throwing it down, pacing, her hand gestures obviously showed frustration ( even while talking to my 9 yr old daughter). She singled my daughter out and made her feel unwanted. She was so grumpy and agitated, no patience. My daughter wasn't even able to finish practice bc she made her feel so bad that she was in tears saying she wanted to leave. Shame on coach Patricia for making a sweet, excited little girl question her love for swimming. Only then, when she saw my daughter crying and Us go in the office did she come in say come on Addie you were doing good, what's wrong? I couldn't believe she had the audacity to come say a single word to my daughter while she was crying bc of her actions!! This lady will single handedly make them lose business no doubt about it. She should NOT be working with children AT ALL!!

They're very good about monitoring the cleanliness of the water and have closed down if there was any contamination. It's easy to check in and lots of options every day for either swimming laps or doing a class. All the instructors are pleasant and work with any type of limitations.

Today at the Buford club with the PA system turned up very loud the girl starting blaring at 5:30 that the club was closing at 6 pm and showers closed at 5:45. USA Mgmt demonstrated a severe lack of integrity in almost every aspect of their operations. My son…read moreworked for them during 2 summers while they were contracted by Hunt Military Communities to manage pools on military installations. The hiring process was chaotic each time, with training requirements constantly changing depending on who he spoke with. He dealt with numerous employees each summer, and despite completing all requirements, his paycheck was withheld due to claims that he hadn't. It took over a month of persistent calls to get his certification properly uploaded. At the start of the 2024 season, the pool was at risk of not opening due to lifeguard certification issues. Shockingly, the company suggested forging certifications--an alarming practice, especially considering these certifications involve life-saving responsibilities. The clock-in/out app was unreliable, making it impossible to accurately track hours worked. Furthermore, USA Mgmt failed to update their insurance documentation, leading to the contract holder withholding payment, which caused the pool to close for several days. Instead of taking responsibility, USA Mgmt blamed the contract holder for non-payment, while the lifeguards, including my son, went nearly a month without pay. My son's last day of work was 7/27/24, and as of 9/4/24, he still hasn't received 2 paychecks. After repeated calls and follow-ups with a manager named Morris, I eventually sent a certified letter to their accounting dept. I was told 2.5 weeks ago that his checks were sent. When I asked when, I was not given a date and Morris blamed the USPS for checks taking a month or longer to be delivered. I was told again today they were sent and I asked when. He said today and did not have an explanation why he previously told me they were sent. This company's failure to pay minors on time, coupled with their illegal practices and indifferent attitude, is unacceptable. My son isn't the only one facing these issues--his fellow lifeguards have experienced similar frustrations. I am disgusted by their behavior and will be filing a formal complaint with the government to ensure these issues are addressed.

Here's why we don't recommend Sweetwater Pools... Inexperienced technicians - unable to answer the most basic maintenance questions. Disrespectful to property - the technicians would disassemble our pool skimmer, using the pole to mix their chemicals (that's fine!), but then not put it back together. We repeatedly asked them to put it back the way they found it to no avail. It felt lazy and disrespectful. Zero communication - really hard to get anyone to call you back to address concerns or questions. To sum it up, we never felt like Sweetwater Pools valued our business or ever tried to salvage it. You have been forewarned.
