Liza, the owner, was incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire course. She truly went above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and cared for during such a long training day. The office was beautiful, clean, and very organized, and she even provided coffee, breakfast, and lunch for the class, which was such a thoughtful touch. Trust me when I say you won't be able to find another spot that offers such low prices and is taught by someone who's genuinely passionate about teaching. Right off the bat, you could tell that it was going to be a fun class because of his energy. Even though it took me 4 - 5 hours to finish, the time flew by fast because he was so engaging and tailored his teaching to the group. The way he remembers some of the information was so creative, unique, and memorable. Some were also inspired by his daughter when she was 14, which shows just how easy he can make these classes. Overall, it was such a stress-free class. You can tell that he genuinely wants everyone to succeed and feel confident when saving lives. I've renewed my BLS many times with other companies, but this guy really teaches to save lives. The only issue I have is that I asked for CEU's and was never given them. Super important if you need them for a job. They never got back to me after I asked if I could get them. I also got an email stating that I'd probably pay more money, when on the website, it states they give CEU's when taking this class. Overall, class was great with a great instructor. Just a little disorganize when it comes to the CEU's. Hopefully no one has to deal with this when they need the CEU's.

P.S. * Complaints about small classroom size not an issue; Small Groups so didnt notice. You are here to improve and learn HQ BLS.
