WARNING DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Absolute worst move ever. They took 10.5 hours to move a small one bedroom. No sense of urgency - then once the boxes were in my new apartment they just started taking things out of the boxes and throwing all my belongings on to the floor into huge piles. Clothes - pillows - loose Apple TV remotes - strewn all over the floor in PILES. They had a terrible attitude laughing in my face when I got frustrated. They took about an hour to figure out how to disassemble a couch and almost left the couch but somehow figured it out after an hour. They were so rude they even threatened my security guards and the mover puffed his chest out at the security guard when asked to finish his job and said "what are you gonna do about it!" These movers actually scared me I thought either items would be ruined or stolen. Do not hire this company. read more

Moving is the worst and moving when it's 99 degrees outside is particularly terrible. That was the case of our most recent move on 6/27/22. As a result, I encouraged the team to drink lots of water and Gatorade that I had refrigerated the night before. Overall, Ruben, Marco and Manny were punctual, fast and friendly. We moved out of a two story townhouse to a one story house. Luckily we didn't have to move any appliances but we did have to move a king sized bed and mattress, a queen mattress, lots of bookcases, 3 dressers, 3 desks and a large wall unit. The large wall unit was moved from the garage of the new house into the living room for an extra $75 "heavy bulk item fee" but this thing was massive so the extra charge was totally fine. The only item that we noticed that was damaged was one of our favorite (non Ikea) bookcases. It's actually two pieces but the top of it cracked/broke off of the bottom. Unfortunately we didn't realize it until after we unwrapped it. read more

Friendly service, very responsive. Movers were generally efficient, though when they unloaded into my new place, I had to be very specific about where to place things. When I didn't have the chance (unloading stuff myself or organizing the other rooms), things were placed in areas that were later inconvenient to organize and difficult to move to where they actually would go. OMG! These guys were the best!! I have moved many times and I have to say this one was by far my best move. I'm leaving Long Beach and moving three hours away. I had A LOT of boxes, some heavy items and a ton of stairs at my old place. But Russ and John made it look so easy! They loaded a two bedroom condo in just under 3 hours. We made the drive without any delays and they unloaded at my new place in about two hours (no stairs! YAY!) Russ and John were so polite and thoughtful and took great care of my items. Agreement and confirmation of appointment was set for today, July 29th, and yet now I am being told that I never provided my address. That is not my fault as I am not the owner of the business, that was due to whoever booked today without asking for the location of move. Yelp 5? More like negative 5 especially after this experience. Be aware to the ones that will be seeking for their services. Update: I'll give 5 to Dan and Ryan for their professionalism and exemplary work. Although I am happy with the work they did, I still don't feel like changing the one star that I gave to the business. I used cozy movers on July 8th for my final move to my forever home. Rubin and his team were promt and on time. All 3 were polite and motivated to move. They even started packing the items my kids considered "packed" in their rather large boxes they brought with them. I felt like this was an all-day event as all 3 of them kept going. They even helped me disassemble the beds as they didn't fit through the doorways. Funny thing about that, they left a tool set behind. Which came in handy setting up the dryer as all my stuff is missplaced in boxes somewhere, but I did get in contact with them, and the tools have been returned to the movers.
