We hired Betty from UniqueChic as our day of coordinator and she did a wonderful job. On top of…read morethat we hired her pretty close to our wedding date and the amount of planning needed to be done was quite a lot, however she was able to manage it all. She was able to coordinate with our other vendors to keep everyone on the same page. Here are our top three reasons why we loved and appreciate Unique Chic's services: 1. The communication: Betty was always available to speak with us. Of course we were a nervous wreck and called/emailed quite often. Not once did we feel like we were pushed away or put on the back burner. After each call or email we were at ease because all of our questions were answered. In addition, the response time was impressive and that we did not have to wait for more than a day to hear back from Betty. If she wasn't available at that moment, the other staff members were able to answer our questions right away and pick up right where we left off. 2. Betty's expertise and suggestions: The advice she had given us was priceless. She was always willing to work with us and our budget. She helped with our decoration idea and was not afraid to let us know there were better options to capture our vision. In no way did she pressure us out of our comfort zone and press us to rent or add on more of their services. 3. Their services: in addition to the day of coordination service we also rented some of their decorations and supplies. UniqueChic is the full package service all in one location. Had we known they did it all at the start of our wedding planning we would have been able to taken advantage of their package deals if we did not already made other commitments.

It often left me confused because the lights would be on and products scattered everywhere, but why were the doors always locked and nobody was there? Well, lucky for me Daisy was there today! I really needed a break from Paper Source because you see, words are my primary love language and I like to gift cards as much as I can. I wish that their hours were more consistent because I always feel like I'm settling when I give my business to Paper Source. Although, I have nothing horrible to say about Paper Source, it's always been a good experience for me upstairs but sometimes you just need to spice up your greeting card horizon and that selection makes me happy. Daisy was incredibly friendly and we chatted a lot. I had to wrap it up because my food I picked up was getting cold but she was really helpful and so was the owner which I forgot her name (sorry owner), that I encountered in the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. I have always had a much better experience with customer service in this store than Paper Source but really hope they improve with their hours. Paper Source keeps getting my business this year but thankful Bring Something To The Party is still around!

I had such a wonderful experience working with The Simple Luxe for my son's first birthday party…read morethat was farmers market themed! From start to finish they were incredibly easy to communicate with- responsive, attentive, and truly listened to what I wanted. Lisa and her team brought my vision to life, and it was even better than I imagined. What really stood out was their willingness to work within our budget without compromising on quality or creativity. They not only designed and set up all the balloons, backdrops, installations but they also spent extra time helping me decorate and design the farmers market with the custom gifts I made and/or purchased for my guests. The entire process felt stress-free and enjoyable. Everything turned out beautifully and we received so many compliments. I am truly honored to be The Simple Luxe's first farmers market themed client and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a talented, reliable, and kind vendor who goes above and beyond. If you have been following them on social media like I was and have an upcoming event - reach out to them and get a quote! You will not be disappointed!

We also wanted to include our late dog in the design, and she incorporated him so beautifully. Seeing the attention to detail in their previous work is what convinced us to move forward, and all of our guests were blown away by how everything turned out. Jasmine was also a pleasure to work with. She was very communicative, easy to talk to, and made the entire process stress-free from start to finish. She really listened to our ideas, gave us time to make decisions, and helped us stay within our budget. Huge thanks to the setup and cleanup team as well. They were punctual and respectful of the time we had the venue booked. My wife and I would definitely recommend The Simple Luxe to anyone (if it's within your budget). Their hard work and dedication to their clients truly shows in their work.

We had a family celebration here a couple of weeks ago; and let me tell you the owner and manager are extremely unprofessional. They gave my brother one price which he paid in full; but once at the venue they started extra charging for everything they could think of. They were so nice and friendly when you first do the contract with them and once you start questioning why the extra charges they act so rude at the moment of the party with guests in there, so annoying and stressful. Now the lovely (NOT!) security guards were so rude to our guests they started kicking them out even when they were trying to help my family to pick up our left over stuff to leave this place faster. These security people were treating our guests like immates. They're obviously in the wrong job area but I guess they were following their bosses' unethical ways. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I regret choosing it in the first place. Please don't add uneccesary stress to a day you're supposed to have fun and enjoy with family and friends.
