Our family camping trip to Cozy Hills was a great time! The cabin we rented was clean and well stocked. The pool was well maintained and the staff was helpful. They don't call it cozy hills for nothing- it's very hilly and the kids complained about that when trying to ride bikes. Unfortunately, because of covid, we didn't get the full experience because activities were cancelled. We will definitely be coming back though!

By far a well oiled campsite. Clear review here; PROS Extremely clean front office bathrooms and showers Nice simple pool Well organized events Plenty of room for kids to explore 11pm quiet time well respected Kids playground is very nice Great cafe located right on site Good onsite store CONS Game room needs a desperate upgrade Lake appears to be overrun with algae ADD'L COMMENTS Mt Tom lake is 3 min away. All the swimming and canoeing needed. Park outside the entrance to avoid any parking fees. Best ice cream EVER ! Five minutes from campsite: Arethusa Farm

We just joined as seasonal campers and our kids immediately made friends, joined events, and we got involved in activities right away. Plenty to do and see within the campground and even outside of the campground in the surrounding towns. People were friendly and helpful since we are new to camping and new to the campground. It's a gorgeous site, and well thought out for families. Did I mention upgraded wifi and POKÉMON go? If you're a fan, there are multiple poke stops and gyms right within the campground!

Awesome campground! Bathrooms are extremely clean, nice little store, horse shoe pit, lazer tag and a community gazebo with fire pit. They also have a cafe, craft shack, play ground and small arcade. Oh, and a place to boat

We traveled here from Florida to see our kids and grand kids.we looked for campgrounds in the area and this one look good for our 25, travel trailer. Made reservations and when we got there we were guide too our site. In the wood it is absolutely beautiful. The staff is outstanding we will be making this a yearly stay. Large wooded sites. Friendly helpful staff that escorted us to the site and assisted backing our 35 ft travel trailer into the site. Clean, free showers and bathrooms in the main building with small store and nice cafe with good food. Pool was clean and well kept but only 3.5 ft deep. Only downside is outhouse toilets if you don't go to the main building. We will be staying here again.

Amazing campground for young and old. Always something going on to entertain everyone, whether it's playing bingo, fishing, going down the red neck water slide ,swimming, playing horseshoes/cornhole or trying out archery, absolutely no reason to be bored!! The owner is super sweet and so accommodating to all, extremely easy to talk to and her staff is exactly the same way!! Bathrooms are always clean and the restaurant on site has awesome food if you just don't want to cook!!

We are right on the river/stream and it's been the most peaceful place I've been in CT, and I've lived here for 24 years I can't wait to hopefully experience more parks like this one! I'll update post with pictures on a nice day

I've been a seven year seasonal camper at Branch brook. A new owner took over a couple years ago…read morewith new management. Over the past two years it has slowly gone down hill. The biggest problem is the workers from out of state that take up living there because it's the cheapest way to live while they are up here working. Now that's ok, if, and that's a really big "if", the owner and the management enforced the rules. Unfortunately they do not. Parked on the sites they live at, is their travel trailer or fifth wheel, Very long construction trailer, make shift tents, their cars and their diesel trucks. You will be woken up anywhere from 4 am to 6 am when they start up those diesel trucks. There are some management that live on-site and do nothing to stop any of this for the family's that actually are regular campers. two years ago this place was packed with LONG TIME seasonal campers. All have left but maybe 4 or 5 . Not for anything, how about a little common courtesy. I have asked the owner to please have them park where us real campers won't be disturbed at this hour of the morning. He kept saying he will have them park in a designated area so this doesn't continue, but that never happened. For the most part, they are nice people, I don't directly blame them. This is something the owner and management should address. The owner himself told me he has bigger fish try fry. Well those words speak loud and clear. So the bottom line is, If you are from out of state and come to Branch brook to live while you are working in this area, by all means, this is the place to go. If you are looking to camp with your family for a weekend, a week, a month or longer.....I give you heads up....stay away. it is nothing more than a glorified storage facility. Very pricey for what you actually get. Instead of hearing children laughing and families around the campfire making memories and eating smores, All you hear are diesel trucks driving around campground, car's being worked on, garbage all over the place and dog poop EVERYWHERE. I do have pictures to back up my statement in case you might be thinking I have nothing better to do but complain , but when you've made a life at this place for 7 years and now it's turned into this, it's actually very sad.
