Food was amazing I had catfish with mash potatoes green beans cornbread services on point

My husband's food.

Southern Comfort Food at its best. Plus a country-style General Store. Reminds me of the old Mom and Pop stores. You can purchase clothing, rocking chairs, quits, Christmas Decorations, candy, soda, moon pies, pies, inspirational items, decorations, toys and so much more. They had a lot of beautiful items including a beautiful Cardinal Stoneware dinnerware, a giant PEZ dispenser, and clothing for all. We had breakfast. The Southern Fried Apples are beyond yummy and decadent. It is perfect as a side for sweet or savory dishes or as a dessert. The loaded hashbrowns are so delectable they will have you salivating. I absolutely adore country fried. steak. I have had it many times over the years and at a Cracker Barrel. However, they didn't seem as delicious as before. Don't get me wrong it was good just not as good as I remember. Our waitress and her trainer were both amazing and so very kind. The trainer was from California was so very knowledgeable and caring. We went on opening day. Please give the restaurant and wait staff a little extra kindness. Everything new is always a learning curve and small kinks will need to be worked out. Kindness goes a long way.

The trash no employee bothered to clean, And several of them saw it. Gross.

We absolutely lovec being sat at a table with a trash bag from in and out under the table. So we moved it behind us . A girl hostess walked by a couple times looked at it and left it. Then there must have been a shift change and a male hostess walked past several times and STILL LEFT IT. NOT TO MENTION OUR SERVER ! He saw it too. ( he made mention of it after we were finished) thus was about 3:30 4:00 ish. Won't be going back there. Your Gross! If this this what you allow your guests to see.... What is hidden in the kitchen. Yuck!

Chicken fried steak was dry. Hash browns were soggy and salty.

This is our 3rd visit to a Cracker Barrel...2 others at 2 other states. They were all super slow and food quality similar to Denny's. But Denny's is cheaper and faster ironically. Took us 1.5 hrs for brunch, and that's not bc we ate slow. We waited 15 for a server to come and 50 mins more for our food! My soup came out after my meal, had to ask for my missing biscuits and gravy, had to ask for my kid's milk, had to ask for water refills, and my chicken and dumplings soup only had 1 dumpling, no chicken, and all broth! Horrible!! When flagging down the server to ask about our food, the server said wait she'll be back bc the other table has been seated but not greeted for the last 15 mins. WHAT??!! We've been waiting for an hr! Similar service at the other Cracker Barrel too. No more. 3rd strike, they're out!

Cheesecake stuffed pancakes.

E has never been to the Cracker Barrel. We came for breakfast on Valentine's Day. My husband shared the menu with me and I was all for it. The prices seemed comparable and there is a variety of options. I was convinced s as soon as I saw the cheesecake stuffed pancakes. Yummmmm. The restaurant is a shop, restaurant, and offers pitcher mimosas. I'm a fan of them. It's a really nice and cozy restaurant. The staff is super friendly. They even give you a first timer bag if it's your first time there. I ordered the Cracker Barrel country boys breakfast and my husband ordered the steak and eggs hash casserole. I opted for the steak pieces, eggs, and loaded hash browns. It was so good...the steak pieces a little on the top seasoned side but still good. Portions are good for the price. The biscuits are super soft and yummy. E will definitely be back with our kids. We are looking forward to the dinner menu. Overall it was a great warming experience.

Breakfast was delicious, cracker barrel has by far the BEST pancakes ever....not sure if it the syrup, batter or how they are cooked. Always a great breakfast with the rest of the items also. Will return!! Server was very efficient. Restaurant was clean.

The food needs to be improved it has declined over time. And the rebranding is wrong. Rather eat breakfast at the cup alit better.

Supported the following business while we were here - Proper Fit Footwear, Nevada Marketplace, and the library. 14 businesses; I guess the restaurants/businesses on the other side of the shopping center are not part of this mall...? Ambiance - Huge mall, but NOT busy at all. Good restaurants that we frequent on the other side of the shopping center. We rarely come this way. Plenty of mall parking, huge parking lots. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 6pm or 7 pm, see picture. Events - See their website. Service - Good. Price - Proper Fit Footwear, got a pair of shoes for an amazing low price. Will be back in January to see the next set of shoes on sale. Nevada Marketplace - Slightly expensive, but is that (should that) be the cost to support local...? Library = Free, thank you. The architecture is a solid…read morethrowback, very much old-school Reno, with wide open interior spaces that give it a nostalgic charm you don't see much anymore. It doesn't try to be flashy, and that's part of what makes it cool. One of the best surprises is having the Reno library right inside the mall. It adds a strong community feel and gives the space more purpose than a typical shopping center. You'll see people studying, families stopping in, and locals just passing through, which adds to the character. That said, it really feels like there's an opportunity here. I wish there were more stores and restaurants inside to help bring in more foot traffic and energy. With the architecture and built-in library already in place, a stronger mix of shops and food spots could easily turn this into a much more vibrant destination. It's not about high-end shopping or crowds. It's about atmosphere, history, and potential. If you appreciate classic architecture and unique local spaces, Reno Town Mall is still worth checking out.

