I picked up the light on a Wednesday right before they closed and had it back to them Friday before they closed. I had the device for 48 hours and was charged for having it 3 days. I asked them if they felt it was morally ok to charge someone 72 hours when then had it for 48 and they said they are good with it. Rude staff and immoral business practices. And they don't take a major insurance company so it's all out of pocket. If we ever need anything like this again we will be going elsewhere.

I eat at trenchers deli a few doors down everyday, today I parked close to his business which was completely empty and had about 20 parking spots available. I parked here because it was away from others and in the shade. He immediately came out angry that a young man parked in front of his store and claimed all of the parking was for his disabled customers. I proceeded to ask him if I was parked in a handicap or bothering anyone. He was very belligerent, I'm very un-confrontational so much obliged to have you stop yelling and nagging at me. I politely said I would move, not here to cause drama or issues. I would recommend going to any establishment except this o (no matter what your selling/buying) just to receive respect and a friendly customer experience. Very Un-Tulsan

Then the text started wanting payment ok I mad e payment only to come next month same amount due, I called the office spoke to a not very knowledgeable person, but I finally was told this was a rental. Not once was I told this was a rental, no paper work saying so or verbal when the chair was left. Bad business in my opinion, communication is the key to any good business.

I called in about 4 to see why no one had even called me at that point, was on hold 15 minutes while they tried to figure out why . They admitted that they could see the ticket when i had set up the pickup but it was not transferred to the driver that day. I ended up taking it to them that Wedneday where I met a woman waiting on a customer service person. She could never get anyone on the phone so she drove down to handle it in person. it was a billing problem that had been going on since August of 24. Oh to top things off, the company that I guess does the owning or something, RoTech started calling me the day after the missed pick up leaving voice mails threatening legal action if i didn't return their equipment since I had missed the scheduled pick up time. American Medical didn't even have the decency to tell Rotech they messed up. I do not recommend.

They will do nothing to accommodate you. 1. Refused to provide an email address. 2 They game the system by generally making you wait much longer to get your supplies from a warehouse on the East coast, thus stretching out your next eligibility date out 10 days. 3. Don't ever go to their store near closing time, they get nasty, even if it is a pick up. I'm giving up on them. BTW it's ok for me to drive almost to Broken Arrow to show them a picture vs. checking the prescribing doctor. At least we have options for other providers.

WARNING! AVOID THIS PLACE! THEY'RE AWFUL! There. Now that I…read morehave your attention. The following is a copy of an email I sent to their "customer service" address. Enjoy! I have tried to get a hold of your billing dept a couple of times now. Both times I am put on terminal hold. As of this writing, I have been on hold 47 minutes, just like last time. This is highly unacceptable. So I go online to your website to try there. I get to the page where you choose what you need help with. I choose Billing and get the following: "You will find your billing number on your patient statement." ... and that's all. Nowhere to input the number. No submit button. No way to proceed. (I took a screenshot to prove this as well as one showing how long I was on hold) In other words, between not answering and having no way to contact the company through your own website, you are saying "We can send you threatening collection notices all day, but when you try to take care of them, we will not have anything to do with you.". Also note: not only do I NOT owe anything, the bills I have been receiving for countless months now show "Total Insurance Pending" as $155.03, so it's likely the money you are pestering me about is in there. Try collecting THAT. Helpful hint: $155 is $140 more than the $15 you keep trying to collect from me. Add to that your cost of sending me well over a dozen letters and ... well, you all are just apparently just raging dumbasses. So please, feel free to send me some lame computer generated response to this that probably says "Have you tried calling?" "Paying your bill is your responsibility." "HAHAHA! YOU ACTUALLY WROTE TO US THINKING WE WOULD RESPOND?? YOU FOOL!". That is the only possible outcome to this. Call me Nostradamus, but I predict I will not hear from an actual human with any helpful instructions. But this will all look nice in the lawsuit I will be filing against you, so you all just keep on being you! It's soooooo helpful. I wonder why I left Lincare last year. Oh yeah, now I remember. The customer service is horrible at all levels, including ordering and the local office. I'll be posting this on a Google review. Hopefully this with all the other terrible reviews you all get will convince people to stay away from you useless morons like you're a toxic waste dump. By the way, the end time on my waiting right now is 1 hour 8 minutes. Stellar work, lads. You'll be getting my bill for an hour of my time wasted. Please pay promptly. I would hate for this to have to go to a collection agency...
