I made a deposit on the car to hold it. I noticed from pictures a parking light was out that I asked Brad to fix, and also asked him to ensure the AC works properly. He told me he would do so. When I picked up the car, I again mentioned to him the light was out and he had the mechanic look at it for supposedly fix it while we finalized the deal. He said he checked the AC also. Well upon returning home I noticed the light wasn't fixed, and now I haveto pay at least $130.00 out of my own pocket to fix it. Not only that...now that the weather was finally warm enough to turn the AC on, I realized it doesn't work because it needed servicing. I contacted them and was told there's nothing they could do about it because it was too long since I bought the car, This is what I was trying to avoid, but due to the lack of integrity and business ethics by this company. Stay away from this dealer! Find an honest car sales company that does what they say to ensure the sale is done right.

I took a screenshot of the service coupon off their website & texted that back to the advisor after I made my selections on work to be done. I truly love the transparency. Once the car was ready George came over to let me know. I'm dinging the dealership 1 star for not doing the complimentary car wash there with service but instead giving a voucher to use at Brad's car wash ( a sister company). After running the CARFAX and checking the dashboard, I discovered the dealership had actually titled the car to a second owner and driven hundreds of extra miles on it as a demo, permanently making it a multi-owner car.When I returned the next morning before paying or taking delivery to address the error, management refused to fix the contract, became incredibly hostile, and ordered me to leave the dealership. Thankfully, because no money changed hands and I never took delivery, the deal is legally void. Buyers beware: double-check the odometers and history reports here, and do not trust what the sales staff tells you.