It is that time for an update…read more Quality/Quantity - Okay, I rarely come to his mall. Very few stores that I frequent, until now. Thanks to Trader Joes! In the past we only came here for the following: Apple Store, Lululemon (taking a break from this brand now), Starbucks (only when it is on the way). Now we have added the following business to our list: Carhartt, Mt. Rose Wine Co., Reno Running Company, etc. Also, it helps us visit some of our favorite restaurants here - Land Ocean, Skipolinis, and Miyabi. Chipotle just opened, but we are not a customer any more. And a free standing Starbucks is STILL being built. Atmosphere - Huge mall that is rarely busy. Well, they are getting busier and busier again thanks to Trader Joe. Plenty of parking. Convenient location for us, easy in and out from highways. Open 7 days a week from 10am or 11am to 6pm or 7pm. Pet friendly, see the tiny dog park/area. Free wifi, I have not used it. Service - Good. Price - Good, some might say upscale. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2006. We were happy when you built this mall, too bad we have not been big customers until now. Are you under new ownership now?

There are a few upper middle market shops like Apple, Kendra Scott, and Tabot's. But then you have Five Below and Dillard's. It's like, do they want to be fauncy or low-brow? This mall isn't even remotely pedestrian-friendly. Large parking lots and narrow sidewalks separate shopping sections which are far apart and not easily walkable if you have a stroller, a walker or are in a wheelchair.

We are very loyal customers. Quality/Quantity - Here for the Wax and Watch event DIG. My first time and what an amazing event. Fundraising for so many nonprofits, see pictures. Also sponsored by Fifty Fifty Brewing Co; I had a few too many beers, too good of a time. I also found out about Fifty's Grand opening at RPM, which we also supported and attended the next day, see other Yelp Review. Non alcoholic drinks were also available. Too lazy to have brought our equipment for the wax. Plus Mt Rose gives us each 4 free waxes that I rarely use up. Raffle - We did NOT win. Atmosphere - Clean and organized location. Love the NV art on the side of the building/in the parking lot. Cool! See pictures. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm and on Sundays from 10am to 6pm. Small parking lot, but because we came in off peak (weird) hours, it is rarely an issue for us. And today we got lucky as the lot was full but a car gave us his space. Service - The team is so welcoming and friendly. This is the #1 reason we are loyal customers. Events available - See website. Again, my first but NOT last time that I will attend an event. We will probably come back Sunday for the Mt Rose Passholder Spring Sale. Price - Expensive, but worth the quality, service, and culture. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1973. And thank you for also giving 1% to not-for-profit workers "to defend the earth." And having programs that raise awareness of environmental and social issues. My favorite program is Worn Wear. You can either sell Patagonia your used clothes or trade them in so they can fix it. I believe that reusing is better than recycling. Furthermore, they give you credit ranging from $15 to $150.

Sierra Nevada Construction and RTC have made the neighborhood even more vibrant with all the updates and additions. I've now walked side by side with two adults from St. Lawrence to Mt. Rose. It was a great stroll made even better by the fact the sidewalks could accommodate us. Prior to the upgrades walking this area was tough, and parking was even tougher. Often you have to veer off south Virginia Street to see many of them. It's worth it. So many great small locally owned businesses. New clothing boutiques and shops that offer recycled clothing. Many bars that range from fun divvy to a bit pricey with attitude. Venues to catch small music concerts, plays and improv performances. Another older mall in Reno…read more It now houses just a few chain stores - CVS, Marshalls, My Favorite Muffin, Tuesday Morning, and a Port of Sub. As well as just a handful of small local shops. It has plenty of easy parking. But the poor tired looking interior and exterior needs some updating. Recently with all our rain, it was dripping inside in several areas. They have a lot of neat and unique shops inside the mall, and a few big stores. Also there is a little Korean lady with a seamstress shop in there, and I've used her a few times and was happy with her work. The giant Shepplers Western Wear store is of course a place I have to at least browse around in, though I have not worn western clothes on a regular basis in a very long time..... but a Texan is just automatically drawn to anywhere that has boots, jeans, and cowboy hats. I have self control though and dont buy any of it!! They also have a background check place which is what first brought me to this little shopping center where you go to get your FBI background check and fingerprints checked and a security check ran for employment and I had to go there for my last job...... In case your wondering I am not wanted by the law and I'm cleared by the FBI and considered a non security risk!! I SWEAR that time I was on America's Most Wanted was all a big mix up :-) hahaha The shopping center is an OK place, it serves its purpose I just think its time to spruce it up. The best part about coming here other then you can get finger printed and not need a bail bondsmen is that when your finished you can just hop across the parking lot and go eat at Dickey's BBQ!!!!!
