I was very impressed with the unique menu. Although it's mostly American food, much of it has different twists and delicious ingredients. For example, sweet potato tater tots with short rib meat on top. Burgers are good and also with unique flavors like the PB and J burger or the 3 Kings burger both good. Wow what a disappointment celebrating our 14 year wedding anniversary and stumbled across this spot I guess my expectations were too high not sure if this has 4.5 stars because people do not go out to eat but not even close. Started out with the Buffalo cauliflower and crab dip, Crab Dip is served with under toasted over buttered bread and had zero flavor, the Buffalo cauliflower came out freezing cold and bad to send back to the kitchen to be remade . When it came back it was pretty tasty. We proceeded to order the Italian Stallion Flatbread and Meatball special . The Flatbread had so much salt on it my wife almost choked when she took a bite ( the server told us afterward that they put salt on it at the end ) recommend you let people put it on themselves. The meatball was warm and red sauce tasty but the actual meat was dry and grainy taste. They offered a free appetizer and took the flatbread off the bill to try and fix the situation ( soft) . Worst $50+ I have spent in a long time. Tim our server was a really nice guy and was the only good thing about this restaurant which it's usually great food with bad service tonight we had great service and horrible food. read more

I wish I liked this place but I just don't. I wanted to like it. I tried more than once. I ordered different things each time hoping for a different result. For one the service was unacceptable. I say that because they brought the entrees before we were half way through the appetizers. That is restaurant etiquette 101 on what not to do. We weren't slow either, I would say they brought our main dishes less than 5 minutes after they brought the appetizers. Ridiculous. The burger is sold as prime. It had almost a gamey taste to it which it shouldn't. Everyone says how great the burgers are, but mine was far from great. WIne on tap is cool, but I don't go to a restaurant for wine on tap. The sliders were ok. Not great. Not awful, Just ok. The meatloaf which our server raved about on our second visit was dry and boring. The shrimp n grits was the best thing on the menu but only because the grits were good. The shrimp was overcooked and rubbery. The seating is annoying as you are inches from the table next to you. I could hear the couple next to us gossiping about their friend's kids being ugly. It was also very loud with the bar right there next to us. I'll keep this short but if you come here you must get the buffalo cauliflower. Sounds weird but so good. I tried one of their specials this time (Nashville Chicken Sliders) and it was the best dish I've had here in the three times I've been. The place is called Craft Street and craft it is! I am not only a fan but will become a regular! I have been here 3 times now and each experience was just as good as the last if not better. They have so many great options on their menu everything is a must. They tend to have a lot of special menu items but if ever the 3 birds breakfast sandwich is on there you will leave with your buckle undone with the amount of food is on there. The short rib sweet potato tator tots are to die for and their burgers are amazing. If you are feeling mac n chesse theirs is so good and flavorful! I came here on date night with my husband. This is the best services I have experienced EVER! Stephanie was our server and she was beyond excellent. She was very attentive and knew exactly when to stop by and when to wait to see if we needed anything. The food was excellent and we will be back for sure! You get so much value for your money it is a no brainer. At the end of our meal the GM Tyler stopped by our table and asked us how everything went. He was actually interested in our honest feedback. Craft Street Kitchen is a great place for food, drinks, and atmosphere. On my most recent visit, we started out with sharing a huge order of Buffalo Cauliflower, which is actually one of their dishes that keeps me coming back. Then ordered the Mushroom Faro plate for dinner, which had faro surrounded by beets, tomatoes, barbecued chickpeas, and charred cauliflower. What a great choice! The plate looked like something you would see on Food Network and the taste was absolutely amazing. The portion was large enough for me to take some home. I cannot believe we just found this place. We have driven by the Target complex forever and never saw Craft Street. We have been missing out on some awesome food. When we pulled up we did think it was just a bar but when we walked in it was a great atmosphere and was not just a bar. It sort of reminded me of a back yard in Texas. The menu was great! The food choice names were really unique. We ordered a Pineapple Mint Tea which was to die for. We got our drinks immedialty. The place was packed but we were waited on super quick and our waiter was awesome. We ordered the bourbon meatloaf with honey carrots and red skin mashed potatoes and my husband ordered the Bourbon Salmon. OMG it was all to die for. The presentation of our food was great! They really take the time out to make your food and present it. They food choices are like no other. You could not find this awesome food anywhere else. We decided to get dessert and WOW we will need to go to the gym tomorrow! We had the hummingbird cake. It came out in a little mason jar which was so cute but wow the butter cream topping was so sweet but oh so good. We were so full but did not feel disgusting fool. I felt like i had just eaten from my grandmas house. Delicious! Our waiter was awesome. He sat and talking to us to tell us the history of the place. He has been there since day 1. He really enjoys his job and it surely shows. We met the manager, the waiter had told him it was our first time. He presented us with a free appetizer coupon for next time. We talked to him for about 10 minutes and he let us know more of the history as well. What great people! I can't wait to go back and try something else. So many choices on the menu! Came back for the winter and noticed this new place. Asked around and found that the owners of Zim Zari next door own this place also. I could tell that by not only the food, but by the ATTENTION they give their customers. Seems rare in the Tampa area! I exclaimed to my server how much I loved my Crafty Pasta - wow was it good. Somewhere in my conversation she gleaned this was my first time here. Next thing I know, the manager (Tyler I believe) was at my table welcoming me AND gave me a card for a free appetizer! Hmmmmm - guess what happened last year at Zim Zari? The manager, Chris, found out that it was first (of many to follow) visit and gave me a card for a free appetizer!! He by far, has been one of the most informative, outgoing, and pleasant waiters I've ever had . Craft street has an all star waiter on their hands.
