    I found Unique Chic Events through Instagram and reached out regarding the decor for my wedding. From the start of working with them, up to my wedding day, everything ran smoothly. We worked with Betty and she was so nice, easy to reach, and always returned my messages promptly. She did a mock set up prior to the wedding so we were all on the same page the day of the wedding. They did all the decor on our tables (center pieces, charger plates, linen and napkins), cake table decor, and welcome table decor. They also did our sweetheart table set up with a backdrop that was absolutely stunning. Our wedding just passed and it was perfect! Everything turned out beautifully and it was what I wanted and envisioned. I would definitely recommend Unique Chic and use them for any other events in the future. I can't say thank you enough!!

    We hired Betty from UniqueChic as our day of coordinator and she did a wonderful job. On top of that we hired her pretty close to our wedding date and the amount of planning needed to be done was quite a lot, however she was able to manage it all. She was able to coordinate with our other vendors to keep everyone on the same page. Here are our top three reasons why we loved and appreciate Unique Chic's services: 1. The communication: Betty was always available to speak with us. Of course we were a nervous wreck and called/emailed quite often. Not once did we feel like we were pushed away or put on the back burner. After each call or email we were at ease because all of our questions were answered. In addition, the response time was impressive and that we did not have to wait for more than a day to hear back from Betty. If she wasn't available at that moment, the other staff members were able to answer our questions right away and pick up right where we left off. 2. Betty's expertise and suggestions: The advice she had given us was priceless. She was always willing to work with us and our budget. She helped with our decoration idea and was not afraid to let us know there were better options to capture our vision. In no way did she pressure us out of our comfort zone and press us to rent or add on more of their services. 3. Their services: in addition to the day of coordination service we also rented some of their decorations and supplies. UniqueChic is the full package service all in one location. Had we known they did it all at the start of our wedding planning we would have been able to taken advantage of their package deals if we did not already made other commitments.

    If you're having an event...I am going to express my thoughts about this magical company and I mean this from the bottom of my heart you don't need any other reviews except this one. When I came across this company on yelp, I read the reviews and noticed that the only negative reviews were all from the same client and different members of their family bashing them so in my heart I knew there was forsure a backstory with that. In my whole life I have never met such a loving, creative, optimistic, thoughtful, kind and considerate team of event planners. I had to plan my event in the matter of 2 days and this company was the only company that agreed to do what I wanted. They explained everything on the phone and they even came and scoped out the venue and let me know the breakdown on exactly what they are going to do. I knew it would come out amazing but BOY was I blown away from the final look. All my rentals from my chairs, utensils & tables to the draping and lights, to the candles and flowers was all beyond my wildest dreams!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel so grateful and thankful and blessed and it feels so good not having to look for any other place to reach to plan my next event! Josh and Luz and team!!! God bless you all !!!!!

    I just got married a few months ago, August 15, 2015 to be exact and I had around 350 guests. I knew what I wanted right from the beginning and was looking to have my outside venue look amazing, completely transformed and have my guests feel very welcomed, organized and just wanted them to leave saying this was the wedding of the year! I came across Unique Chic events in Downtown LA. I loved everything they had in their showroom I spoke to Luz maybe 3 times before we actually signed a contract and the result was just amazing. We ended up getting Luz to be our coordinator for that day and got several things from her showroom ( chiavari chairs, our main table decorated, a few white leather sofas, decorated our stage and decorated our entrance and a few other things). It was an amazing experience although I have to say it's not cheap but hey if you're looking for quality and things to get done right, you need to invest a bit more, you won't regret it! Everything down to the last bit was super organized, everything I had ordered was there on time and unique chic events worked great with my other vendors. They were very strict on timing but if we decided to wait on something they would rearrange our schedule and continue with the program. recommend their work and will be using their services for my sister's big 15 birthday party this coming year. I will leave a few pictures I hope they help. Thank you again for your professionalism and hard work !!

    My girlfriend found this store walking downtown and was drawn in by their beautiful window display. She rented a few items from them for her lovely yacht wedding. They arrived on time, set up everything as agreed, and everything went very smooth. My wedding was just a few months later so my friend took me here although I was just about done with every aspect of my wedding I was so impressed I decided to rent the white love seat for my reception. The love seat was clean, very nice, and a great addition to my reception and I was delighted to have the most beautiful sweetheart table. This company is reliable, on time, and professional. I will definitely rent from them again and I highly recommend them!

    Josh was amazing to work with and truly helped me with everything I needed to add amazing decor to my wedding venue. Unique Chic Events exceeded my expectations with their quality products, wonderful customer service, timely set-up day of, and very reasonable prices. I researched into many different vendors, and I couldn't find another company that had better prices and quality than Unique Chic Events. Josh always returned my phone calls or e-mails, and constantly updated my invoice promptly when I realized I needed more or less of certain items. He was so nice and helpful and really made the process easier as it was my first time planning such a huge event. The set-up was better than I asked for, and really brought the whole room together. I rented the gold acrylic chargers and many things for our sweetheart table (pipe and drape, flower stands, velvet covering for the floor, chandelier, table linens). It looked absolutely beautiful when I saw it the day of! I was very happy with the design of the backdrop for our sweetheart table.

First of all it doesn't matter where the reception took place ( family's house) . My wife was not happy with the set up. You guys didnt even take the freedom to stop by and evaluate the venue after a down-payment was made. You guys knew that the existing house-porch was 10 feet tall why wouldn't you flush that with your tent ( if you would have evaluated the venue then you probably would have prepared yourself for it). Thank God it didnt rain or the tent you guys put would have been there only for show. If you look at the picture , all the rain would have ran on our guests . The event started at 5:30pm by 8 there was no water . The light in the restroom did not work, it was installed inside and it was solar light (Do you charge those before or how do you know it will stay up all night). You also came unprepared and took/lost some pliers that my uncle let you borrow. You could have made this better but decided to give us bad customer service. Trust me man I am not someone that complains but it was my wedding , one in a life time event .

    Late delivery + communication issues, but the delivery crew was great…read more I used Rental Avenue for furniture rentals for an event and spent around $7,000. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly stressful due to logistics and communication. The delivery showed up about 6 hours late, which completely threw off our setup timeline. Because they were so behind, I ended up having to stay at the property until 10:00 PM just to get everything placed and ready. To make matters worse, communication with the office was really difficult -- at one point, we had to have the delivery guys call the office repeatedly just to get someone on the phone and get direction/answers. That should never be on the customer (or the crew) to chase down. I'll say this: the delivery guys were honestly great. They were professional, kind, and clearly doing their best under the circumstances. We also ran into an issue with the table/chair heights. I ordered tall chairs, but I had selected shorter cocktail tables. They did help fix the issue, which I appreciate -- but the way it was handled made me feel like I was being scolded for it. When you're spending thousands and already dealing with a massively late delivery, the last thing you need is attitude. A simple "no worries, we'll get it sorted" would have gone a long way. Overall: great delivery crew, but the late delivery, hard-to-reach office, and the tone when resolving the setup issue made this a frustrating experience. I really wanted this to be a smooth, professional rental process, but it wasn't. I would not recommend.
