We came over to take a look and for a test drive. I have been searching for a pickup for weeks. It is surprising to me how few pickups have tow hitches. I needed a tow hitch for my RV. I currently pull my single axle 3200 GVWR with my minivan with not much problem but I am considering upgrading the RV to a larger one and wanted to be ready. This truck is rated to pull over 8,000 lbs. I'm not big on a lot of features that cost a lot of extra money, especially for a truck that's only going to be used occasionally to pull a RV trailer. This 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 truck did come with "tow side mirrors" and remote start. At only 40,000 miles on the odometer I feel like I found a good deal. We experienced no issues with a straight forward negotiation and closing. All three gentlemen, the salesman, the manager and the finance guy all treated us fairly and helped us get through the process quickly. Bottom line is I would definitely come back to purchase another vehicle in the future.

Have the vehicle looked over buy a separate garage not owned by them! This place is a joke thieves!!

Sure they are professional and nice-they want your business, I mean money, until you start talking…read moreabout down payments and money. Most car salesmen prejudge. I asked about a vehicle that I was interested in and was told I could not afford the down payment, yet, down payment, car prices and mileage are not posted on the vehicles or online obviously for a REASON. They want to prey on dummies. When I looked up the vehicle in question on my "smart phone" though pretty it was not worth S***! Only "they" know what they have, what it is worth and who "they" feel like deserves it. They will separate the down payment into smaller payments for you to pay along with your car payment anyway. So when they say only $500 down that money is for the salesman. The paperwork may say 3000 down or 2000 down. Or you could just save up and give that money instead to a small car lot (Joes...) and have your pick of great vehicles and better monthly payment. If you give away your car (I mean trade in) it is just that they are not really giving you any money for it. Wild and crazy numbers are manipulated on paper they just keep it legal. By the way, I cannot stand car salespeople that tell you what THEY assume you can afford. They probably laugh at the broke folks that come in once they go home. Usually they will try to put you into a vehicle no one wants and they just want to dump. If you are young and naive they can do this over and over again. They know they legally have the upper hand and so any problems after you drive away are yours not theirs unfortunately. But there are auto loan companies like Bridgecrest that are happy to work with you if you have to miss a payment. Instead of repo so they can make more money off your car with the next sucker. I asked about minor collision damage but they kept it a secret- whatever is on Car Fax people you need to know about. Women, take a guy in with you that knows a little about cars, you need to know if it has recalls... these high mileage American cars that you will pay triple for are junk to begin with and ready to break down. It is usually not a Honda or Toyota...so there is a 50 % chance that you will get a high mileage car that was a one owner who kept up the maintenance (oil changes...). You need to know about any collision damage major or minor damage that they purposely will not disclose. Better yet, save up and buy a car from a one owner or go to the auction and buy a car with a mechanic and save tons the car will be ready to throw away in three years remember that, but with a dealership you will still owe!

Blonde lady up front was terrible. Saw a BMW I liked and drove 40 minutes to check it out cash ready. Told her I'm gonna have my buddy that works at jiffy lube across the stress (literally 2 min drive) put it on the lift and she said no I can't do that, I said okay I'll just take it for a spin. Went anyways and go figure my buddy found leaking oil, blown gasket, and repairs that'd cost more than what the car was selling for. Bullet dodged. No thanks to the blonde lady up front.

Visited the dealership, checked the car, had engine check and brake lights on. The lady at the reception (Leya or whatever her name was) said that the vehicle doesn't have any problem other than an AC issue. She was rushing from the start to the end and said that the car was serviced recently but didn't have any records for it. Told me that they would give a $200 discount for it with an unknown AC issue and the out-the-door price would be $3600. Test drive went well but the lady didn't allow me to inspect it at an auto repair shop. Being desperate to buy a car, I took it. Two inspections in two days proved the car to be an absolute wreck from the inside. Completely rusted braking system and fuel lines, leaks everywhere, and the car took a while to stop making it very unsafe to drive. Repair costs were not worth it at the point for such an old car so I contacted for taking the car back. All they could do is offer $1000 for it. All this happened in the space of five days. I understand the research behind the price but a customer's safety should be an absolute priority. How can you put a car for sale and allow it for a test drive with engine and brake issues? None of this was mentioned in the car sale description. In the end fighting for my own fair money was exhausting and I gave the car back in a week. They will defend themself by pointing out the customer's lack of knowledge but is it greater than safety? Services like these would take someone's life someday just to earn a few thousand dollars. I have seen some other reviews from dissatisfied customers and I won't be surprised to see they reply to my review with some illogical argument to make their point. To others, stay away from such dealerships so that you don't learn this lesson the hard way. It is wise to put some more money and buy better cars from brand authorized dealerships. In the end, Widerange LLC has a wide range of shitty cars, so stay away from it!

The receptionist was so courteous and accurately relayed everything I told her was going on with my vehicle to the mechanics and went above and beyond to make sure I would leave with a fully functional vehicle. I had taken my car to 2 other shops (Eagle auto & Tom O'Brien) who both told me I needed 2 lists of totally different repairs. IAM went through the list and explained to me why I did or didn't need each item and the receptionist even shared photos from the mechanic of items like the air filter to prove it actually needed replacing. This is the most transparent and honest service shop I have ever been to. I have had zero issues with my vehicle since servicing here.

We had driven 4 hours to purchase this vehicle, and it couldn't even make it 15 minutes on the highway. We had no choice but to leave the car at the dealership the same day because it was not drivable. When I contacted the dealership, instead of taking responsibility, the salesman told us to lie about the situation to the warranty company so the damage would be covered. That was extremely concerning and unprofessional. RED FLAG We were then promised that we could switch the car out on Monday, but when that day came, we were given the runaround. We were repeatedly transferred to a salesman who would not answer and appeared to be intentionally sending us to voicemail. The only way we could reach anyone was by calling from different or private numbers. We drove back again 4 hours-- 2 days later --trying to resolve this issue, and still nothing has been done. There has been no real help, no follow-up, and no accountability. On top of that, when we became understandably frustrated due to the lack of resolution, the situation escalated and the police were called about 5-10 mins after we got there instead of anyone attempting to handle the issue professionally because they didn't want their customers to know what they did as we were voicing what was going on. This entire experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable. We are still waiting for a proper resolution and have yet to be contacted in any meaningful way. Buyers should proceed with extreme caution.

They took my car back & then did something I really like here. They send you a video of what the service tech is seeing. Around the vehicle, the engine as well as under it. Then they text you what they recommend to be done and you can pick & choose those options. This is while you are in the nicely appointed waiting area. It's basically no touch customer service. I took a screenshot of the service coupon off their website & texted that back to the advisor after I made my selections on work to be done. I truly love the transparency. Once the car was ready George came over to let me know. I'm dinging the dealership 1 star for not doing the complimentary car wash there with service but instead giving a voucher to use at Brad's car wash ( a sister company). If the Hubler Acura store right next door can do washes I fail to understand why they can't at Mazda anymore. ‍ Overall though still a very good car service experience.
