Egg, Bacon, Potatoes, Biscuits and Gravy from the Buffet
    Pie E.

Out for a bike ride this morning and went through Indiantown and I saw the Crackers Cafe in the corner of my eye, turned around and went inside for breakfast. Bit confusing, "seat yourself or wait to be seated", apparently it was "seat yourself" today. Menu looked adequate and the buffet looked plentiful, I went for the Buffet as it had a bit of everything and would give me a good understanding how the food in general tastes. The eggs were good (cracked daily), the biscuits and gravy are very good, the gravy is probably one of the best in this part of Florida. I would definitely stop by the "Crackers Cafe" if I ride through Indiantown again.

    Parked in Crackers parking lot.

Excellent food. A Must-Go-To place for breakfast. Recommend to try the chicken & waffle entree with sweet & tangy mustard sauce.

Counter Culture beans are used here, and it tastes great. They also have super nice baristas that help accommodate your order and make cute art in your drinks. My go-to is a single shot cortado or an oat milk latte. They have a bunch of signature drinks that I do get once in a while. I really like the sweet Carolyne. It has white chocolate and macadamia syrup. & of course, seasonal specials! (I ask for half sweet on all the drinks.) They also have pastries and some small bites. The inside is decorated nicely. With plenty of seating, there's space to hangout or get work done. They have some board games for guests to use. It's not too loud inside music-wise but it does get loud when there are groups of people hanging out. So bring headphones! Skate merchandise is available for purchase. Hence the name and the theme of the shop. Coffee ~Grind~ Get it? I think it's awesome and there are some cool things offered! On the other side of the shop, a bunch of art is on display. It's also for sale! All in all, this is my fave coffee shop in tradition (honestly I think it might be the only local spot). But it holds its own next to other coffee places on the treasure coast!

After a quick Yelp scroll, The Daily Grind popped up with a 4.7 rating and over 100 reviews, so we took the chance--and I'm glad we did. You could easily drive past it. It's fairly non-descript, tucked in next to a car wash just off PGA Blvd. But inside, it's exactly the kind of place coffee people hope to find. About a dozen folks in the shop, indoor and outdoor seating, vintage rock band tees on the wall for merch, and an eclectic, laid-back vibe that feels intentional rather than curated. One guy behind the counter--clearly the owner--was fully locked in, making a sourdough egg and avocado toast and a cappuccino. No rushing, no distraction. When he finished, he looked up, smiled, and invited me to order. That moment set the tone. I ordered a flat white, and you can taste the passion immediately. Perfect milk temperature, balanced proportions, and clearly dialed-in beans with the right brew time. This is someone who respects the craft. I ended up stopping to thank him--not just for the coffee, but for taking a moment to chat about the business and for genuinely making us feel welcome. There's also a covered outdoor seating area with a large screen, which makes it an easy place to hang for a bit rather than grab-and-go. Great coffee, a cool little shop, and an owner who clearly cares. If you're anywhere near Palm Beach Gardens and need a quality coffee stop, this place is absolutely worth pulling over for.
