It's a small bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and washer/dryer, and we assumed it was just a grouting or caulking fix. Timothy came over within hours after I contacted him for a free inspection. He did a series of tests with me that revealed that the entire shower had been built wrong and had been silently leaking water into our walls and ceiling for years. If we'd hired someone who just slapped on new grout and called it a day, we'd still have water destroying our home from the inside out. Their systematic approach caught what a previous contractor missed when we had them out for the same issue two years ago. They rebuilt the shower completely and repaired the damaged ceiling below. The whole project took about two week, and honestly, every single day of that process was impressive. Their communication was outstanding--they stopped to ask questions at exactly the right moments, walked us through every decision, and never once made us feel out of the loop. The repairs were a cinch and the took care of them quickly. The mystery was solved. There was a minor hiccup where they had to return to clean up some stuff because the old grout had soaked in more water than expected, causing some of the new grout to run, but the were quick to return and do that touch up for us.
