We had been coming here for over 10 years and it's the best place to learn basic life support skills / CPR. The class is very detailed and thorough. It's also a fun place for kids to learn. We all worked together as a group which made it so much easier and fun. Aris is the best instructor. I would recommend his classes.

Just wanted to say thank you for making the CPR class so informative and easy to follow! You explained everything in a clear, hands-on way that made it feel way less stressful, especially for something so serious and important. I really appreciated how you broke things down step-by-step and gave us time to practice without rushing. You kept it real and made sure we understood the why behind every move--not just memorizing steps, but actually feeling confident in how to respond in an emergency. This class honestly made me feel so much more prepared to help someone in a real-life situation. Thank you for your patience, energy, and making it such a comfortable space to learn something that could literally save a life 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing CPR certification! read more

Aris was a fantastic instructor. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his teaching. I took my class during the Covid pandemic and it ended up being one-on-one, which was extremely gracious, as I'm sure it's not nearly as profitable. That said, when I need to renew my certifications in the future, I will definitely be returning. Also, the environment was so clean and comfortable. This is by far the most stress-free BCLS & ACLS class I have ever attended in my 19yrs of a nursing profession. The instructor and staff are great, the curriculum is easily understood and the fact that they actually feed you makes CPRLink my top choice. KEN H. read more

I waited a while in the front lobby to be assisted, but no one was there. As I spoke up to see if I could be assisted, an older lady SLOWLY approached me with a serious face & asked what I was there for. I told her I was there for. 9am class but that unfortunately I had gotten lost on my way over. She said they had a 15mins Grace period, so I said ok, it has not been 15mins so if it was ok for me to join the class. She then stood there and looked at me. I had to ask if she could ask, she then walked SLOWLY over to the class and asked, & she stated they would no longer take me. Why then say they have a 15minute grace period, when in reality they don't. Makes no sense! I understand I was late, however I was still within the "grace period " Whatever !.. will definitely NOT be recommending nor will I ever return to this place!

After working a full night shift and driving here, I was met with total chaos and zero communication. No notice, no explanation...just an empty office wasting my time and energy. This is beyond unprofessional. It's unacceptable, infuriating, and shocking that an organization handling certifications can operate this way. Now I have to rush to find another provider to complete my NRP renewal. Absolutely appalling. This is why I refuse to pay for services BEFORE they are rendered. I should have read the reviews prior to scheduling because this is apparently the norm for his business practices. (I will include of photo of another review of a similar situation) but considering I scheduled this VIA the NRP website I did not believe it would be unprofessional. 10/10 would not recommend.
